There is a large screen in front of the counter that used to show the cookies available with names. It has been dark the last few times I have been in there. There was a worker standing with me who probably could have told me but instead she directed me to the order screen and said I had to begin an order for their variety pack. So I did and slowly and painstakingly match the half inch image of each cookie with the one in the display case and then chose the two I wanted. The worker never cracked a smile and I'm sure was annoyed that I was bothering her at all rather than just handling everything from the screen. Even though once my order included two boxes and a container of topping, I had to ask for a bag and they had to track one down. I bagged my own stuff while she held the bag open. There was no smile and no interaction except to explain how I could find the names of the cookies on the screen. There is a kind of self-important vibe in there that is not good and it makes me not want to come back. Bosa Donuts is just a few steps away, has great donuts, is less than half the price and they are not rude.
