There's a huge selection of both soft serve frozen yogurt and hard ice cream. The classic chocolate and vanilla soft serve twist was so yummy, and the pumpkin soft serve was to die for! I can't wait to come back and try the coconut and cake batter soft serve. I also have my eye on some of their hard ice cream flavors, like Strawberry Cheesecake, S'Mores, Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, and Carrot Cake...the list goes on. And then there are the toppings! Cookie dough, brownies, Nutella, hot fudge, popping boba, candies, sauces, and so much more. You can keep it simple or basically turn your cup into an entire dessert creation. Definitely try their milkshakes, too! The Pumpkin S'mores Cheesecake Milkshake is out of this world. It's made with pumpkin ice cream, marshmallow, chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumbs, and whipped cream, and basically tastes like every good fall dessert rolled into one. It's rich, creamy, decadent, and absolutely worth trying while it's in season. It's also a great spot if you're looking for a lighter or dietary-friendly sweet treat, with plenty of nonfat frozen yogurt and gluten-free choices alongside all the more indulgent desserts. The space itself is one of the highlights. It's SO cute inside. Mint green walls, exposed brick, a Just Chill neon sign against the greenery wall, and such a bright, cheerful, modern feel. It feels trendy and thoughtfully designed while still being incredibly family-friendly. There's plenty of indoor seating, a bathroom, a cozy window seating area, and even a little kids' corner with books and games. There's outdoor seating as well, which makes it such a nice stop while walking around historic downtown Clinton. The owners are also incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell how enthusiastic they are about the shop and how much they genuinely care about creating a place people want to come back to. That makes such a difference with a local, family-owned business. Another thing I didn't realize until recently is that Just Chill makes custom ice cream cakes and pies! You can choose your flavors and customize them with different toppings, sauces, candies, and more. Such a fun option for birthdays and celebrations. Between the frozen yogurt, hard ice cream, seasonal flavors, toppings, specialty milkshakes, custom cakes, and adorable atmosphere, Just Chill feels like a destination for dessert rather than somewhere you just stop for a scoop. Such a fun spot on Main Street and definitely one of my new favorite places for something sweet in Clinton and Hunterdon County. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more!
