Language barrier to start things off in the drive thru. Asked for what I thought was a simple request. Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Make it a meal. Well she had a hard time figuring that one out. I get up to the window and after I left there were like 3 hash browns (thought there'd be double that) and no straw for the iced coffee. Horrible, at this point I blame myself for continuing to try and give this place business. EVERY time I've gone something has gone wrong- burnt, overcharged, can't communicate with staff, and finally just completely wrong order. I'm officially done, a few times I can excuse and call bad luck/employee but this is just too much. The food was great but the service was awful the lady who takes your order always sounds annoyed and pissed off every time I've gone there. They take quiet a while to get you your food even if its something as simple as a donut. I have nothing against dunkin but the service as this one is honestly getting old I dont know what im doing to make them so annoyed. read more

I've always gone to this location around the same time of night and always had the same guy at the drive thru. He's sooo friendly that it over compensates for the slow service. I had an order for 4 people and he semi screwed the order up but added a few extra munchkins in and gave me a 10% discount for waiting so long... This Dunkin location has been quite the disappointment so I'll share my experiences on the off chance a manager or owner checks and cares and to encourage you to hit up another location if it's on your route. Both times I've been to this location service has been horrible. At the speaker the employees don't welcome you, speak cheerfully, say thank you, or give you your total. They are slow even when there's only one or two cars. When you pull up to the window the employees are all chatting and laughing while you sit waiting far too long for a simple drink. Then, the thing that bothers me most is they don't give you the total at the speaker, they don't give you the total at the window, and then they don't give you a receipt. Both times the person at the window just stood there looking at me waiting for my money without thinking maybe she should tell me my total, then no receipt to follow. This is not acceptable. Service was incredibly slow, second car in Drive thru & I sat waiting to order for 9 minutes that's a bit much for a D&D! Giving 1 star because of an extremely rude girl at drivethru. I start telling her my order after I waited for her to take it and she kept interrupting me while I'm trying to speak. I began to get really frustrated and felt like she was interrupting me on purpose because in the middle of me speaking she kept repeating ,"anything else" like a robot. Then it got quiet and her coworker had to retake my entire order because she clearly didn't get my order after all that talking over me. Being from the west coast I had to see what the Dunkin Donuts hype was about. I've seen Dunkin Donuts coffee break into the shelves of grocery stores in Cali, but haven't bought into it. The cashier wasn't really helpful and seemed annoyed with me when I couldn't figure out which combination of donut holes I wanted.The coffee was standard and donut holes were the same. I had high expectations I suppose. This is probably a good place if you are on the go and need something quick. After this experience, I likely won't every buy packaged Dunkin Donut coffee back home. read more

I would give it a ZERO if I could!!!! We ordered 6 edible items and only received 1 out of 6!!!! And the one item we received was so burnt and inedible!!!! Then when we called to complain we basically had to argue with the manager about what we did not receive!!! Worst experience ever! I would never ever go back! read more

They are very busy during early morning hours, which of course is understandable. The wait time is not the issue, the issue is the staff getting my order wrong over and over. If I didn't know any better I would think that the morning staff are either still half asleep or just don't care. read more

This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to in my life. They made my toasted ginger bread latte absolutely terrible. I asked nicely to get another one and they literally used the same coffee and put whip cream on it and dumped caramel all over the lid making it just a mess. I do NOT recommend going here. Beyond disappointed for the $15 I just wasted here. And their customer service staff was more then rude. She gave me a disgusted face and half laughed when I said it didn't taste right. One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. 20 minute + wait times for a morning coffee, only 1 person to both take orders and prep coffee inside. According to sign they are open until 11 pm we were told that they closed in 10 minutes it is 9:33 and the door was just locked.

Incredibly slow with a line or not. Can barely hear them on speaker. Service here gets worse with every change of personnel.

I give this Dunkin' Donuts a 0 Long lines and misleading advertising. Bought a breakfast sandwich that should have been $2 with beverage. I did not see the beverage so I only ordered the sandwich. They charged me 4.03. When I asked about it they would not give me a credit and the beverage. Rude manager. I know she could have and had to sit there arguing about 2$. Will never go back. read more

I used to go to this Dunkin Donuts at least 3 times a week. I will stop going to this one because they are never connected to the DD perks system. This happened before the holidays and is still happening. Today I went in and order 2 coffees. When I went to pay all they could say was no. They had to get another cashier to help her explain the system was down. I didnt have cash on me so I had to leave the 2 coffees there. Will be a long time till I go back to this one even though it is the only one on my way to work. read more

Maybe they didn't have their coffee, but the employees were rude, did not honor a coupon my app said was still valid today, and forgot to give us our donuts requiring another trip to the counter. It could have been a better experience. read more
