I was in touch with Stephanie through Facebook Messenger approx 2 months prior to our needing a cake for our daughter's NAU graduation party. Stephanie responded to my text within an hour. I sent a picture of the cake decoration we wanted and when we needed it and without hesitation she said, "Sure! I can do that!"
