Coffee is good but donuts seem to be lacking quality and taste I used to. Feels like they're cutting back on icing and it makes donuts dry and bland. Unexciting photo below. :( read more

Dunkin Donuts - a dozen donuts in a box - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Orange Park, Florida

Poor customer service and rude in the drive through. I left and Went across the street to Starbucks...I'll pay extra to be treated well when giving my money! I've given this location multiple chances only because of the convenience. Age old saying - buy cheap you get cheap! read more

Love this location! The staff is personable and friendly. I usually go through the drive-thru and pick up coffee or their Box O' Joe with all of the fixins'. The price of their Box O' Joe® is comparable to SB's and is convenient for parties or get-togethers. You can call ahead of time and go through the drive-thru for easy pick-up. I'm usually coming from Murray Hill (north of the 17) so this DD is perfectly located on the right-hand side of the road. Easy in, easy out for me. I have yet to go inside for their donuts (usually go to the Fleming Island location for that), but maybe one day when I'm not in such a rush. Absolutely love their drive-thru and customer service! :) read more

This is an okay Dunkin Donuts. It is conveniently located if you are heading down to Fleming Island and are wanting a drink. The drinks and donuts are pretty much the same as at any other Dunkin location so nothing especially great. By the afternoon, they run pretty low on selections of donuts and other baked goods. The service is okay. The employees aren't overly friendly but they aren't mean either. This is just an OK Dunkin and if I am in the area and in need of a giant coffee for a good price, I will stop in. read more

Ordered two Sausage Egg & Cheese croissants. We got two bacon egg and cheese croissant (which are extremely bland in comparison) . Ordered two orders of hash browns and received two mummified orders of hash browns(these things were so old I can only imagine that they were part of an Easter presentation and should be presented in a manger) . The only good thing we received was the coffee. At least my dogs liked the food. read more

I would like to say this morning was such a huge disappointment with this a store. Staff and mgmt did nothing while water sprayed from the ceiling AC vent onto the orange lid coffee pot, bananas -!: surrounding area. 3 of us witnessed it but yet no one did anything. someone did (staff) yell they were suppose to have fixed it. I won't be returning and if this restaurant doesn't take care of it, it could turn out to be a hazard. * what's the point of using when handling food when you touch everything else?!?!? This happened before they closed the doors to the lobby. Do better guys read more

Tried this dunkin today. I was really craving a latte. I always order a medium caramel iced latte with 3 pumps of sugar. After I ordered I waited at the windfow for a solid 2 minutes before they even opened it to get my money. Then I waited for another 2 minutes to get my latte and donut. The lady who brought me my latte (not the cashier) was very nice and apologized for the wait and she had made my latte really well. Her service saved my trip. I don't know if I will be back to this location. read more

Dunkin Donuts - a view of a dunkin donuts store - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Orange Park, Florida

Bad service. The baristas will walk directly by the register, look you in the eye and will not serve you. Extremely rude!

Only one out of two registers open at 8:30 in the morning at a Donut Shop. Waited in line for a while because customer a few in front of me was getting a few dozen. My cashier was Keshia ( had on a hoodie so I couldn't see her name tag that's the name on my receipt) and the ONLY thing that came out of her mouth was "$4.15". I guess she doesn't know how to say "how are you today" "what can I get for you" " will that be all" "thank you". I get in my car to eat my donut to find the waze paper completely wrapped around my frosted donut. When I remove the wax paper I also removed my chocolate frosting off the donut. The last part isn't any of the employees fault but I was stuck in the parking lot because of the poorly laid out drive thru. If the drive-thru customers don't pull to the left they block the exit. read more

Hubby and I went to the drive thru of this location. I love Fall season! Their pumpkin iced latte coffee is so delicious and I was craving it. I was placing my order and the young lady on the other end taking my order told me to pull around. Ummmm, I was not done placing my order! How rude! I placed the rest of my order but the young lady's tone made me not want to just leave. I really had no clue as to what was going on, maybe a bad day, or something happened at home. I have always learned to not let someone else's rude behavior change you to have a great day. Well we received our order and I just let it all go. This was the first and my last time at this location. I enjoy their coffee but nasty attitudes, I do not have to take. I know we just had the awful storm Matthew but we've all been affected by it. We all should be more considerate to the next. You never know what the other person has gone through. However, do not treat the next person awful because of what happened previous. A smile can go a long way! read more

Stopped by to order 10 croissant sandwiches and 10 hash browns. I was told I needed to call that order in because they don't have enough bakery stuff to complete an order that big. I was then told they don't have croissants but they can give me five bagels and five English muffin with sausage. I said thank you and left. I went down the street to the Dunkin' Donuts in Fleming. My order was not a problem, I didn't have to call Ahead! Took them 10 minutes with 10 orders of hash browns. You guys need better management on Park! read more

This Dunkin Donut continually has customer service issues. This morning, staff were particularly unfriendly. I walked through the door which sounds a bell letting staff know a costumer has entered. No one came to the counter. After a few minutes I walked to the other side to see four employees in the drive through area. Once I made eye contact a staff member taped another staff member to assist me. The staff member was unfriendly, wouldn't acknowledge my "good morning" and acting as though I was an irritant to her morning. Seriously? read more

Saddest Boston cream donuts I've ever seen! Barely frosted at all. Highly disappointed!

Service here is extremely slow! The person taking the order can't remember a simple order. I had to repeat my order 4 times, and then again when I got to the window. There was only 2 people including me in the drive thru, still waited almost 10 minutes to get my order. When asked why was it so slow, she told me it was only 2 people when I counted 6 people, 3 with headsets on. They suck. Management need to take these reviews into consideration! Ok read more

I went to write a review because we love Dunkin' Donuts it's a regular place for our entire family but I had no surprise when I went on Yelp and saw that it already had one and a half star reviews. Unfortunately the service was just very poor, they got our order wrong and seemed shocked that we wanted a medium coffee instead of a small even though that's what we paid for. My husband's sandwich was wrapped in plastic and not a normal wrapper, And I got five hashbrowns in a bag big enough for a bagel. We love Dunkin but I don't recommend this one no one likes bad customer service and frustration when they're just trying to grab a quick bite. We will go out of our way next time to be in a better location read more

Terrible experience today at Dunkin but wasn't the first time and this employee seems to always be the one that causes the issue. Her name is Jessica Cruz; she treats people with complete disrespect. She put my order in wrong and upon asking her to fix it she told me not to come to the store anymore since she can never enter it in correctly, and then she physically lunged at me and a male employee had to hold her back and pull her into the back of the store because she wanted to cause a physical altercation, this seems to be her manor of interfacing because she lacks good customer communication skills. It's a shame because the other employees seem well mannered and nice to work with and apologetic for her actions. My husband and other friends and family members have witnessed first hand and experienced these same issues from her, being rude and evasive when we call to speak with the manager and saying there is never one there is unacceptable and monitor the calls asking what it's about because you know you just had an issue is unacceptable. Hopefully they can rectify this because we won't change where we shop in our neighborhood for one bad person. read more

I've had a bad experience with employee Jessica Cruz she would not send the phone call to a manager when I asked for one she just insisted to know what the call was regarding and then said that there wasn't gonna be a manager there until the next day it's hard to believe that there isn't gonna be a manager until the next day at 12pm on a Saturday it's wrong for Jessica to intercept phone calls that needs to be addressed by a manager read more

This is a brand spanking new location.... and it shows. I'm sure once they get their rhythm going it'll be better, but for now... it's slow service. Polite, courteous and full of smiles, but slow. They were out of chicken salad when I got there about mid afternoon. I guess somebody went off on the poor cashier about it before I ordered it. She was extremely grateful that I didn't freak out about it. The tuna on a croissant was perfectly done. I watched them make it and didn't realize exactly how much like a tastier lunchable it is. They just warm up the croissant, open up a little container of tuna and slap it on there. (Still delicious and I do so love their croissants.) Of course, any donut I've ever gotten there is fresh, moist and full of sugary goodness. read more

(First off, a little disclaimer, I was invited to an event here in early December by Dunkin Donuts corporate to taste some goodies and find out info about all the goings on) I was thrilled to find out the old OP Dunkin Donuts was going to be replaced. The location is much better than the old one (it was at the Kingsley/17 intersection and a million years old), though it can still get congested during certain peak times. This location is (like all of the newer/updated Dunkins) more of a hangout/wifi/study/to work environment than DD was before. This location even has a conference room that can be rented out. Of course, the donuts/food/drinks are what you'd expect and every time I've gone, the service has been great. A HUGE improvement over the old location. read more

This place sucks can't get your order right and an egg patty that I normally get for my child at every other location they said they would not give us said they don't give out egg Patty's they were also very rude we will be making the drive to go to the one down the street from now on read more

This is a nice and new Dunkin. Unfortunately I came at what must have been a bad time, I did the drive thru as I was turned down to enter (Christmas Eve) no big deal. There were two cars ahead of me and I had two cars behind me. I was pretty much stuck we didn't move for 10 minutes (no exaggeration). I still wanted my vanilla chai so I went ahead and ordered since I had waited awhile already. They were polite and apologized for the wait, took my order and told me to pull around for my total. There was still one car ahead of me waiting for their order and that didn't take long, but once it was my turn no one acknowledged me they were in what seemed like the middle of a shift change and I had to wait another 5 minutes. The man who finally took my payment and gave me my drink was nice, but I was a little disappointed with the unprofessionalism of his coworkers. Not sure if I'll be back. My drink was amazing and I'm feeling generous given the fact that it is Christmas Eve so 3 stars for now Dunkin! read more

We have been sitting in this drive thru for 25 minutes. We can't leave because they have these sticks blocking you in. This has to be the slowest, worst Dunkin anywhere! Avoid it at all costs. Huge fan of Dunkin but not this place. I have been here twice on my way home work. The first time I pulled up to the drive thru and no one talked to me for about four minutes so i drove off. Yesterday I drove up to the drive thru and I was immediately talked to and the told me one second and about three minutes later I told them I was ready to order, then they said they are doing shift change and to me to hold on till they were done. If there is a next time I will just go inside if I go back. read more

It's me again. And as usual my best friend lacy and I went to this location for our 2 donuts. Strawberry with sprinkles and Boston cream. And so we pull up through the drive thru. For starters the lady was super unenthusiastic, making us feel unwelcome and sad. Then while ordering she read me back the 2 DIFFERENT donuts. Then when we paid, we looked in the bag after pulling away only to find that there were 2 strawberry with sprinkles and not a Boston cream. So now after this scarring experience. I don't know what else to do, my whole word crumbled apart without that Boston cream on a Sunday morning. And after my last review, you have failed to schedule javon on sundays. Imagine my dismay when upon driving into the parking lot yesterday, I noticed one of their regular employees outside having a cigarette while wearing his drive-thru headset, and apron. Kind of makes you wonder what the level of hygiene requirements are at the store, that he would be able to smoke while wearing the apron that is around food and beverages all day! No thanks, I just pulled right back out. read more

I was so excited that they opened this Dunkin here. I have come once a week since they have opened. Unfortunately, everytime I have come, something has been wrong with my order. They also seem to burn the ice coffee. It never tastes right. Last time I was here, I ordered every thing and they charged me for hash browns and then told me they didn't have any. It seems the communication with the people in the back doesn't seem to happen. I will say, everyone is super friendly and pleasant to deal with. It is just surprising that for such a new place and in such a prime area, that they have so many issues. read more

Came into the store at 7a and was greeted with a "good morning" from someone in the back. I greeted back and proceeded to go to the register to order. No one came. Then a singing employee (whom I think was the greeter) came around to do something and made a comment to me about her singing and laughed....then she went back (without even a "someone will be right with you"). Then another employee came out of the restroom, made eye contact with me, and then he went to the back. I stood there patiently and I saw him stretch his neck around the corner to see if I was there...again, eye contact, but no comment to me. I stood for another minute then walked out. What a waste of my time. All I wanted was a morning treat for my children after getting called into work that night. I will never return to this Dunkin' Donuts. Thanks for literally nothing. read more

After working all night at the hospital, I went for my morning ice latte at Dunkin' Donuts on Park Avenue in Orange Park. My order was specific and should have been sugar-free and because it is a complex order, I always tip the barista. Not only was it not sugar-free, I was not given a receipt. I did not taste it until I arrived home and since I was overcharged AND tipped anyway, should I even have to?!? Anyway.....I called the establishment only to get an answering service and when I called back to tell them I went elsewhere, "the voice mailbox is full". Wow. This is the second time my order has been incorrect so I will not patron this DD ever again! For those of you headed toward St. Augustine via Hwy 17/Park/Roosevelt, do yourselves a favor and hit the one in Fleming Island. They never disappoint and the staff is so pleasant! My next call will be to Headquarters to praise the FI DD and COMPLAIN about the OP DD!! read more

Messy fathers day donuts! Went to this location because my elderly father (who has parkinson's) wanted donuts for breakfast, I ordered 4 boston cream filled through the drive thru. To my surprise when they gave them to me they piled them 4 high one on top of the other in the brown to go bag. What a mess we had chocolate icing now stuck to the top and the bottoms of the donuts. I went back to explain how they were served to me she told me that they were not allowed to put less than 6 in a box and this was the only way they were allowed to serve them. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

There's only one employee, or at least only saw one for whole visit. Second they were out of liquid sugar, third they were out of Caramel, fourth I asked her to stir it before she made it and she said she would but then gave it to me and it was obviously two different layers of flavor and the sugar stuck on the bottom. She said she did stir I ask well how come I'll see two different layers and she said I did stir but I'll do it again. She takes the cup and just swirls it in her hand. I said just give it back I can do that. Then the cup was greasy cause she still had her gloves on from touching food, had to ask for a new cup, all the while she's shooting daggers at me with her eyes....smh.
