Delicious dirty chai latte, matcha, and coffees here. Dog-friendly, horse-friendly (they have carrots for the horses). Comfy couches and chairs to hang out and work. Great breakfast tacos. My one request is mugs (everything is to-go cups only). But the draw is the car show that's every Sunday and its own SNL kit. A collection of Ferraris, Porsches, finance guys, old guys, and Instagram teens descend upon the parking lot, and the people-watching is better than the cars. The ultimate rich-bro culture. Imagine every fancy sports car you've ever seen parked in the lot, and about 40 men standing around shootin the shit and taking photos. Grab a coffee and watch it unfold.

Hayfields Cafe and Florist is a unique experience. This transformed gas station and garage is just beautiful. The food all looks great. I had their delicious French Press Panini - smoked ham with Brie, honey mustard, and tomato on sourdough bread. The pastries are also fabulous. In the warm months, the inside and outside blend seamlessly, with the large windowed garage doors opened to a patio seating area. Here you can sit at raised tables under a live grapevine "awning" with bunches of grapes hanging down. Or you can find a spot outside in the many garden "rooms" out back. There is also a lovely collection of flower arrangements and flower pots. The staff was friendly, and amazingly, effortlessly efficient. A real pleasure you shouldn't miss out on.

I've been coming here for years and, as others have noted, there does seem to have been a drop in the quality -- especially service. The food is ... fine but extremely expensive for what it is: basic cafe fair. For example, their vegetable wrap is $14 and probably contains about $0.75 worth of ingredients. The vegetable wrap is also more expensive than options containing meat -- something I only know because the cashier accidentally wrung my wrap up as some type of $13 chicken sandwich on my most recent visit. The ambiance is quite good. The overall aesthetic is great and there's lots of outdoor seating, plants, trees and flowers. It's legitimately a nice place to spend some time. Though, it was better when the front seating area was more fully draped with grape vines. Parking is also fine with the major caveat of Sunday mornings when they're host to a "cars and coffee" event and the parking lot regularly fills up. There are no signs to indicate where overflow parking should occur (if anywhere) and people wind up parking along either of the roads which intersect in front of the cafe. Crossing these streets can be dangerous when drivers are distracted by the car show and I also imagine the neighbors don't particularly like it. The service is hit or miss and, more often than not, I walk away feeling looked down upon and like they could do without my business. What really pushed me over the edge and made me want to write this review, however, was my experience on 9/14/25-9/15/25. I ordered a black iced Americano and, after the ice melted, I noticed that the cup contained a sharp plastic pull-top ring, like you'd find on a Tetra Pack container of milk. (See attached images.) Needless to say, I was disgusted by this discovery and called the cafe the next day to see if _maybe_ this some kind of flavor pod added to my drink by mistake. Now, I understand that this is an odd, confounding question to be asking but the person I spoke to made me feel like an idiot. She kept repeating, in a denigrating way, "I have no idea what you're talking about". While she did eventually offer to have me bring the drink back for a replacement, she never apologized, took fault or, most importantly, asked for details which would have helped her understand _what it was I was talking about_. You'd think the business would want to know exactly _what it was I was talking about_ in order to prevent this from happening again. Sure, this might just disgust and upset someone else (like it did with me) but it could also result in someone choking and suing them. She insinuated that maybe the cup came with a foreign object in it from the manufacturer and not from people working in the cafe, opening Tetra Pack containers of milk, chai mix, etc. I'll let people familiar with Occam's Razor ponder which scenario is more likely. So, that's all to say that while this cafe has its charm and I really wanted to like it, I will not be going back.

Holy cuteness! Flowers, coffee and food have been married together to create the cafe of my dreams. Stepping into the place feels like walking into a garden retreat. They have all sorts of goods to buy and beautiful bouquets too, and they're tastefully displayed. Coffee options are abundant and I was happy with my breakfast burrito.

Cute, charming cafe on one corner and a florist with beautiful selection of flowers on the other. Not a lot of crowd when we got there on Saturday at 4pm, which was wonderful. But I can see this place gets packed when the weather is warmer. The cortado was great with a perfect ratio of coffee and milk.

Every town should have a place like this. Larger town, more than one. It's a mix of flower shop, gift shop and restaurant. They serve a great mix of breakfast items (all day), lunch and they cater to corporate luncheons, intimate dinners of 6 or to festive cocktail parties, weddings and events. It does have the benefit of being the only child in the area, and the added benefit of location in a very wealthy area. Nonetheless, it shines. A great food menu, comfortable search on the patio, in the garden or in back at picnic tables. From first Sunday cars & coffee , to celebrity watching to romantic catered dinner in the mini-greenhouse, this little spot has it all. My breakfast tacos were terrific and washed it down with some green tea. My wife loved her tuna "melt" with avocado and banana peppers. Great spot.

When coffee, amazing food, flowers and art collide, you get Hayfields! This little hipster cafe has my heart! If you're in the mood for just coffee or a quick bite this is the perfect spot to come solo or to catch up with a friend. The outdoor space is incredible with little fireplace spots ready to go! It's so perfect especially for the cooler days. There's a "smaller" indoor area with a really cool family style table and a covered outside "livingroom-y" space. Good eats. Good space. Good vibes. From croissants, to nutella toasts. Tacos to vegerritos. There's plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and more. Breakfast, lunch, as well as local salsas and more in their coolers as a grab an go option. Best part? They serve my two faves: nutella and illy coffee. Two things that should be mandatory to be in ALL menus in any place you walk into. I mean.. is that too much to ask for? HEHE! Ok, second best part: THE ART. Local artists have a whole wall/gallery/area that get to display their amazing work to US. And you know what? It's for sale! Whether you want to view, purchase, chill, eat, drink, hang, get a fresh bouquet of flowers, there's something for everyone! This place is the spot to be.

This place is a cool little market/deli/florist that's not too far from our house in Connecticut. We usually stop by here when they have their Cars and Coffee to check out the cool vehicles, but we also like getting some coffee and one of their bakery treats. They have a whole selection of pies, cookies, etc but the donuts they serve are my favorite. It's such a nice atmosphere here. I think everyone should stop by and grab something to eat and drink.

Charming place! Very cozy seating areas inside and outside. I loved the way the Christmas Trees were on display Good coffee and muffins.

The vibe and ambiance is very cute, but the food and drinks are really just ok. I got the honey honey toast which is an avocado toast w chicken salad and it came out alright. Barely any avocado for avocado toast. I ordered a iced chai latte, and the cashier asked me if I wanted whole milk or any other milk so I said almond milk. My drink came out to be done with whole milk, so that was already off, and there was so much milk in this that it seemed like you were drinking super sweet milk, barely any taste of chai.

This is place has intensely charming ambiance and good food, and there not being many food options in the area help make it shine even brighter. This is a cafe, restaurant, florist and gift shop. Coffee, iced coffee, teas, and a blueberry mint drink that I could drink all summer long. They also have baked goods and sweets. Their pork tacos (3 to an order) are surprisingly good for not being from a Mexican place. They did have a bit of excess liquid but the meat was well cooked with a bit of a char, and the pico de Gallo fresh, with a nice dollop of aioli. The fried chicken bacon arugula aioli wrap (usually served as a sandwich) was the showstopper though. Perfectly breaded and tender chicken cutlet, crispy bacon, and the greens to make it all healthy. They have lots of whimsical outdoor seating with flowers everywhere. The gift shop sells things like wine themed houseware, candles, books, mugs. The staff at the counter are young and can be a little slow, but are friendly and polite. Definitely worth coming out of your way for!

Gorgeous place. However you truly are paying for the location and overall vibe of the cafe. I got one small coffee and a bagel with lox and it came out to be $21. It was not bad, but it wasn't the best breakfast ever. My local deli can make it just as good for half the price. But. If you are looking for a place to sit down and reconnect with earth, this is the place. The beautiful outdoor seating is under grape vines which is so magical. I ordered some pastries to go and once again very expensive for stuff my local bakery can make just as good more affordable but the experience of eating a pastry under grape vines on a gorgeous day comes with a price. Recommend for a once in a while self treat, not for an everyday cafe.

This was the second choice of a recommendation. I decided to try them out this time. They are located on a blind corner. I missed the first entrance since I'm not from the area and was following gps. The ambiance is quaint like a country store with outdoor dining under a plastic tarp with ivy inside and out. I ordered a BEC, muffin and coffee. This is the second place in NY that doesn't offer Taylor Ham, so no THEC. The cost was over $20. Seemed steep for me. The coffee was strong. The muffin didn't have enough chocolate chips in it. The BEC had more bacon than egg or cheese. It tasted fine but was not worth $9.50. The bread was fresh. The staff were friendly but not really inviting. I will not be back. I will go back to the place I went a week ago. Go here at your own risk.

Sylvia took the time to meet with my husband and I before our wedding for a couple of hours to get to know us and our tastes. She came to the meeting prepared with tons of amazing flower recommendations, a photo collection to look through for inspiration, and a vast knowledge of beautiful color palette ideas and various styles. I'm not a flower expert, and since I was my own wedding planner, I was unsure of what I wanted (to say the least). Sylvia helped us to feel confident in our ideas - giving lots of guidance, but also listening to our ideas and helping us to articulate our vision. Throughout the planning process I changed what I wanted flower wise a number of times. Sylvia was completely flexible and patient and worked with me and my budget. As the wedding approached, she met us at the space for a walk through to confirm where everything needed to go, and to make sure we were on the same page, down to the last detail. I felt completely confident that my flowers would be beautiful by the end of the process. I was right to feel confident - they were beautiful! They captured the essence of my romantic, NYC Fall wedding perfectly. She traveled all over the city the day of to make sure groomsmen had boutonnieres and the girls had their flowers. I didn't have to think about a thing logistically, which is what one wants on their wedding day. Thanks Sylvia, for helping me to have a Pintrest worthy wedding! :)
