The bag contained many personal items, including my AirPods Pro, so I was extremely stressed. When I called the shop, a staff member--who I believe was the manager, Nick (sorry if I misspelled the name)--was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He immediately offered to help ship my bag back to my home in LA so it wouldn't disrupt my holiday plans at all. When I mentioned that I would be leaving California about a week later and was worried about timing, Nick reassured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of. True to his word, I received my bag before I left California, with everything inside perfectly intact. I even offered to pay for the shipping, but never heard back about the cost--and honestly, regardless of that, I am just deeply grateful for the kindness and integrity shown here. Sedonuts is not just a great coffee shop, it's run by genuinely good people. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Without a doubt every single time we are in Arizona we visit Dutch Bros Coffee at least once a day, if not more. Dutch Bros is more than just coffee, it's an experience. From the moment you pull up to the double sided drive thru you are greeted with easily the friendliest, happiest person on the planet with a tablet and a smile. They always have a recommendation and seem genuinely interested in your day and your coffee choice. If you go there enough they'll quickly know your name and order. I don't know how DBs finds the happiest people on the planet, but without fail every time they do! Once you place your order you pull up to the window to see yet another friendly happy face waiting to repeat your order and deliver the goods. Within moments you'll have some of the, no scratch that -- you'll have the best drive thru coffee available! Dutch Bros tips: 1. Look up the menu ahead of time. There are a ton of options and frankly it can overwhelm you. This isn't a casual mission, do your homework and make an informed decision. 2. If you are lost or confused, ask for help from the Broista®, they know the menu and are ready to help. Every so often Ill spin the wheel (Metaphorically -- there no real wheel) and let the team pick a drink for me. They always hit! 3. Download the app -- make an account and collect points. I was going to use my credit card but then she tried the gift card again and I guess another error popped up the it was reported lost or stolen. What I assume is the manager stormed over and announced that since my gift card was stolen, they would not be giving it back to me. She was extremely rude. I explained that I got it for Christmas and put more money on it, had the email confirmation but was in the drive thru and felt bad at how long I was taking to get my drink. They could enhance their pastry offering for the morning- and mostly there is one woman who works the register who wears a beanie and is not the warmest and rolls her eyes when you ask the price of items and she seems stumped by the question. Either this is her normal demeanor or she just doesn't know the answer and is irritated by the question. Either way, it's a definite damper on the hospitality.
