I like this store and the people who serve you via the drive-thru. They are friendly and helpful. I DO NOT like the app which is constantly giving me trouble. I cannot talk to anyone at their headquarters to get the "rewards" to reflect in my orders. They hang up on me because they can't tell me why the rewards won't go thru. So I will still go to DD at this location for the coffee and the people who work there but not use the rewards any longer because they do not work thru the app - and no one seems to be able to answer why. read more

I stop by here several times a week (drive thru) to pick up coffee for my wife. I order the same thing every morning, XL hot coffee black. Too often, the lid is loose or the cup shows dripping down the sides. I ask then to make sure the lid is on before handing to me. This morning, I did the usual routine but when she handed the coffee to me, the lid popped off and I burned my hand. My husband and I live very near this location and stop in frequently on the way to work or otherwise. There is a man there every day--and I do mean every day--from morning to close. I don't know if he's the manager or the service person or what. But he is there every day. And we watch him get abused by people every day: people who clearly think that they're superior to him for reasons I won't begin to guess because it makes me sick to think of it. Then again, we have an awful lot of Trump supporters here in this neck of Chester County don't we? And this man doesn't happen to be of the skin color or ethnicities that people like that treat with respect. Let me state my husband's and my experience: We treat this man like a human being deserving of respect because that is who he is. And EVERY TIME he sees us coming in, whether separate or together, he knows our order. He doesn't assume; he always asks. But he knows us and has our drinks ready to our specifications in a flash. We don't take our coffee the common way, ie "light and sweet" also known as "I don't actually like coffee". We take our coffee with one cream and one sugar and this order as veritably stymied 99% of the Dunkin' Donuts employees along the Eastern seaboard. And he is one of three people who has ever gotten it right and he does it consistently. That the place isn't a gilted Parisian cafe isn't his problem. From what I can see, his biggest problem in life is rude, small town country folk who think that a person with an accent is stupid and therefore needs to be yelled at. To each and every one of you who disrespects and is rude to this man: I'm sorry you are clearly so small and your life so unhappy that you need to validate yourselves by stomping on the guy who makes your coffee. He moved here from elsewhere and he works his butt off with none of the inborn opportunities you have as a born American. And if you're getting subpar treatment, guess what? I'm not. My husband's not. And there's only one common denominator: respect. Think about it. Next time you take your entitled, tiny self into a place run by someone with an accent and darker skin, remind yourself that your people had to come here from elsewhere and work for what they had, too. Or make your own coffee and stop being lazy and unappreciative. And if racism isn't part of this--because let's face it, I doubt you'd admit it if it were--if you treat customer service people like garbage just on principle, please stick your head in a toilet and flush it. I usually go in on the weekends early morning, and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing and on a few occasions where the staff thought I had waited too long, even though it wasn't really that long in my opinion, they have given me free hash browns. read more

Horrible customer service. Stood in line for 10 minutes. When someone finally came to the front, I asked if anyone was working the counter. My question was met with a very dismissive response. I told my daughter let's leave because this customer service stinks. We will never come back to this location. Horrible, horrible, horrible! read more

Very standoffish employees. I went 3 times in 2 weeks and twice my 'no cheese' order came with cheese. Didn't even get a 'sorry about that' when I had to come back in to get it fixed. Also, always had to ask for a receipt. Won't be back. read more
