I ordered three wake-up wraps without cheese. They asked us three times what our order was, and we repeated EGG ONLY, NO CHEESE! They put cheese on it, then pulled it off and gave it to us! Was shocked to find out I was charged $1 extra for not getting ice in my drink. Then when I inquired about the charge and went to change my order to a beverage with ice inside it, a language barrier prevented further communication on the matter. On a cloudy Saturday morning, my friends and I hoped to enjoy handcrafted beverages from this Dunkin location. Upon arrival, we found the staff immediately difficult to work with and unable to listen to our order. We had to repeat ourselves many times to make sure they got our order right. The worst was yet to come We arrived at the window and found only three of the four drinks we ordered. I am upset and appalled. I ordered a cappuccino. I asked for liquid sugar instead of regular granulated because it sinks to the bottom. The drink I received was so incredibly sickly sweet it had at least double the amount fo normal sugar. I usually do not return things, I usually just drink it anyways but I would have thrown this out. I decided to ask if they would mind remaking it and I apologized that it was completely undrinkable it was so sickly sweet, I said I can come inside I don't want to hold up the line. The (who I only can guess) is the manager came to the window and started SCREAMING at me in front of his staff (maybe 5 or 6 other people in the tiny area) and the cars behind me that it is what I ordered, that he would not remake it. I told him it was way to sweet and I cannot drink it at all, that there must have been some mistake with the amount of sugar in it, and I apologized (though he was screaming at me). He continued to say I ordered this why did I order it if I didn't want it and I just asked for my food and he didn't even want to give that to me. I ended up leaving after he eventually gave me my food and he kept the cappuccino. I absolutely cannot believe the way I was treated as a customer. I was belittled, talked down to and screamed at by the manager. Avoid this DD - they are crooks. In our order were two lattes with oat milk, which typically is upcharged $0.50-0.75 per drink. We were upcharged $1.29 PER DRINK, for an extra $2.58. The croissants were stale. And "light ice" to this DD means a cup packed full to the brim of ice. This DD is a disgrace to the brand. read more

I will never be going to this Dunkin Donuts location ever again. Every time I've ever attempted to go to this Dunkin Donuts they disappoint me and after today, I give up. They consistently get my orders wrong and forget to give me things I ordered. I've worked at fast food restaurants when I was younger, and I honestly do not know how it is SO difficult to take someone's order and give the customers what they ordered, when it is clearly written in big letters on your computer screen. Another thing, they fill your cup up to the rim with ice if you order an iced drink, so they obviously can put less coffee in the cup to save them money. The drink I ordered today was probably not even half coffee and it was risen to the rim of my cup because of all the ice they put in. Very unhappy with this Dunkin Donuts location.. I haven't been to the other drive thru Dunkin Donuts on 31 in Flemington, so I cannot give my opinion on that location, but the Dunkin Donuts in Branchburg by the police station is fantastic and so is the drive thru one in Hillsborough by Kohls. I'm finding that a lot of the "new" franchises are cutting corners in the name of quality and service. Ordered a bagel and they "heated" it because..."that's what they do now" Was chewy and lacked the DD appeal I looked for. Lousy service, they cheat you wherever possible (content level of actual beverage, size of donuts, less filling, lack of freshness of donuts, overcharging you and arguing with the customer when caught...to name a few). Had a customer experience contrary to other reviews here. Staff and manager took 15 minutes to help set up my Dunkin perks card on my phone. Was surprised they didn't just hand it over and tell me to do it on my own, so making a note that they were very helpful. Can't speak to the donuts but my coffee is perfect. read more
