It's been 3 years since my last review here and SOMEHOW.. there are no improvements. The sweet tea.. tastes like liquid sugar and donkey ass.. disgusting. The bagels are still hard enough to be a hockey puck for the NHL. The service.. still slow, but I haven't seen the old mother daughter combo in a while (thank the lord) they were dirty and slow and could not form a complete sentence. Fingering drinks was their specialty... the new workers are just as bad, still slow and dirty. All of the new workers look like they just came out of a wrong turn movie if it was filmed in India. This place is a joke. The Dunkin in martinsburg is fast clean and their food and drinks are top tier every time. Whoever runs this establishment in spring mills. PLEASE do better tard. read more

Even if this place was the last place to get coffee from, I wouldn't go. They must have to go to Central America to get the coffee beans. The current manager is terrible. She's never friendly and has the absolute worst customer service. She is very rude and not efficient at all. I never complain when the wait for 1 drink takes 30 minutes and there's barely customers. I wait patiently and quietly because I've been a regular customer at this location for 7 years and I live nearby and would like to come back. Three strikes snd you are out. This, our third trip and it took five minutes and calling back to the chatty Kathys for help. Like usual, upon entering it was freezing. This time my husband could see his breath. It is always too cold to stand snd wait for the order, therefore sitting down to enjoy the joe is not an option. Ambiance? LOL. Service? LOL. The coffee was cold and weak the last two times for Dunkin Donuts coffee. This time we ordered Choi Tea and they were cold. I ordered the Bites and the girl did not put them in. Another girl who was not even around us told my husband we did not order them. Six employees and the worst service and attitude. We never received a receipt, " ticket" as they called it. This is the most un organized place I have ever been to. We just waited 15 minutes in the drive through with only two cars ahead of us. When we pull up they try to hand us an ice cream order for the people behind us. They find our order of 2 donuts two bacon snacks and two drinks. We get handed one donut the bacon was right one drink was right. They hand us another bag with one donut in it. And we wait for another five minutes for them to look for the drink. We got handed someone elses drink. The whe time the ice cream for the people behind us is melting into soup. So we pulled up and went inside the drink we ordered was sitting right in front of them. Gave this place its third, and final, chance. It's like you're walking into Shutter Island. There's no real greeting at the counter, just more of a "what do you want?" If you even get that. If there were an option for '0' stars, I would have chosen that. I was so excited to have a Dunkin Doughnuts so close to home, however, my first (and quite frankly LAST) experience at this location was horrible. I went into the Lobby as the drive through was busy. I used the safe method of ordering the kiosk. I ordered a white mocha hot chocolate with a shot of raspberry, a breakfast sandwich and selected a variety of a dozen doughnuts. I waited, was called out because apparently this store does not carry the white mocha flavoring. I then suggested they switch it for something else, I chose a macchiato (not realizing this was $3 more expensive, I was just trying to make it easier). The manager treated me like a common criminal like I was trying to rob them blind over a $3 difference. Once the hot chocolate was refunded and I purchased the new drink, I was ignored (however the manager had time to pull aside the associate so she knew to never just swap products because of the price difference and made sure to speak loud enough that I heard). I had to ask them to make the drink I ordered, then asked when I might be able to get the doughnuts I ordered (which by the way, just needed to be boxed up). The answer was sorry ma'am and again, they walked away while filling orders left and right ordered after mine. One of the ladies working there happen to walk over to the doughnut case and I had to give her my receipt and ask that they box up the doughnuts. Now I understand this is a new establishment and they are understaffed, therefore, I was VERY patient, and to be clear, the management did NOT deserve it. Perhaps the drive through is a better experience, but I will not be visiting this location ever again. read more

If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes to an hour in a drive through line this might be the place for you. When I placed my order I could hear the person on the other end huffing like I was ordering too much (the order was a breakfast sandwich 2 doughnuts and a chocolate milk. They didn't even get it correct. By the time I got the sandwich it was cold and they missed a doughnut. If I could rate this store zero I would. A few weeks ago I got a cold brew and it was iced coffee. Today I went there and there was a line of nine cars - about 1/2 had ordered. I went inside and ordered a cold brew and the girl who took my order went and filled the cream dispenser and told me it would be "just a minute". About ten minutes later I saw the car I walked around to go in pick up her order. I told them that I wanted my drink NOW or my money back. My drink came in 30 seconds. We ordered a doordash order this morning for my family of 4- more than $40 for a breakfast wasn't ideal but it was a splurge. The wraps were incorrect and the worst part was spending $7 on a half dozen donuts only to receive a bag of a few donut holes. Affected the entire family. Then when trying to call the phone was "busy" the entire morning (really? Taking the phone off the hook during the morning rush?) and couldn't even let anyone know.
