The staff were awesome, they had everything ready to go by the time I walked in. I even got a coffee and I made it to work earlier than expected. We waited for over five minutes without being acknowledged, despite there being only one other customer in the store. This location either needs additional staff or better accountability from the employees on duty. Dunkin's slogan is "America Runs on Dunkin," not "America Sleeps at Dunkin. I wouldn't even say the service was poor--there was no service at all. When we asked whether cash was accepted, the employee abruptly replied no, stating that the machine inside does not accept cash. Now the only reason I'm reviewing today is because this has been multiple multiple times I'm talking more than months not getting an order correct. I'm trying to understand why every single morning that I ever go to the Dunkin' Donuts why my coffee is disgusting??? I've already paid for my coffee. I don't have time to sit around for a refund. I don't understand how these people are getting away with doing a shitty job. It makes no sense. You literally have one job to make coffee. I appreciate the people so much in the morning that make my coffee so that I can get to work. I express my gratitude every time I pick up my coffee and half the time they're either ignoring me or they're busy chitchatting about some other BS. Only a select few times was my coffee ever OK and on point and it's usually when there was a guy there that made it. When it's a bunch of older ladies, the coffee sucks and I don't have time to go back and argue the fact I wish these folks would understand that when people order their call ahead they clearly don't have the time to stand around and wait for somebody to fix their order. Just put the damn shots in the coffee how hard is that?? Also, if you are doing it why aren't you counting because they're definitely isn't anything in this coffee , but coffee and cream. This is the only Duncan I experienced this with and it's sad to say it's the only one on my way to work. Went with my best friend to pick up the pumpkin munchkins after going to numerous Dunkin's trying to find them. We ordered them and went through the drive through. We said we had a mobile pickup order and she said pull up we let out out a small cheer because it had been a long day or searching for them and when we pulled up to the window the woman was very rude and stated "you didn't need to scream like that" and walked away leaving us completely confused and flabbergasted that someone who works in customer service could be so rude. It wasn't just what she said it was the way she said it and the way she looked at us. She then stormed off and left us holding our food with our mouths dropped because of the amount of rudeness a complete stranger haf towards us because we were excited. We were by no means loud, rude, or annoying. We just were a little excited after driving for so long trying to try these new pumpkin munchkins. I don't know who this woman is but you ruined our day and our munchkins were stale.. suddenly the munchkins that we were so excited for became something we didn't even want because of such a rude and out of the blue outburst. I don't normally make a review for chain places, but I felt I needed to write one for this Dunkin' location. Came in this morning and ordered a bunch of breakfast sandwiches to go. Sandwiches literally came out in less than a minute. That should've been a clue that "something" was wrong, but it didn't dawn on me till we got home with our breakfasts. All the sandwiches were cold, it was like they slapped everything together and didn't even bother to put anything in the microwave. My wife's breakfast sandwich was also missing the piece of ham we had ordered with it. We were only 5 minutes down the road, but I didn't bother to go back, we had used Christmas Gift cards and I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of going back to complain. But I would've if I had actually paid for our food. How hard is it to microwave a couple of breakfast sandwiches ? Just do your job. The absolute WORST Dunkin location. I understand being short staffed but being rude and yelling at a customer is never the answer. They constantly lock the front door and you never know when it will be locked. The purpose of submitting a mobile order is to not have to sit and wait in the drive thru, yet they constantly lock the door. When I tried to provide feedback to Rachel this morning, she started being extremely rude and yelling at me. I tried to ask for a manager (yes full on pulled a Karen) because she was so rude to me and her response was that there was no manager on site. LOL. From my personal experience, most corporate businesses require a manager on site, especially during the busiest hours/morning rush. Regardless, if they're so short staffed, maybe they should look internally and see if perhaps that's the issue. My favorite part of this experience is that when I suggested not locking the door, OR turning off the mobile ordering function, Rachel and the other lady yelled at me and asked if I wanted an application because they're so short staffed. LOL. It sucks this is our only location in the area, I've never experienced such a rude staff before. The GM absolutely should think about doing something with the staff. So rude. read more

This is the closest DD to my home. The staff is very friendly but there are some issues. It's not uncommon for your order to be incorrect. I don't know if they are understaffed or if it's a training issue, but they seem to be the slowest DD I have ever been to. Last week we were in the drive through for well over 15 minutes. They actually gave us the munckins that we ordered for free and a couple of extra because of the issue. If this was a one time occurrence I would overlook it, but there seems to be constant problems here. It has gotten to the point that actually go to another DD that is on my way to work, yet 15 minutes away from my house. YES, that is 15 extra minutes of a morning commute without my morning coffee because I want to avoid going here, that should say something. read more

Went into Dunkin' for two coffees and munchkins. I was the only customer in there and was not acknowledged. There were four people working and their priority was on the drive thru customers. I finally had to ask if someone could take my order. The woman slowly filled the coffee order and started working on a drive thru order without giving me the munchkins. Again I had to ask can someone please fill the munchkin order so I could leave. A nice young man came over and finally completed the order. The woman was very rude. Been stopping here on my way back from the Veterans Cemetery for a while now. I agree with other reviewers: it's great that they honor our vets, but the place tends to be dirty. I stopped by at 4:00pm on a Wednesday and the selection was limited. I'm not going to 1- star this location because the staff was truly friendly and the actually knew about the "buy more and save" deal on 1lb bags of coffee. Many locations are clueless when I ask. The layout of the parking lot is a joke. The drive through speaker is literally right next to the entrance. I can only imagine what it's like when there's a backup. Disabled parking is too far of a walk. Foyer is infested with flies. Ladies room was clean this time, but the toilet paper dispenser is way too low (see picture). read more

Most Dunkin Donut shops I've come in contact with are models of efficiency. This one is NOT! We ate inside once and it was a nightmare. We put in our order, that included some breakfast sandwiches , etc. and waited, and waited, and waited. When I asked what's up with our order it seems they had just forgotten to start on some of it, There were three of us, and NOBODY else in the place! There are like 5 tables there and every one was covered with debris and unwiped for who knows how long. There was garbage all over the floor everywhere by these tables. What a freaking mess!. Though I wasn't ordering any I noticed they had like 2 donuts in those bins they have that are usually full in the other DDs I've been to. Weird. Finally, after another wait, I asked again what's up? The girl tells me they had two items ready but had forgotten the third. when it was finally ready they brought it over with a refund so it was free, but I would have rather paid and gotten my order right the first time. Early today, about 7:30 AM on a Saturday, we hit the drive thru hoping it would be more efficient. There was only one car ahead of us as far as I could see. Ordered ONE breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a beverage at the drive thru speaker. Pulled up to the window and the girl there asked me for my order again. So I repeated it. She came back and asked me to pull around to the back door to get my order. When I tried there were two other cars parked somewhat haphazardly waiting there already. They were NOT busy, WTF! This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. You're almost guaranteed to have your order messed up! They're constantly forgetting things, things that were paid for! Today was the last straw for me- I was running late so my kids and I stopped there for breakfast. As I pull away from the drive-thru my son checks the bag, TWO things that I ordered were not there. As Eddie said, most Dunkin Donuts run very well but this one is awful! Whenever I stop at this location there is a very long line at the drive-thru. It's better if you just go inside, because at least that way you can get your order within 10 minutes. I've kept track of how long it takes and oftentimes people who go inside and who place their order AFTER I place mine at the drive-thru leave sooner. When it's finally my turn at the window I can see the workers standing there talking to each other while the line gets longer. Everyone is better off getting breakfast somewhere else, as it doesn't seem like DD is even listening to reviews and making a change. My cousin & I have visited this location (Dunkin Donuts, 401 County Rd 539, Cream Ridge, NJ), a couple of times and sadly, the experiences we've encountered, have not gotten any better. During our most recent visit (July 2018) we were waiting in line to place our order and the patrons in front of us were greeted by the employees (all Caucasian). When we approached the register, we were not greeted at all (we are Hispanic), and most importantly, were rudely asked about what we were interested in ordering. The young lady Claire had no shame in showing her disdain in assisting us and made no effort in being polite, or even professional for that matter. When we received our food order, both were not properly prepared. The croissant I ordered was completely burnt and had a mound of butter inside, making it inedible. Then our change was basically dropped in my hand (as opposed to be handed to us) as if we had some type of contagious disease. It was quite apparent that the behavior and incorrect order were definitely intentional. Then, the entire staff huddled in the back of the facility (while we were still inside) and then came back out laughing and carrying on. As opposed to making a scene and being rude to them (as they were to us), we decided to leave the store (we are young, professional, business owners who refused to behave in the manner in which they were behaving). To add insult to injury, on our way out of the store, one of the employees got on the drive through speaker and began to condescendingly chant, "Byyyye, Byyyye", making it obvious they were happy we were leaving the store. We came back into the store and asked to speak to a manager and the response we received was "We don't have a manager here." First and foremost, it is extremely disheartening that such things are continuing to occur every day in our society. We are American citizens (born in the USA), and should not be treated differently because of our ethnic background. We (minorities) have fought for this country and have sacrificed our lives for America. Given other Google reviews, it is apparent this behavior is a common occurrence in this particular location. To the unknown manager and owner of the Dunkin Donuts in Cream Ridge, NJ, a note...SHAME ON YOU for employing individuals who treat paying customers this way. Employees like Claire (and the entire staff working) should not be employed by your company (or any other company for that matter)! read more

I go there everyday because it's on my way to work and the only dunkin really around. Everytime I go they give me the wrong order and I get my simple hot tea with cream and extra sugar. If it was possible to give no stars, I would. I love Dunkin donuts and I get coffee everyday. I never have problems anywhere but this location. They don't take some coupons on the app that EVERY OTHER LOCATION TAKES. They also never do the same promotions so when I'd go expecting to get the 99 cent dark roast I'd be rudely told at the window that they "don't do that here". They mess up my order every time and are super rude about it when I ask for it to be fixed. Like its my fault you don't know what skim milk is and think I'm too stupid to tell the difference between that and half and half. I hate this location and I will not go back. Oh and just be aware, they don't take the Eagles win you win coupon on the app, apparently so don't even try because not only will they yell at you that they don't take it, but they will also proceed to let you activate it anyway though so you can't use it anywhere else, the rare times that the Eagles actually do win. read more
