Pros: Good location off 23 in the newer strip mall Easy parking They have a drive-thru Clean store that shares space with Baskin Robbins Cons: Can be tricky to get to their store - not intuitive on how to enter the area - beat to go to the light Out of donuts at 1pm when they close at 9pm? Pro tip: Not a whole lot in this strip mall food wise. Go early to get your coffee and pastries cause they are gone quick. read more

Stopped by for ice cream . Before I entered i saw a young man get up out of a chair and leave(obvisouly a boyfriend of one of the employees) there were 3 employees behind the counter , one looked at me and went to the backroom. The other two were too busy at their task to acknowledge me. I waited and waited . A car pulled up at the drive thru and immediately was waited on by one of the employees with a head set. That was that , I left the store and will NEVER be back. Hopefully the Cold Stone creamery across the street will have better customer service read more

I was so excited about this location, until I went. It was nice & new & so cute inside. But the worker was talking on the phone the WHOLE time & not listening or understanding us. We had to repeat ourselves many of times & we were getting things we didn't order & he'd have to fix the order. It was so odd. Like who are you talking to? I got the double cream stuffed Oreo cone. It was a chocolate cone with marshmallow syrup on the inside, Oreo ice cream, whip cream & Oreo bits on top. He was very forgetful & probably won't be back. read more

I'm not sure what has happened at this location but the service is the worst I've had at a Dunkin - we waited 15 minutes with one person in front of us for two coffees - the people in there are inept and when we got to the window didn't even remember our order which was the simplest order of all time. I visited this Dunkin place on the 23rd several times. Quality of the food is substandard (poor to say the least), and both workers were unfriendly and both look very stressed out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Service was horrible, took 30 minutes for an online order where they forgot things. Also the coffees were not shaked as you could see all the syrup and sugar sitting at the bottom. Inside it was dirty and the staff did not make any effort to help and even avoided us for the first 10 minutes inside. Kind folks and improved experience! While this location had a bumpy start when they first opened, they've recently made big improvements in the customer service and wait-time departments. Still a little spotty on inventory but they've come a long way. read more

Extremely slow service inside. More concerned with Drive thru. Made our drinks which took over 10 min and then proceeded to make someone else's before finishing our donut order. Took 25 minutes to order and get 6 donuts and 3 iced drinks. read more

This location is dirty, has bad customer service, and is unwelcoming. I had to do a project for school where you go into coffee shops and get down an assortment of products, describe the atmosphere, map out where all the products are placed etc., as a part of my primary observational research. I walk in with my mom and it was empty. There was a blonde white girl named Malayah who saw me with my notebook out writing some things down and taking a few pictures of the products (no images of employees or customers were taken nor were they in the photos). I informed her that this was for a school project and asked her if it was ok. She said sure no problem. As I got to the blended roasts I noticed there were no prices. I simply asked what the price of the blends were and if they were all the same. Malayah didn't know so she asked the Indian girl that was eyeing me. She told the girl it was for a school project but the girl proceeded to give me a look and said "I can't give you the price of that and you aren't allowed to do anything for school projects here. " I told her what the project was and that pricing should be available for customers in store just as it is online. She told me she has to ask her manager and I said ok call them. She "calls" them and my mom asks her why she can't give me a price for the coffee blend. My mom points out that there is no price available and customers wouldn't know what the price is unless they ask. She scans the coffee blend and then says her manager said "so many student do projects and that I'm not allowed". I was never given a solid, valid reason as to why I couldn't get the price of an item. I was given rude looks and the only polite person was Malayah. Not sure if the Indian girl was a shift lead or what, but that is not how you deal with customers. They will not be getting my service again. read more
