Stopped by this Krispy Kreme because they partner with TooGoodToGo & participate in reducing food waste. That alone gave them brownie points from me. I never tried Krispy Kreme donuts before this experience due to the price however I got my entire dozen right before closing for $5. That alone was amazing but when I tell yall the pink donut was the best donut I've ever had I mean it. I can't wait to try the rest!!! I don't get donuts often and it's always nice to get a sweet treat. I love the original glazed. They're so light and fluffy. You can check on the app for the times the hot light comes. And although it said it was on, it was not when I got there. I ordered anyways because they still taste good. But if you've ever had them fresh out the fryer, they're amazing! I love that their raspberry filled donut actually taste like raspberry and not like DD's that just taste like grape jelly. The vanilla cream filled was good, but I prefer the Boston cream, my second favorite. I've never had an issues at this location. They weren't usually busy any time that I have went. It looked like the Grand Opening when I walked into this KK location. Everything was neatly organized and super clean. I stopped in to grab a dozen for my family and did a mix including my favorites like Bavarian & Iced Chocolate. I love all of the filled donuts like raspberry and lemon, but the Bavarian is my favorite. I noticed that they offer a Cinnamon Bun Donut for $1.89 each and it looked delicious. However, I wasn't willing to spend that on just one pastry because I knew someone would be fighting for it. I will try that one next time... I also got a coffee to-go and overall, KK coffee is pretty horrible compared to most coffee places. Maybe that will one day change because there's some opportunities here regarding the coffee. Until then, KK is still a great place to go if you want to be the bringer of all that's good in America to any family gathering or party. Hardly anyone can really resist Krispy Kreme donuts when it's in their face and it's all said and done. Even those who said they gave up sugar this year. These donuts are just too pretty. Pretty good customer service at this location from what I experienced. There's plenty of parking and a convenient drive-thru, too. read more

This is one of the worst Krispy Kreme's that I've ever visited. The employees were nice, but really slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes when there were only two customers. The donuts were not fresh at all. The donuts had a stale day old taste. I would not recommend this place. read more

The donuts were hot and that melt in your mouth goodness was in the mix as always so there was no disappointment. I always have a pleasure getting my donuts at Krispy Kreme . this time was horrible I came to use my free donut reward and buy 3 more singles as well. I stopped at the 103d Krispy Kreme location I give the girl my order when i get to the window and she tells me she didn't hear any of my order which is fine I give it to her again (Kimberly) then proceeds with an attitude when I try to hand her my phone with my barcode to scam after I placed my order to use my free donut then asks me for my number I give it to her she says she found my account and she's the reward but proceeds to tell me I cannot use that reward and buy donuts on top of it which I'm explaining I want all single glaze donuts 4 total and I just wanna use my free reward for 1 glaze donut on 1 of the donuts and she proceeds to tell me that's not possible then slams door to go get manager by the time she gets back with the manger I have my order done threw the app so I just asked her if I could instead just order on the app since she said my coupon isn't working at the window , then she replies well your gonna have to go around agian if your gonna order it now online when there is no line and no one in line behind me at all. i just left because of how she was acting felt like she was gonna sabotage my donuts the way this lady was acting . We made an online order and when we got up to the window they asked what we had when we told them our name twice and it should've been on the order ticket. It took a while for us to actually get our order and I understand they were probably backed up but they seemed to have an unpleasant attitude and seemed like they didn't wanna be there which I didn't really appreciate because they had plenty of time to fulfill our order from the time we placed it to the time we arrived. They then tried to say it was not paid for and we then showed that it in fact had been paid for since it's a mobile order and it wouldn't go through had it not been paid for. Worst restaurant I've ever been to. Every time corporate rolls out a new doughnut, limited time only, this store screws it up. They either don't want the extra business that it's designed to create or they are just plain lazy. They never have them ready when the store opens, they tell you they won't be ready till later and that is usually between 4 and 5 hours after they open.
