Rude and lazy staff. There was one vehicle was of me in line, took about 10 min for them to pull ahead in line, meanwhile I see multiple staff walking in and out smoking cigs, chilling on the phones, going to the cars doing who knows what. After the one car I front of me pulls ahead, it another 5 minutes for them to take my order at the booth. I waited 10-15 minutes after my order. I felt like they got it wrong so I said my order twice. Waited patiently when I went up to ask they acknowledged they saw the mistake but didn't say anything. They added protein milk and hazelnut to a sandwich and then threw together a drink which wasn't correct. The customer service was overall bad. I'm making this review because I was taken off the schedule 2 weeks early, for calling out a day before my shift due to being exhausted and ran ragged while 8 1/2 months pregnant. I signed a resignation form for 26th July, and because I chose to call off for a day of rest the manager Robert Routh, decided to completely remove me from the schedule and not let me finish out my days or get any more income before going into labor. Saying he was accepting it "as my notice" Robert is extremely rude, an abrasive, unprofessional manager, and the assistant manager in training Sierra Dome is absolutely no better, she's always on her phone and running to the bathroom for long periods of time leaving me and other coworkers to struggle without help. I was yelled at in front of customers multiple times by Robert, and even had customers apologize to me for having to witness such a rude interaction from Robert's actions towards me. He has also yelled directly at customers, making them feel dumb and uncomfortable, He is insensitive and makes rude comments and brushes them off as jokes, I will be posting screenshots of our conversation because I have been treated insanely unfairly and want other people to understand the kind of person that Robert Routh is. read more

Other than it being short staffed this location has friendly staff, fun flavors, and tasty coffee. I've been to this location twice now. The first time it was down pouring and we got iced coffee drinks to go on the way back to Phoenix. The person who helped me didn't really seem to understand orders well. He was nice though and my beverage tasted good despite the ordering concerns. This time we came for a kid size scoop of turtle ice cream on the way back home. DD is my jam! I always stop in to the local Dunkin' when I'm on vacation and I don't usually review them, but this one was awesome! It is a fairly new location and I love the design....big cases of donuts and baked goods right up where you can see them, a nice big outside patio, and the coolest thing ever.....coffee taps that look like they're inspired by a brewery! There is also a little area where they sell packaged coffee and there's a Baskin Robbins there too. I ordered my usual large caramel iced coffee and the girl who took my order, Amber, couldn't have been sweeter. My coffee was made to perfection and they offered me a free iced mocha because they had accidentally made a duplicate for a drive through order. My husband was waiting in the car; so that was a nice treat for him since he has a 5 hour drive ahead of him. If I lived closer I'd be at this DD all the time! read more

I grew up with a DD on just about every corner. I was so happy one opened in Cottonwood and sad it's mostly a flop imho. I'm a jelly and old fashion plain fan. Jellies are over filled and the plains were old. I gave it 3 tries. I maybe a harsh critique but even Walmart has better sugar raised donuts. Service ok but everyone seemed to be in each other way. This is a new DD in a good location at a big intersection next to Starbucks. The premises is very clean and staff helpful. I had a coffee and a few donuts which were good. They are 24/7 which is great in a small town when everything else is closed. DD Cottonwood is one of the best DDs I've patronized. read more

We have gone to many different Dunkin locations, and honestly have never had an issue. The workers here were very pleasant! If I could do less than one star, I would. I went there last weekend and was told that the prices of some sandwiches had gone up, so I decided not to order a microwaved sandwich and asked for 10 munchkins. Told them no jelly filled and no blueberry. The girl was very rude and when I got to the window they were all to busy "pissing around" to do their jobs. Anyway, I got my munchkins which consisted of over baked donut holes. 6 blueberry and 2 mangled other kind not even sure what they were. I got a few miles down the road when I decided to have a bite of this new sandwich, only to find out it was on regular sour dough bread that was not toasted, and yet a bit soggy from the steam in the bag. I turn my car around and drove back to this particular location only to have the girl take my sandwich throw it on the counter, continue taking a couple more orders for the drive-through and a couple of people standing in the store before making me a breakfast sandwich the way it was supposed to be made in the 1st place. First of all, leadership starts at the top and the manager (I believe his name was Jason) was patient, professional and very knowledgeable as I had a special request for my order. The young girl originally serving me was very new and Jason took his time to make sure my order was done right but also made sure she did all the work while he watched over to make sure she remained on the right path. I also noticed that the manager was just as patient and professional with the drive-up window. Frankly, I think this manager is the blueprint of how management is carried out. I am appalled by this store's no tipping policy. I don't care what sort of gift card giving program the company has for their employees, if these hardworking people are not able to accept tips in a customer service based tipping industry, the owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. We live in a world in which a minimum wage job is basically useless for the needs of a grown adult, much less anyone who has dependents. I hope each employee is being hourly compensated for the loss in wages, but I doubt it. WHERE IS THE CORPORATE TRAINING? This is not the employee's fault. This is the company's fault. The workers don't know their product, they do not know how to prioritize, or move quickly, or provide friendly, professional customer service. I was able to get my doughnuts alright, but the shift supervisor clearly had no training, and when There was a line of people waiting in line to get ice cream from the Baskin Robbins section, SHE SENT THE GIRL HOME. In front of myself and other customers, I hear her say, "I don't even care anymore, I'm sending her home." Unprofessional. We left without ordering our ice cream, and as we are leaving the parking lot, we see the girl that was sent home also leaving, with her hands full of ice cream and doughnuts for herself. BULLSHIT. The "shift manager" should not have sent that girl home, and that girl should have definitely not been able to leave with product for HERSELF while there was clearly a CROWD OF ANGRY CUSTOMERS waiting in line while the 3 other employees flail around, completely clueless. I know they just opened but I think there should have been more preparation and thought to how this would run. The drive thru? You have to sit in the middle of the street if the line is too long, it could run into problems when people from the Starbucks drive thru are trying to get out. The workers? Not trained well, we waited 30 minutes for two milkshakes, when they made them (finally) our shakes were so runny and not even filled up all the way. I frequent DD every weekend. I take my 3 y/o to get her pink ice cream @ BR. It's a special treat for her. We get half dozen donuts. They are delicious. What I enjoy best is the superb customer service I get every time! The staff consists of young adults who are on top of it. Always friendly and kind with a smile. Today I was helped by Michelle at drive-thru. She was so sweet. Customer service is something rare nowadays and people are okay with mediocre service but this place has great young energy! I'm am completely satisfied with my coffee, donuts & customer service! And my daughter is completely satisfied with her pink ice cream. All I have to say is that this establishment is... equivalent to being a hole in the ground, it's an abomination to all dunkin's world wide. When you think of a donut, you want frosting to cover the entire surface of the donut, not an inadequate amount of frosting. This location has the rudest laziest employees. They don't make drinks correctly then when asked to do so they look at your like you just called in a bomb. It's like uhm you got your minimum wage jacked up to be the price you didn't deserve and yet you don't even know how to work? First time I went, several weeks ago, the Turkey sausage in egg/cheese/sausage sandwich was so overcooked it had no flavor. Today I got the Power breakfast sandwich and when I pulled it from the bag in its wrapper, it was icy cold feeling. Opened up and the bread and cheese were very cold, the Turkey sausage was nicely heated, but the egg part was barely warm, probably only by absorbing heat from the sausage. very disappointing. They have also changed their chai. Have been buying it for years all around the country, was called vanilla chai. SHOULD HAVE BUILT A POPEYES My family and I were excited to see something new come into the city of Cottonwood and for the past week my wife has been asking me to take her to Baskin-Robbins. We tried last night but when I called at 8:47 I was told that they were closed. Google maps say they are open till 10 but we figured being new and all mabye they closed early. So tonight we got there at 7:50. The doors were open so I finally got my chance to get my family so long awaited ice cream. The employee was nice and did allow us to sample a few different flavors. Unfortunately while serving three guest along with us he knocked over a large rack of cones onto the very dirty floor. One of the other customers picked up the cones scattered all over the floor and even threw the broken cones and pieces back into the rack before handing it back to the employee. The rack was placed back on display and two girls and a toddler came in and ordered cones from a younger girl. To our surprise and disgust they were served these cones that had just been dropped on a very dirty floor, and picked up by a random guy. I did point all this out to the employee with no reserve, ordered ice cream for my family clearly in to go containers and felt very bad for the two girls and the baby in the corner eating those nasty cones served to them by your company. As a server myself I can assure you I would never walk out a plate to a guest with a prime ribeye or even a hot dog on it, drop it on a highly used floor, pick it up or let someone else pick it up, and then serve it to a guest. I went to dunkindoughnut# today. It was there grand opening. I order two breakfast sandwiches for 5.50.They served it really fast. But, unfortunately that was all. My sandwich had bacon egg and cheese. The egg was very runny and the bacon tasted like nothing. Plus side my cheese was melted. It was served on a croissant sandwich. The other one was suppose to be the same but, the egg was cook. They forgot the bacon and the cheese was not melted at all. It also was served on a croissant sandwich. However, until they get it figure out. I will not be returning. I hope this problem gets fixed soon. A very sad customer. read more
