I've been coming to this dunkin location for years, always have been delighted with the staff and watched them deal with a lot over the 15 years I've been going. The blonde manager (I can't remember her name) and Lisa have done an outstanding job for years! The new manager has messed up our order every time and the staff have been clueless about making simple drinks or taking orders pertaining food (not custom orders simply things off the menu) and act like they've never heard of the simplest things on the menu.... We're always understanding after all people make mistakes! But this morning after getting the order wrong AGAIN and after tasting my girlfriend's coffee to try to say it's not that bad, I quickly realized it was utterly disgusting. She went back in and asked for it to be remade only for the manager to tell her "what's wrong with it today?" With a bit of attitude like we were in the wrong but the drink didn't even match the recipe on the cup.... read more

Definitely the best Dunkin if I had to say myself in Long Island, the staff is absolutely amazing and never rude always happy, THE manager is absolutely lovely... My coffee is never ever disappointing and I have watched them be so helpful to everybody in the community, it is super clean and super tidy. The bathroom is never dirty. We have to appreciate when people are professional and amazing and I have to say that these Beautiful people are absolutely amazing and they make every day when I grab my coffee just that much more better. read more

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin's to do a mobile order for. I've been coming to this specific location for over 4 years, place my mobile order when I am at least 10 mins away, and when I arrive it's still not ready. It's easier to just order when I arrive as those customer's orders come out quicker than those of us waiting for our mobile orders. This is a constant reoccurrence. The purpose of a mobile order is to grab and go. I wait...and I wait...and then I go. There was one time recently that I placed a mobile order. Arrived, it wasn't ready. Shocker. Anyway, they have a two level tray where mobile orders are placed. My coffee gets placed on it, I see my name so I take it. My bagel isn't ready yet. A few minutes later the worker roughly puts the bagel on the tray, so rough that it slides off and hits the floor!!! Yes, it was in the bag, but it still hit the floor. All the worker said was, "sorry." Okay...but if this wasn't mine, and it was another customer's bagel, would another one have been made? They didn't come from behind the counter or anything, so I have my doubts. If you want to come to this specific location, don't place your order ahead of time as there isn't any benefit. I love my Dunkin coffee. I have to admit the service is usually unbearable at most locations and lucky your drink tastes the same twi e. I always make the effort to stop in this location when working in the area. This staff here is the best. By far the quickest, always polite, and actually care about getting you your order in a timely fashion and correct. The employees here really make the difference. If ever a chain store/franchise should show some respect and gratitude for their employees its this one, they should be in charge of training other places...I live in a area with 4 dunkins in probably a 5 mile radius...I can go to each and either wait forever, be treated rude, and ha e my coffee tastes different at each one.... The girl cashier there has the rudest attitude (forgot to get her name). I understand it's just Dunkin and people will continue going there BUT if she continues with that nasty attitude of hers, this store will continue to lose customers starting with me. Apparently she's been working there for 13 years, surprised management hasn't addressed her rude behavior and given her customer service lessons in all these years. I run a local pest control company down the street and this is our favorite place for the whole team! The staff and service is awesome and they offer a local discount for local residences especially when you buy in bulk. I came to this Dunkin at maybe 1130 at night (it's 24 hours) and my boyfriend and I got some ice cream, the lady was very rude to us. Although I am very compassionate because a lot of people have rough times in their life. So I understand quietness, or a little bit standoffish but she was really rude. Places like Dunkin or McDonald's I'm not picky when it comes to my order or what I get, I'm more picky about the attitude I'm given. You don't have to be all smiles and pouring out sunshine, but please do not treat me like I was your high school bully. read more

The first time i ordered curbside i waited about 15 minutes for my order. That's longer than I'd like to wait for a small order but i can live with it. The second time, i waited 20 minutes. That was not ok considering by the time i got my order the coffee was watered down, the cold foam on another drink was melted and the food was cold. But the lady apologized and said that it was their mistake. So ok. I can live with that. Today was the third and LAST time i will ever go here. I waited 30 minutes before i started calling the store and no one answered. Then 5 minutes later a guy brings me my order. The drinks were beyond watered down. One of them was supposed to be an iced chai which was made as a coffee. They forgot an apple juice and a wrap for my daughter. Already pissed off at this point, i went in there asking for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They did offer to remake the drink and the food but at this point i was done with it. They just wrote my name down on a piece of paper for a manager to look at? I have no intention of ever going back to that store. Management needs to be better. There were 3 kids working there without a manager present. This was just a really bad experience... the past 3 times i had been there. read more

You already know what's going on over here. It's a commercial chain that can afford to hire any decent workers who have a sense of responsibility, pride and emotional intelligence to understand their obligation and pride they must have in their brand and service BUT does not hire such common individual. I would explain what happened in the store today but no one helped me. I simply corrected a manager who contends a flat white and late are the same thing. The coffee-related "professional" then had such an issue that I corrected her about the differences between two drinks she simply turned her back on me and walked away. They have the best donuts by far I love how they glaze the donuts and they are nice and soft rather then the other Dunkin' Donuts I've been too. In addition the staff is very nice. This Dunkin' Donuts has been around for as long as I can remember. They have fresh donuts and great drinks. Everything you'd expect from Dunkin' Donuts. I even order both my daughters' birthday cake from here too. Everything is delicious. Unfortunately, I had to knock it one star for two reasons: 1. When I ordered my daughter's "Frozen" cake from here, I gave them a small baggie of little figurines to put on the cake that my daughter wanted. We didn't notice that Anna was missing until after we took the cake out to cut it for the party :(. 2. The last time I was there, I tried to order a smoothie. The lady told me the smoothie machine was broken. You'd think that with all the advertising DD is doing around their smoothies, you'd think that this machine would be kept operational at all times. To be clear, I've been coming to this DD location for years and don't want to let these two isolated incidents deter anyone from going. I actually do recommend them. They really fresh coffee and donuts and friendly staff there but I just wouldn't feel right if I didn't at least mention the two incidents above. read more

This DD is the worst when it comes to getting fresh and a variety of donuts. They NEVER have all the munchkin varieties (especially Jelly) and my favoeite the donut sticks are always hard and old. They discontinued the Jelly Stick which too was a major disappointment. The cooks here are the only ones that work at 3am when i go there and thier rude and act like the dont give a damn. read more
