A cozy coffee shop located in downtown of Charles Town. Parking was fairly abundant with a little walk. The cafe had indoor seatings The service was good, as the cashier/barista took time to explain. The price was very reasonable and slightly less than named branded franchises. The latte i ordered definitely was very aromatic. Different than other places. It had some nutty flavor; not too dry or smooth. The interior decor was ok. They have a lot suspicious photos of siblings. Overall, it was a good experience, it gets a 4.8 out of 5. read more

We learned that the Hillbrook Inn gets their coffee from Sibling Coffee Roasters so we wanted to stop in for coffee before we got on the road. With the barista's help, both of our orders came out great! The boy working was very patient with us even with how busy they were on this Saturday afternoon. They have a wide variety of selections and he explained pretty much everything to us. All of their baked goods are homemade. We got a brownie after the last piece of Red Velvet cake was taken right before we ordered. We were thrilled with our decision as the brownie was delicious! This small business was full of hard workers who were also extremely friendly. It was a very cute place right on Main Street, modern interior with a touch of historical character. read more

Coffee Shop No. 394 Siblings Coffee Roasters Charles Town, WV July 26, 2024 Siblings Coffee Roasters was the last stop on our Charles Town Coffee Trail. We walked in on a Saturday morning and it was packed. My husband settled in on a couch next to a local and they talked for 20 minutes. I walked to the window and met a lovely young family. The young son told me this was his favorite coffee shop because they had a basket full of games and he liked to play them with his family. An exposed brick wall made the shop feel rustic and homey. A coffee roasting machine sat in the front of the shop. Siblings Coffee Roasters had some pretty great merchandise. I walked out with stickers and a shirt. I decided to drink my cortado outside on a bistro set that sat near the front door. The outside setting felt like a movie set. Locals walked in and out of the shop greeting one another. One man didn't even buy coffee he just walled over to say hello to folks. The street and sidewalk were clean and welcoming. If we weren't on a schedule to get back to northern Virginia I could have sat on the bistro chair for hours sipping on cortados and people watching. Enjoying life one cortado at a time! P.S. We came in on a Saturday morning when they had a Harry Potter event going on. We met Professor Trelawney and Dumbledore. I enjoyed Harry Potter themed Butterbeer Latte that was amazing. I also got a chocolate muffin complete with themed Harry Potter names. Overall it was a great atmosphere and fantastic food. Our lattes were way too sweet. My fault for not asking my flavor to be half sweetened. Purchased cold foam and it was not at all cold foam, it appeared to be frothed milk and was told it was absorbed into the coffee when they handed it over when I asked if there was indeed cold foam on our drinks. The açai bowl was no traditional açaí it was more like a smoothie bowl. Super dissatisfied honestly, was our first time here, cannot say I will be back. What a lovely little coffee shop with live entertainment on a Sunday afternoon. We stopped by here after visiting a local farm to hug cows and hang out. The baristas were super kind and friendly and got our drinks just perfect. I love that the roaster is right in the space where you can see it. The seating was plentiful and they had the coffee beans and some lovely chocolate treats available. I had a lovely latte served with love no doubt in this cute place. Absolutely adorable coffee shop in the heart of historic downtown Charles Town. We loved sipping on their amazing cold brew on the front porch. The porch is elevated a few feet above street level so it's perfect for enjoying some people watching down the main street. The people working the shop are absolutely adorable. I've seen a lot of comments where people say this place is pricey, but they also roast all of their beans in house. The owners and staff are absolutely the best! Thursday is roasting day, so we were also greeted by great aromas! My Cold Brew was perfectly balanced on the nose and palate...heavy on the caffeine...just how I like it! Stopped in for lunch today. I had the drip coffee - perfectly roasted -- and a slice of the asparagus quiche. The quiche was delicate, flavorful, and quite honestly the best I've ever eaten. The cafe is decorated with positive affirmations of kindness and there are games and jigsaw puzzles for those who wish to stay awhile. What a great experience! We were visiting from out of town and popped in to check out Sibling. I have Celiac disease and need to eat gluten free so I asked a lot of questions. They were super helpful and not at all inpatient with me, which is so appreciated!! The owner was there and helped and even made some great suggestions! I ended up getting a frap with chocolate and espresso and whipped cream. Such an indulgence, but it was delicious and I was on vacation. :D Also had gluten free brownies, so I got one of those. First time in Charles Town, WV and I saw this local coffee shop while walking through. The man working the register at the front was extremely knowledgeable about what the shop offers, and made it very easy to decide what I wanted. After a couple minutes, the drinks we ordered arrived. We got the Passion Mango Tea with lemonade rather than water, and a cookie butter iced latte. Both were delicious, probably the best drinks from a local shop I've ever tasted.
