Walked up and down Uptown Sedona before coming back, and decided on the Bacon Cheddar and White Cheddar Garlic Parmesan because yummmm!! When I went to pay, the guy at the register said since you're buying 2, you get a free bag of butter popcorn! Heyyyy, I'm all for free, so yes sir, thank you very much! At $6.95/bag, they are fairly priced. I like the variety of flavors but do wish there was more room to move inside. It's very cramped in here, but you just grab what you want, pay and leave. I also wish the popcorn was made fresh, but I know it's an entire production to do that with when you offer different flavors. They also sell other items like ice cream, drinks, and different flavors of salt water taffy. I'm a fan of taffy, but I skipped it this time around. The staff was friendly and the freebie was a pleasant surprise. If you're walking around Uptown Sedona and want a lighter snack, pop into Sedona's Popcorn Emporium and support this local small business. I'll have to make it a regular stop each time I'm in the area!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more I'd STRONGLY recommend, any of the other various options available within 50 mile radius. I wholeheartedly regret giving this particular business patronage. Not only were their products overpriced but the customer service was outright non-existent. Service: unenthusiastic and borderline crude. The operators seemed more interested in reviewing their Instagram and chatting amongst each purposeuflly placing their backs towards others and ignoring (blatant disrespect in their culture) rather than assisting much less acknowledging customers. When finally receiving the time of day by the operators distain is the only word to describe the overall interaction. Selection: much like the desert- the stock had run dry! However their doors remained open despite not offering a fraction of the menu. Each item requested on their menu was either unavailable or outright a borderlined rude "no" uttered in the best english staff was able to be mustered up. Not even the essentials were on hand to include napkins, toppings, and even lids for the drinks and shakes. A outright discrace. And not at all to my suprise they neglected to disclose this until after money had exchanged. Outright disappointment. Waste of time and money.

Service was amazing too - attentive, friendly & joyous. Menu is innovative and while we didn't vibe with the taste of every item we tried, we enjoyed how healthy and gut friendly the food was. They say all their food is prepared in-house and is never from a can. Their dessert selection is amazing (tried the freshly baked vegan, GF scone which was soooo yum). The chocolates were good too but a tad overpriced imho. And omg, the seating in this restaurant is something else... there's PLENTY of inside and outdoor seating, incl their magical garden area.

I was buying a magnet from The Hangin Tree, which I presented at the billing counter. The guy looked at my other hand and asked "That from my store?" I said "no", then he did something rather unexpected - he grabbed the item from my hand, flipped it around and was trying very hard to read the label on the item. I said - "I got it from the other store, it's not from here." Not able to find what he was looking for (i.e. proof that it is from his store), he said - "how come they didn't give you bag?" I said - "because I didn't want a plastic bag". I live in Seattle and I am used to a very high-trust environment. This entire encounter left a very bitter taste in my mouth and made me wonder he was so distrustful because of some prejudice against my race. I also felt he was staring at me in a distrustful way the whole time I was looking around the store too, as if I was going to steal something. I later went through the other Google reviews and it did seem like he can be rude to people who is not like him (read: non-white, on the spectrum, etc.) I would recommend people The Naja instead for almost the same collection and a more amicable experience at the billing counter.
