It really does take a lot to rock my socks off, but these guys managed to do it. I was drawn into this store by the yummilicious photo of a sno-cone in their front window. Upon entering, we were greeted immediately by, not one, but two, jolly souls. They were extremely nice and helpful, offering up samples without us having to ask. They even gave us some touristy info: Lucille Ball used to live in Sedona, and you can see her house from their patio. Look through the binoculars on the patio for 0.25 and you can see a statue of Lucy standing on the balcony of her home. How cool! I've been coming to Sedona for years and never knew that! I ended up getting a lemonade sorbet instead of the sno-cone. I think it was their only vegan option that day, but it was perfect. Fresh, smooth, and quenching on a hot AZ summer day. i went to Sedona with my family for the first time , and we saw a coldstone and my nice wants ice cream so we walked in, it was only this girl, and we ordered a small cotton candy with sprinkles and she put them only on top i was like whatever and i order mine so i asked her to mix chips ahoy cookies and she told me that she can't mix them because it's soo hard to do it in a small size , i know that's the reason of the store is called COLD STONE it's supposed to be different where you can creat your own and they're supposed to mix any toppings that you choose and it's not like other ice cream places where is a pre made ice cream, i'll never come back to this place because their customer services was really bad . the manager or the owner needs to check their employees and select the best ones or at least people who really wants to work there! read more
