I do have to say I'm a little Biased because I love Dunkin Donuts no matter the location, but this one is the one I went to most recently. Overall I would say they get my order right about 80% of the time, but if you ask them to correct it they 100% will and dont make a fuss about it. Recommend NOT coming when you are in a rush! I ordered a $3 medium lemonade refresher and a piece of lemon strawberry loaf cake. The refresher was extremely tart, but oddly didn't taste much like lemonade. Even after adding water to dilute it, it was still too sour to enjoy. As for the loaf, the texture was chalky and the flavor was off--definitely not something I'd get again. Would I go back? The first Doughnut Shop I been to was more like a Winchell's Donuts. I had a lot of memories in a neighboring Doughnut Shop, that permanently closed down a very long time ago. I still think Red's Donuts is the best Doughnut Shop, it's been there forever. The younger people out there don't remember how the Chick-fil-A in the neighborhood, used to be a Krispy Kreme 20 years ago. I stopped going to Chick-fil-A and Krispy Kreme for 4 years. I like supporting businesses like the Donut Queen, that make exceptional Doughnuts. Dunkin' wasn't always popular, it became popular when it made an appearance in the movie Eight Crazy Nights 22 years ago. The first time I been to a Dunkin' was in Arizona. There wasn't a lot of locations around back then, than they do now. I'm back at it. I'm in Suisun City this morn. They know what day it is. It's Veterans Day. I started going to Dunkin' more this year. It's raining really hard today. The Avacado Toast, Muffin, and Hash Browns are cool; but I really like the Turkey, Egg & Cheese English Muffin Breakfast Sandwhich. I had that and a large Iced Caramel Macchiato for about two months. I had a large Iced Pumpkin Latte a few times since Fall started. This is a Turkey Breakfast Sandwhich and large Iced Pumpkin Signature Latte. Even though I think, the Iced Caramel Macchiato is a lot better and Chai Latte is slightly better. The Turkey Breakfast Sandwhich is a genius invention. And yeah, it's slightly better than similar products out there. This a working class meal. This might not be as good as Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, or French Toast; but this is as good to me as Prawns and Grits, Quiche Tart, Lox Bagel, Croissant, and Apple Jacks Cereal. It hits everytime, it's hard for to me to get bored of it, and it's consistently made. America runs on Dunkin'. They had plenty of workers but each one was focused on NOT making eye contact with me. I tried to catch the attention of one person, but she looked at me and walked away. Spit this one out instantly. Chocolate creme filled- 3/5. Tastes like cake! I love the fluffiness of the donut but I don't care for that powdered sugar texture on my tongue. The chocolate creme is super sweet! Like frosting, but it wasn't bad compared to the other donuts. Worth the one bite I had. Boston cream- 3/5. The chocolate icing and the custard inside is just very artificial tasting but once again, compared to how trash the other flavors were, this got a little bump up on the scale. Chocolate iced round and bar- 1/5. Nice texture but just not enough icing to donut. Super thin ratio. Strawberry glazed - 0/5. Same as the lemon jelly. I'm just really disappointed with my experience, the items I purchased, just everything overall. The only good thing I can say is that the store was clean but it's brand new so I would expect this. There is a Baskin Robbins inside and you can order both this and Dunkins in the same line. The location has a drive thru that is usually packed but if you go odd hours, there won't be a line. Dunkin recently just opened up here in Suisun City! My friend and I seen what we assumed to be the soft opening and omg the line was backed up into the street and decided to wait until a day where the line wasn't as long. I also didn't wait long at the window to pay and receive my items. We finally made our way there one afternoon, days after opening and there were only 3-4 cars ahead of us. It is currently only drive thru right now which explains the crazy lines but we got lucky. First experience: In honor of pumpkin season, I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and a chocolate frosted donut w/ sprinkles. The donut was good but I'd give the cold brew a 6/10. There just wasn't flavor in my opinion and I had to add some creamer to it once I was home. Second experience (8/30): I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin donut and hash browns. The latte was actually really good in my opinion. The donut was pretty good as well but I think I'd pass on the hash browns. They were a little over cooked/burned and not in a good crispy/crunchy kind of way. And although I know they're a snacking menu item... there were only about 5-6 little circle hash browns in the baggie. App: Definitely recommend getting the app. I seen it was advertised and I downloaded it while in line and had them scan my code for points towards my account. You can order on there or just simply stack your points up and get rewards. Overall, this is a new store opening and it'll take time to get things right. I got a coworker and I coffee before heading into work. I don't normally go here just because it's a cross town but today I had time. The drink order was incorrect. I ordered 1 large and 1 medium; both came out small. I ordered a Bfast sandwich with no egg and on a bagel got it with egg and on a croissant. I love places that have drive thru or curbside pick up because it's hard for me to carry anything when I'm in my wheelchair or using my canes! Not only is it a donut/coffee stop it's also an ice cream stop!! They even participate with the email offers. The drive thru lane use to be so long the first couple weeks of their opening but now it's pretty quick! I've yet to go inside but I feel it shouldn't be bad since it's still pretty new. The workers have seemed friendly, I definitely don't have any complaints. They are located by a lot of places to eat so this place should be a definite stop for dessert afterwards. As someone that would travel to Chicago in the past quite regularly (to get my Dunkin' Donuts fix there), I was excited to hear that they were opening Dunkin' Donuts locations in California. With the first being American Canyon and this location in Suisun City. The food quality is still quite good when it comes to their breakfast items. My personal favorite is the sausage, egg, & cheese on a croissant. In general, Dunkin' Donuts' donuts taste average to me, with the exception of the Boston Kreme donut. That being said, I prefer purchasing my donuts from local mom & pop shops anyway. The coffee is still amazing! I enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee with cream here (whether hot or iced) and having it actually taste like coffee instead of a cup full of sugar. The only issue I had with my most recent visit here was the slow service through the drive-thru. I think my husband and I waited about 10 minutes or more for the person in front of us to receive their order. There was a bit of a wait for our order as well, however, it didn't take nearly as long. Next time we come here, we'll just go inside to order and dine. read more

I can honestly say that I've probably only been to Dunkin' Donuts about three times within the last two years. This is a newer location for the Suisun area recently opened a few months ago. I went to the drive-through this particular morning and tried their sausage egg croissant. I was the only one in line so the service was fairly quick. And the service was friendly as well. I guess you could say the pricing of this particular sandwich is about average now just under five dollars. Would not be an every day treat to indulge in. What can I say? Well I've been here 5 times since they opened and even when I was the second car in line, I still waited 20+ mins. Today 5th visit and several days after opening day, I waited a whopping 38mins. Yeah yeah I know 1st of all why would you even get in that HUGE line? Why would you stay in line ? Ect. Well the truth is, I wanted to see if it would go quicker. Yet I am terribly disappointed to say that nope the wait time grew. Maybe just maybe once it's not the newest thing in town the wait time will get shorter. Or maybe management will realize they are loosing business and hire and train employees to be able to keep up with demands. I've had the following items within my few visits 1) maple sandwich. Was okay bacon was not crispy and didn't taste fresh. Over all the sandwich was edible but nothing out of this world 2) vanilla cream filled donuts (twice). Those are PERFECT 3) caramel drink ( a little on the non sweet end all 3 times. ) The one in American canyon makes it differently. 4) bacon egg and cheese bagel. They screwed up and gave me 4 sandwiches instead of 2. (not a bad problem if they were good. ). Yet the bagel was a little over toasted and soggy (not sure how you do both). The egg was not well proportion for the bagel size. Nothing was centered. Got pieces of just dry soggy burnt bagel with cheese then egg cheese and bacon. You get the idea. 5) pistachio ice cream was delicious. A little pricey for a scoop though. 6) Rocky road scoop was a little rich and to be honest have had better. 7) waffle cone was okay. Not bad not great 8) avocado toast with bacon. Was actually alot better than it looked ( didn't look like the picture on the menus ) 9) cranberry apple drink was not good at all. 10) pumpkin spice signature iced drink. Was awesome. Probably favorite thing I've had here to date besides the donuts The different people at the window have been okay. Not rude in any way. Haven't really experience super friendly service more of ( I really don't want to be here but I'm here attitude ) . There seems to be A LOT of confusion going on behind the window person. First time here during their soft opening. Wait time at the drive thru was about 45 minutes and other cars coming from another direction were cutting the line. When I finally got to the window to pay and pick up my order, they were giving me someone else's order. Drinks and donuts that belonged to someone else. After a couple of other people talked to me asking what my order was, they finally got it right. I told the young lady at the window I understand it's busy and how overwhelmed she must be feeling. As an East Coast transplant, I am predisposed to craving Dunkin' Donuts. Suffice to say, our local Suisun City Dunks has some work to do, but they've gotten better since opening. I usually walk in, as I admit, the drive-thru is often quite slow. I come from the days when everyone in cars ordered a lahge regulah and maybe a honey-dipped and went on about their day; now that the menu has cold brew hot foam mochabacomacchiccinos, things take longer I guess. Walk-in is usually an in-and-out process. The coffee last night had some freshly ground grounds in the bottom of the cup, and it definitely lacked for sugar, and for some reason, it seems like a lot of the donuts frequently taste vaguely of blueberry munchkin. Weird. On the good side, my last dozen trips, everyone on staff has been *very* courteous, the coffee is usually right, and they at least for now seem to have stopped cheaping out on the chocolate and maple frosting on the donuts.
