These cookies are so large, decadent, and delicious, they might as well have had their own seat at the table. We got all the varieties because, well, if you're not going big, are you even trying? The family went absolutely wild for them, but the German chocolate cookies? Those were the runaway hit. I'm pretty sure my buddy's aunt is now planning her next family gathering around them, and his cousin asked if he could "borrow" the recipe (as if Crumbl would ever let that secret out!). We discovered this cookie chain when they opened where we live in Charlotte. We enjoy trying their rotating weekly flavors, so when we were in Delaware visiting family, we stopped by. We got the Cornbread and Coconut Lime cookies this time. Both were good. The Cornbread was my favorite and it was very unique. The Coconut Lime was good too, but it was almost the same as their chilled sugar cookie. For a chain place, these cookies are really good. While their cookies rotate every week, a lot of the flavors tend to be almost the same with just a new frosting on it. I try to find ones with a different base cookie so that they don't all taste the same. If you've never tried them, they're definitely worth checking out. read more

I've heard a lot of great things from friends about Crumbl in Georgia and Tennessee. I was surprised to see there was a location in Columbus. Crumbl is known for rolling out new cookie releases weekly. This week, I tried the chocolate chip cookies, patriot cookie, and Oreo marshmallow cookie. My favorite cookie was the Oreo marshmallow cookie. Also, I got the vanilla ice cream that was really good. I recommend that you order the cookies in advance and pick them up. Really good giant cookies you can share with a friend but you don't want to! They have curbside service if you order from their app, it can take a while if they are busy, understandably. Weekends are usually always busy. I think I've only had 2 meh cookie flavors that I've tried out of 1 million. At least that's what my scale says. read more

For the most part, the cookies are served warm, they will put on there if they are served cold, and in an adorable box. We went for the grand opening: free chocolate chip cookie for everyone! While there we also bought the pink sugar cookie and the peanut butter cookie. At $3.50 each, we probably should have splurged for more since you get a price break. 4 cookies for $11.50 makes them $2.87 each. 12 cookies for $28 makes them $2.33 each! The cookies are quite large. We saw people walking out with the dozen boxes. At first I thought it looked like a pizza box. Once we got inside and saw them up close, I realized it was even bigger! The three flavors we tried were all delicious! The pink icing on the sugar cookie had a hint of strawberry flavor. The cookie itself wasn't as sweet as other sugar cookies I've had, but the icing makes up for that a little. The peanut butter cookie had chocolate icing on it. So tasty. Even the chocolate chip was not just a standard cookie but more like a hunk of chunky goodness! They also have some ice cream flavors to complement the cookie flavors of the week. We did not try the ice cream. Smaller cookies are available for catering orders. There was quite a line for the free cookies, mainly because everyone was ordering additional cookies, and they were icing them to order. So it did take some time. I would imagine at most times they would have call ahead orders and not be making cookies while you wait. I had a friend that surprised me with the Crumbl Apple Pie Cookie yesterday. It's a oatmeal spice cookie with apple pie filling on top. Cookies weren't great (no butter flavor, no richness of flavor) which at almost $5.00 a cookie...I would expect to be wowed. The bigger issue for me though was the lack of ANY customer service at this place. Three young-ish (high schoolers?) were the only ones running the place. All three were much more interested in their tasks at hand, than greeting or thanking customers, much less asking "anything I can answer or help you with." I guess you are just supposed to automatically know that you are not to speak to anyone and just order at their tablet/kiosks. I think you could eliminate their jobs and just have a cookie vending machine that bakes the cookies and puts them in a box and sends them out of a slot at the door. You are making a mistake to leave your store in the hands of these clueless young people. They are hurting your business! We will skip Crumbl next time we are in Delaware. This is a delightful cookie shop. It's easy to spot in the shopping center, with its huge, eye-catching images of warm gooey chocolate chip cookies on the glass. When you get inside, you can see directly into the workspace where cookies are happening! They offer milk chocolate chip and frosted sugar cookie weekly, while the other options rotate. On our visit, these included monster cookie, dirt cookie (with a little gummy worm on top!), sugar with Halloween animal cookies, and pumpkin roll. You can get a single or get combos in very nice looking pink packaging. We opted for a 4 pack: 2 milk chocolate chip, a monster, and a frosted sugar cookie, which came with a little pumpkin candy on it at the time of our visit. The cookies were delicious and quite large. The staff was very friendly, answering our questions and getting us all set up with our order. Parking is plentiful in the shopping center lot out front. I've lived in the area for about 2 months now and every time I drive by this location there are always busy so I've never stopped. Today my husband was making a trip to the local card shop next to here and had him stop. I looked on the app and they were out of chocolate chip so I asked him to get me cinnamon swirl, when he got there they were out of swirl so he made an executive decision and got sugar cookie. When he told me they were out of cinnamon I said jeez for a place that only has 6 flavors to be out of 2 that's kind of crazy. I have visited this location for cookies twice. Each time service has been quick and friendly. The flavors this week were honey bun, birthday cake, buckeye brownie, creamsicle, and their chocolate chip and sugar cookie. The first time I came I just was not a huge fan of the flavors and unfortunately this time was about the same. They are definitely not the cheapest either.The cookies are "ok". I am just not blown away by them. I did really enjoy the birthday cake flavor though and the creamsicle was strangely refreshing. Since the flavors change every week I would definitely go again. Amazing! This was our first time here and it's a new business so had to check it out and we were not disappointed! We got a package of 4. The packaging is amazing and the cookies are also! We had their staples the sugar cookie and chocolate chip. The sugar cookie is great but wasn't a huge fan of the icing. The chocolate chip was delicious! We also got 2 of the weekly ones, the peanut butter and jelly (by far my favorite! So good!) and a salted caramel.
