This review is for this specific location and its employees. It's always been a wonderful spot. Staff is always nice and accommodating. My latest trip was wonderful with being offered real glassware for water and a plate to have my sandwich on. The barista even brought my sandwich to me. Very glad that Starbucks is finally addressing all the waste it's contributed to the planet since its inception. It is late but at least they are finally doing something about it. Maybe now they can donate to cleaning up the planet of the cups trashed over the years. read more

I have said more often than not that this is the BEST Starbucks location I have ever visited (CT/NY/NJ), but lately I keep encountering problems as there has been a huge turnover of staff! There's one holdover that I regularly see (Anne), and when I see her behind the register, I LEAVE! Seriously. NEVER SMILING, ALWAYS UNHAPPY, MISERABLE PERSONALITY and will NEVER SAY "THANK YOU!" I love this Starbucks. Every one working here is always friendly which creates a nice atmosphere all around. My go-to order tends to be a hot matcha with oat milk, and every time, it is on point. Tons of space as well as far as Starbuck's go, so sitting and working on anything is never an issue. Let me start off with a disclaimer: I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks in general. I think the coffee is overpriced and some of their policies make no sense to me. I will say, this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. It is the closest to my house and the quickest to grab a coffee for myself or fiancé before work. I notice when I go between 530 and six in the morning, that is the crew that makes the coffee the best. No matter the time of day, the staff is always friendly and courteous. If the drink is not made up to standard on that rare occasion, they don't catch an attitude. They just fix the order. This store also has an amazing variety of tumblers. Visited this location 3x and no more. I am spreading the word.... Do not order or visit this location. Gnats are flying around the sample food display. The bathrooms (in all seriousness) you can catch a disease. Gross! Floor entire place, 2 layers of dirt and spilled drinks. Where is the manager and owner?! read more

The drive thru line here always takes a very long time - 15+ minutes. I ordered right at the screen when I got there and still waited in line for over 15 minutes. I understand that sometimes they can be busy but there were only 2 cars in front of me and this is a consistent issue that I run into at this specific location. read more

Fast service with excellent drive through. Has a huge awning to protect my coffee and myself from downpours. Staff are particular with placing the spill proof tab in the coffee cover to prevent scalding when you take the cup from them. Very large inside and often empty, guess I'm more accustomed to the locations in NYC all packed like Grand Central Station. read more

This Starbucks I don't know what it is but their staff at this location makes me feel so good and they're awesome. I was a little taken back a while back when I went inside to shop and get some coffee the bakery display case was so filthy and actually flies were flying inside so for a while I've stopped going back. Now they do a great job keeping everything nice and clean. Plus, everybody works in there is so attentive and they care about their customers. I really appreciate it! read more

Decent Starbucks in what used to, way back in the day, be a Burger King...so its one of the few around that has a drive thru, which is a plus. Making a left out of here to go north on 7 can be dicey depending on traffic...better off going up to McDonalds and turning at the light. read more

Staff is always bustling and moving to get drinks out quickly. Sometimes there's a wait but you can tell everyone is doing their best. Lacee makes great drinks, and is always very pleasant. Even frequenting the drive thru staff is pleasant and personable when things are busy. They will take the time to correct anything or make sure that you have everything you need as promptly as possible. Inside there's a large amount of seating that's great to use as an office when need be. read more

I like this Starbucks. I go there often, and the baristas are always pleasant. If a mistake is made, they fix it. The line at the drive through is a crap shoot- sometimes it takes a little longer to make certain drinks, I think. The inside is very nice and no one tries to make you move on before you feel like leaving. Clean bathrooms and picnic tables outside. The iced tea tastes WAY better than DD or McD. read more

I understand that service is tough during Covid-19 times; I truly do. I am not impatient. But it should not take literally an hour to get 2 straight-from-the-menu, non-customized beverages. This location does not care at all about prompt service for walk-in cafe guests; I don't think their corporate offices grade them on that metric, which is a problem. Even their drive-thru service is suuuuper slow. Again, I do not expect the impossible and am a reasonable person, but when there are only 4 people in line ordering drinks it should not take an average of 15 minutes per order to get serviced - most of us are going to have somewhere to be and need to be able to grab n go. read more

We come to this particular Starbucks multiple days a week due to working nearby and they can just never get the staple Starbucks Double Shot on Ice correct. We stopped in on a Saturday and went to the drive thru. I wanted a blonde roast. That shouldn't have been a problem. The other Starbucks in the area always have one. Now sometimes they have to do a pour over, which takes a few minutes. I'm OK with that. I asked them to do a Veranda on a pour over and they refused. They said the only blonde roast they had was Pike's Place. Pike's has never been advertised as a blonde roast. I think that they were just to lazy to make it. Standard Starbucks quality but kinda slow service. The store is clean and baristas are nice, even though they are a couple minutes slower than other Starbucks I've been to. I have been a long time customer at this location and I have to say, I am not happy. I get different style drinks frequently and they are different all the time. There seems to be no consistency with basic drinks. And don't get me started on the breakfast sandwiches. The cheese and bacon are slid to one side, and most of the time, they are half in the bag in which it comes in. For the price I pay, I shouldn't have to deal with this problem. There is a McDonald's next door and I think I'm going to spend my money there instead. read more
