I got to the window and she had put in the order wrong, which was fine, I don't mind but when I told her she got a bigger attitude, sighed really loud and rolled her eyes. By the end of it, we still left with the wrong order (ordered two large chai teas, and received smalls after paying for larges) but I didn't want to go back and deal with it. I get if you're having a bad day, but I was nothing but polite and kind. There is no reason to take it out on someone who did nothing to you.
