I would be willing to grant some grace for slow service and mistakes if the customer service was good, but on top of everything else, the workers are very rude. They don't smile or thank their customers, they let people wait in the lobby for 10 minutes just to place an order. Honestly, every time I step foot in that restaurant, I feel like I'm inconveniencing THEM. Take your business elsewhere. I'm sure the workers are all lovely people, but whatever horrible working conditions are occurring internally are making the entire experience not worth your time. Go down the street and get a pumpkin iced coffee from McDonald's. Their workers are friendly and their drive thru is speedy. Plus, there's great coupons on the app, unlike DD.
