The only time I ever go to Dunkin is if I have a gift card, not that I couldn't afford to go there, it just isn't the type of place where I'd want to sit and stay a while. I went to Dunkin in East Granby with a gift card in hand. It's just basic inside. The floor and tables were a bit filthy. I wasn't going to stay anyway. I got a cold brew with cold foam. I asked them to add milk. They said they couldn't add milk, but made me a brand new coffee instead. They said I could keep the original. Even though I'm happy with my final product, it makes no sense they wouldn't just add milk. This is an average Dunkin that I'm rating four stars since they really made my coffee just right. read more

This staff is top tier pathetic horse dung. Genuinely terrible in every single regard, the combined IQ had to be 3. I understand being new, but the front lady simply can't take orders. She had to redo our order 3 times, and the girls behind us got so fed up with waiting they left. This was fine, I was lenient. It happens. The coffee was more milk than anything, was terrible but whatever, it's a Dunkin. However my FINAL STRAW was when I went back asking to get my sandwich flash heated because the cheese was cold (ew). I was told to go home and reheat it rudely. I'm on a road trip. She definitely did not intend for me to hear it but said it SO loud, when I called her out she got quiet and embarrassed. I have tried more than twice at this location in East Granby. Note this is 4 Rainbow Road in the center not the one at the gas station. I went through the drive thru and I know it gets busy but no other Dunkin that I have been to has ever been rude from the speaker to take your order until you finally get your food and drive away. The order was wrong both times. The employees roll their eyes at you and are so slow you would think you were waiting for a steak dinner at a restaurant. There seems to be no management and when you wait at the drive thru people pull out of line and leave because the wait is so long. I cant believe how bad this Dunkin is. I can tell you they are going to lose a lot of customers with the poor attitudes and horrible service. I also never even got a oh I'm sorry your meal was wrong, let us remake it for you, again eyes roll and then just here when they are finished. All I wanted was a hot latte- nope, milk steamer is broke. Apparently broke for so long they don't even have pictures on the menu board of hot lattes. Lobby was closed- so I was stuck in the drive through unsure of what to do because I only waited 7 cars deep for HOT coffee. Instead they offered iced- which I don't like. I decline and got a donut. Store was completely filthy, no napkins and coffee was weak and iced tea was weak. They had no food. Floor was sticky.

They take literally 5 minutes per order. It's not just one time it's every time. They are always out of everything or nothing works. It's aggravating and a waste of time. Coffee lifts us up in the morning but going there to get it will leave you worse off. read more

This place needs to just close. They are always short staffed/slow. Lobby is never open. I heard from a former employee that they keep it closed just because they don't want to deal with anyone. Also, former employee said they got flagged by the health department for having mold in their ice and still made drinks with it and gave it to customers. This place just sucks! I frequent many Dunkin Donuts, and I was in town and decided this was easiest. As soon as I showed up at Drive thru, the employee on the other hand screamed "hold on" and didn't return to take our order for over 5 minutes. When we were giving our order, she was not very friendly and tried to rush us. We paid and left with our food. I had ordered an iced tea with sugar. Ten mins down the street, I tried my drink and it was iced coffee. I am allergic to coffee, and therefore couldn't enjoy my drink. There's a Dunkin Donuts about every mile or two in this region. This one actually stands out from the rest of them. Actually, it stands out from every business with a drivethough. Why? Because they somehow manage to get my order correct. Oh, and they're fast. I came here once around opening time, and there was one person working. He look flustered and overwhelmed, but he was handling the drivethrough like a champ. It's also nice to see the same faces working in here whenever I come through. Maybe that's the reason why this Dunkin Donuts runs so much smoother than the rest: everybody's been here long enough to know what they're doing. If you're trying to figure out which of the many Dunkin Donuts to stop at, give this one a try. They've got their stuff together. read more

Absolutely awful. This is, by far, the worst Dunkin Donuts establishment I've ever been to. I will never go back. The woman who took my order was UNBELIEVABLY rude, to the point of being condescending and even combative. This was all because I asked for a container of munchkins, but didn't IMMEDIATELY know what size I needed (not a munchkin expert - I didn't know there were so many sizes). She nearly brought me to tears. When I pulled up to the drive-through window, she looked at me, threw the containers down on the counter, and walked away. The thing about dunkin is you should be able to go to any dunkin, order the same thing, and get the same thing every time. This dunkin is special in that you can order the same thing every time and get something entirely different each time. GARBAGE!! The employees are treated like slaves. My son was an employee who went in early,stayed late, went in on his day off, was promoted but not given a raise and was then fired for losing his patience by a district manager who ignored his multiple requests for assistance while the district manager and staff sat around. They change your schedule with out notifying the employees and get upset when they dont come in. Very high turnover rate which is sad because a lot of the high school and college age employees really do try their best but are often short staffed due to poor scheduling. I'm leaving a review on both district managers restaurants to tell you DO BETTER BY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND STAFF!!!!!!! read more

Dunkin donuts are a dime a dozen, however I'm never quite satisfied with this particular location. The staff are super friendly and my order is always right when I use the drive threw, however, I have never ordered an iced tea (my drink of choice) that has not ended up tasting like coffee. I've taken it back a few times, but have figured if I'm thirsty enough in the area, and want iced tea, I'll just have to deal with an iced tea that tastes like I've just licked the grinds of a used coffee filter. Two Saturdays in a row they have messed up my order. Last week I was given two donuts instead of a egg and cheese sandwich. Today I was given the wrong soda and my sandwich was on the wrong bread. When I told the gentleman I ordered the sandwich on an English muffin, he said "oh come on, you don't want that?" I acquiesced because I was in a rush. The very same morning a friend was given a box of Joe with curdled cream. They gave her a very hard time when she went back for fresh cream and forgot give her the cups. The worst! read more

I always try to come here on my way to work and I just want to say that I am never disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and the latte's or ice teas I request special are always so tasty. One of the girls that works the drive thru never forgets my ketchup packets with my egg and cheese wrap without asking (I wish I remembered her name because I would love to give her the credit) which lets me know I am a valued customer and that is great customer service! Overall the staff is very friendly and I just want them to be recognized for that, they do a great job and they are by far one of the best DD's that I have gone to and will continue to go to :) read more

If I could give a zero and send back the middle finger I was given during the child who finally brought out the cools ya we waited over 20 minutes for I would...I was not given a receipt...was told to pull up to wait for 3 coolatas...the kid who finally brought them out 10 minutes later was externally rude and chastised me for not pulling into the parking area- I told him no one asked me to- I was just told pull-up..he hands me the tray and honestly I looked at him- he knew...he immediately took the half filled medium collars back and was still trying to argue the parking spot..we were the only customers when I ordered. Many other customers were told to pull-up and wait...I actually had to call them twice ....another 10 minutes and the girl ho originally took our order came stomping out and literally slapped the drink into my hand...then flicked me off as she stomped back in and pushed by the 3 other employees on her way back in...at that point there were at least 3-4 vehicles waiting for their orders...Did not see an adult present at this "day care"...unbelievable! Though D&D's are on every street corner in this area, this Dunkin stands out. Their employees are always friendly and the drive thru is really quick, which is awesome in case your rushing. This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. I will go the long way to work some mornings just to get my coffee from there! read more

we came here once again just because it was more convenient, and we weren't even greeted. one of the workers got a part of out order wrong, and she continued to argue that we were wrong. she then decided to talk about us right in front of the other worker, and when we confronted her about it, she immediately got all red and told us to wait in the front. horrible service. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I am forced to drink coffee at my office because it is the only D&D on my way to work. They seriously get my coffee wrong 3 out of the 5 days a week. It's freakin' coffee. This morning was the last draw. Horrible. Since when can you only order munchkins in 5's? Always get 2 for my young son whenever I get coffee. Yesterday I was driving my parents to the airport, we stopped for my coffee and 2 munchkins for each... that would make 6. "we only sell them in 5's" huh? I can understand that they only had 3 flavors (none of them were our first choices) at 3pm. But they didn't have to be so rude. And the "5 only"? If I hadn't already promised my 4 yr old donuts, I would have driven off. Come on, you can't add ONE in? Charge the 20 cents? "We don't have that button." Poor management idea, whoever thought that up. And they were SO RUDE. Kept laughing while I was trying to figure out which ones to get of the 3 remaining choices. Finally settled on 4 jelly and 1 plain... I get to the window and she wants $1.05. Uhh... you forgot my coffee, that I ordered first? Then I asked her to verify what munchkins were in the bag. Out of the 3 choices they had, I picked 2, and they STILL got it wrong! She tells me she could switch them out. Um, yeah, because I NEVER said cinnamon. Now, think of this: she can switch them out to get the order correct. What did she do with that munchkin? Food safety standards would hold that she has to toss it now. So, after all that, there WERE 6 involved. You threw one away. Loss of product. You could have just as easily added a 6th one to my order. Has NO ONE heard of customer service these days? The local DDs that I usually drive to, have little signs that they well do everything they can to make the customer happy and to ensure their order is correct. How hard would that have been. ONE munchkin, that I was willing to pay for, by the way, and you LOST MY BUSINESS. Especially after the girl that gave me the order gave me me such a snarky look when I told her I never ordered a cinnamon one. Really? I don't like those, why would I order one. The look on her face was that I was flat out lying. Really? I was at the drive through, and since I didn't get a receipt, I went INSIDE to get the store number so I could write a review... I watched a man and his son WALK OUT after finding out they could only get them in 5's. Bad business. Looks like they lost more than just me.
