I see a lot of people trashing the service here. I had a pleasant experience, it was very busy and with increased popularity comes slower service. It's extremely difficult to know what everyone is going to want and when. If you're unhappy with it stop spending money at it, or open a competing business if you think your business mode will succeed over them. But stop being an entitled prick or a Karen and simply complaining that a business doesn't meet your unstated expectations. read more

Literally every time we try to DoorDash from them, we are missing very important items. Sometimes you call them to try and ask if the food is there and the phone will be "busy". It is the most disappointing business we have ever had to deal with. They just don't care. read more

I agree with the reviews about the slow service. Many times I have wanted to stop, but know I can't because the service is so slow. 20 minutes in a line to get a drink is unacceptable. You will also not get an apology for your wait or even a thank you. "Have a good day" is what you will get, but your day will be better if you just avoid this DD. read more

If I could give them one star I would. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I called in. They made it seem like no big deal just come back in and get a new one. I came back in, the owner refused and said that a week was too long. It had to be the next day. (I go on my way to work) I explained that I don't live close that I only go during work. I still bought my kids two vanilla sprinkled donuts. I sat down and pulled them out, the donuts were powered. So I walked back up . The girl took my donuts and placed them back on the shelf. The owner watched the whole time. They gave us new ones and before I left I asked why they were going to resell donuts that I returned. The owner than said oh she forgot to throw them away. If I didn't say something they would have resold donuts. I will be contacting the health department. I will eat local at Moes donuts from now on. read more

Wow, these people are so rude! I tried to order a half dozen of donuts tonight through the drive-thru. I was informed that in the drive-thru they only sell donuts in groupings of two per variety as anything else would be considered a "complicated" order and that "complicated" orders have to be placed inside. I acknowledged that if that is their policy I would come into the store in that case. The employee then informed me that the inside was closed. They then went on to say that they focus on being fast to help all their customers. I was the only person in the line. if I could give negative stars on this I would. went to this establish yesterday between 8:00-9:00 am and when placing an order in drive thru the order had to be repeated twice to the person who took the order. get to window and the order was wrong. brought this to their attention and the young lady who was working the window tells the person who took the order it was wrong and told her what it should have been. That person began running her mouth in a derogatory manner. Come to find out it was the manager who took the order. The manager continued running her mouth and was politely told by myself "I can hear you". was told to pull around they would correct the order and bring it out. What they brought out was still incorrect. I got from the impreasions on the face of the young lady at the window and the young lady who brought out the drink, was this manager loves to talk to and about people that way. as someone who worked retail management for years, I know it's not easy, but you do not act to rudely and unprofessional. Customers pay her salary. If she talks to and about customers that way, I feel for her employees. I cannot imagine how she talks and treats them. Will make sure upper Managment is aware of her and her behavior. Will never stop there again. read more

Very poor service and extremely sparse selection of donuts. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and got no acknowledgment that I was even there. On a previous occasion I ordered donuts well in advance, and when I arrived they told me they didn't have any. I suggest just going up the street to WalMart for donuts. I get so mad at myself for going to this place, every time I try to give them another chance. Honestly worst Dunkin' in the DMV area. It's right off the exit I hit when traveling to see my family. I don't think I've ever gotten a correct order. One time it took me 35 minutes to get a sweet tea, which pretty much every patron after me getting their drink, then sadly for me I POLITELY asked for my drink they were absolute Karen's to me. Like nah fam I stood here patiently for what? The employees are incompetent at best, most look like they just snorted some Percs in the bathroom. Jesus this place is just that bad. Honestly I think there is a stream near by. You'd be better off stopping there, starting a fire, boiling some water and grinding your own beans. One star because they do have donuts. I ordered seven donuts on my mobile app and went to the store. The line wrapped around the store and down the road to the stop light. I tried to go in and pick up my mobile order--- cannot enter building. Doors closed/locked even though the signs outside directed complicated order to come in (that's not possible)-- I didn't think my order was complicated. I could tell they were busy. AFTER 50 minutes in line I was at the speaker and told her I placed a mobile order--- she said pull around (aka wait longer in line-- can't get out of line at this point). The window person seemed to be one of 3 people in the store...... At the window my order wasn't ready. Keep in mind it was just seven (7) donuts. Finally--- 50 minutes after arriving at this store I had my order. As I passed all of the other cars waiting in line--- ugh.**I was unable to cancel my mobile order-- because I tried--- not possible. I have been going here for a little while really enjoying the convenience of the really strong coffee. The staff is really nice and do there best to keep the place in good shape I think they really do work hard at times, although at the way that times are there seems to be a staff shortage but is understanding. I do feel bad for people who go to drive thru for coffee though because it is much more quick to just go in to get coffee. I completely understand the mistakes that can be made when a simple mess up can happen with coffee or anything it's no worry. read more

Just sat in the drive thru for an hour and a half. For a coffee. Finally get to the window, took another , no joke, 30 minutes to get it! If they are short staffed, fine! I was expecting the cc machine to be down and transactions being the hold up! Nope. Nothing was ever said except a quick "sorry for your wait". They left me in the window and moved around like it was a normal slow day! Got to hear emplpyee complaints about having to make an order, manager mock a guy that called about his order being gross, and other regular chit chat. Line around the building. Good thing it's my day off and I have nowhere urgent to be. Happens when I order thru the app as well! Nothing convenient about that! Still go in and have to wait for 45 minutes. No one acknowledges you. Sorry but that's poor management and owners not caring enough to train their staff in customer service! You have staffing issues or something broke down, FINE!!! I get it, it happens! BUT SAY SOMETHING!!! Don't just let your customers wait around in the dark! That's how people get angry and that's how unnecessary yelling matches occur. I walked in there at 3:00 on 10/07. I stood there at the counter for 2 minutes. The guy making the coffee looked right at me, but never acknowledge me. There was one car in the drive through. After another minute a girl employee walked right in front of me to get donuts behind the counter. She looks at me with no acknowledgement. I went in there to make a purchase for my office and buy a gift card. I just left the card on the counter. They should be fired. That's basic stuff. read more

I stopped at this newly opened location yesterday on my way to work for a vanilla iced coffee. The drive thru was very speedy, the two employees I talked to were exceptionally friendly and my drink was perfect! I love the convenient location right next to the I-81 interchange in Spring Mills. This location is also a Baskin Robbins for when the ice cream cravings kick in. I will definitely return frequently! read more
