I am not a huge crumbl fan but my daughter and grandkids wanted some. We came in at the end of the day and most of the cookies were sold out. It was very HOT in the store. However, Lilly was pleasant and had great customer service. She let us know what was left and I had to have her repeat it because my brain was on mush. She was patient and accommodating. Thank you for being nice when I am sure you were miserable from the temperature in the store! read more

The last few times this location has been extremely disappointing. From the staff, quality, time, and availability have all gone from good to horrible. read more

Just bought a cookie for $5.48 cents a cookie !!! The Asian girl game me an old hard as rock! Imagine being a gourmet cookie shop but your sh*t taste worst than gas station cookie. Owner should teach their employees about quality not giving yesterday old cookie. Shame on you! Wont come back and will warn everyone!! read more

A majority of the cookies were sold out and the worker was a dick, you work at crumbl, you have no excuse to not help me when I'm the only person in the store read more

I went in to Crumbl cookies today. Their cookies were on display at the counter but there was no name nor a description with them. There is a large screen in front of the counter that used to show the cookies available with names. It has been dark the last few times I have been in there. There was a worker standing with me who probably could have told me but instead she directed me to the order screen and said I had to begin an order for their variety pack. So I did and slowly and painstakingly match the half inch image of each cookie with the one in the display case and then chose the two I wanted. The worker never cracked a smile and I'm sure was annoyed that I was bothering her at all rather than just handling everything from the screen. Even though once my order included two boxes and a container of topping, I had to ask for a bag and they had to track one down. I bagged my own stuff while she held the bag open. There was no smile and no interaction except to explain how I could find the names of the cookies on the screen. There is a kind of self-important vibe in there that is not good and it makes me not want to come back. Bosa Donuts is just a few steps away, has great donuts, is less than half the price and they are not rude. read more

Cookies are amazing Highly recommend our flagstaff location, very nice workers as well, read more

Good. Highly recommend. Fast and easy. I like the biscoff and raspberry cookies. Service is good

I love cookie! It was so yummy and is always yummy! My friends and I love going to get cookies!

Horrible service at the Flagstaff location! I was very dissatisfied with my order. They were not prepared in a way that resembles the pictures online. Kris classic yellow cake cookie had no chocolate curls, Kourtney's flourless chocolate cake cookie had no raspberry toppings, Kim's snickerdoodle crumb cake cookie had no glaze drizzle, and Kendall's cookie dough cupcakes cookie had no toppings. I did not see until I was two hours out of town. So disappointing..so make sure you check your cookies before you leave town! read more

Great cookies my kids think they are Absolutley delicious !!! I love when they have great promos to

Wow. Saying I'm disappointed with my recent visit is generous at best. Went in on my birthday to cash in my free cookie, walked into the store with no greeting or welcome but instead a dirty look as if I was causing a problem. I ordered from the front desk because I had a question about my rewards points and while their answers were swift and direct, it felt like I was causing them a major inconvenience due to their monotone and snappy responses. I really didn't think it could get worse from there, but when they handed over our cookies I was appalled by the disgusted look on the employees face. I never expect much from places like this, just get in and get out with acceptable service and good food, but man I've never experienced anything like this before. read more

Great customer service and fresh cookies. Always feel welcome and leave happy. Very quick with my order

Great cookies, new weekly flavors. Customer service various due to hour for the day, overall ranking a 5/10. But the cookies are a 10/10 and definitely shouldn't be able to finish one in my car but I do. read more

Mmmm such a good and rich treat I'd you can get your hands on one. We got the s'mores and the chocolate chip cookies and both were massive, warm, and filling. I even saved half of mine for the next day. You won't be disappointed if you visit Crumbl. We arrived around 6 ish and within seconds there were many longing up behind us. Place is clean, limited people allowed inside at a time, and markers on floor to space apart. Staff is wearing masks and gloves - keep it up Crumbl and thank you for sticking to new COVID guidelines so we can enjoy those amazing desserts! read more

For the price of these cookies you would expect a small amount of whole natural ingredients, instead you find every chemical in the laboratory used to make store-bought crappy packaged cookies. Shame on you Crumbl! Even the experience in the shop was offputting, no human interaction while ordering, you order at a kiosk and then your cookies are packaged then brought out to you. The only reason I didn't walk out is because my kids were so stoked for cookies, and I didn't want two unhappy little faces. There is no way I'm ever coming back. Just a sidenote. The only reason I looked up the ingredients was because once we left the cookie shop I started to feel ill from the cookies and wanted to see what was in them.... To my surprise OMG read more

This fast growing cookie chain is located in an area which would have been great to had dinner in. I happened to pass it on my way back to the hotel from downtown. It was later in the evening so the one cookie if the week which I was told "was amazing" was also sold out. I still had no problem ordering a four pack of weekly specials to bring back to the room. Describing the cookie is useless as every week they change so by the time you read this the cookie will have been replaced. But overall there are four base cookies, a plain, sugar, peanut butter and a chocolate. Each weeks they add toppings to them to make a special cookie. These bases are thick and about 3 inches diameter. I find it best to buy the 4 pack and have a group of friends to sample each. The stores seem identical and the work staff seems to be upbeat. This is not my first "sold out" experience so be certain to either go in earlier or order in advance. If you've never been then be warned. The first time I went I could see the appeal and called it an addiction. Now here I am writing my fifth review in four weeks for stores in this chain! read more

Crumbl had such good potential! Very modern cookie shop. They are an up and coming chain. Located in a small plaza, in the back side, very small and easy to miss. Service was nice until they tricked me into getting 4. I was told all the flavors were available so I decided to get the 4 pack since a few were appealing to me. I paid using the pad set up and after a few minutes, the same guy tells me 3 of the 4 cookies I ordered were not going to be ready. Over half the selections available were not ready and I ended up picking 2 of the same and 1 random basic cookie. Cookies are large and chewy. I like doughy cookies and these were perfect. Reeses was the only one I originally picked and it was good. 4 Pack - $12.98. Make sure they actually have what you want before you order and pay! I felt cheated! read more

While staycationing in Boulder, Colorado, my man + I were headed to dinner when his daughter (a student at NAU) called in tears. She missed her roommate + was feeling super lonely. It was heartbreaking. As a parent, I know there's nothing worse than being hundreds of miles away from your kid when they're hurting. And as a female, I know you just want comfort food when you're in the dumps. His daughter was obviously on his mind in the short Uber to the restaurant so as soon as we were seated, I opened Yelp and began searching for places in Flagstaff that could deliver comfort + love ASAP! Crumbl Cookies offered warm cookies and cold milk - the perfect pick-me-up! Ordering online was super easy (great selection) and my man was able to add a gift message assuring his daughter he was never more than a phone call away. Best part? The cookies arrived on her doorstep before we'd even received our cocktails! A quick FaceTime from his daughter confirmed the desired effect: the surprise cookies made her feel loved + happy and she was smiling again! Yay! B O T T O M L I N E : Highly, highly recommend. Thanks, Crumbl, for putting a smile back on her gorgeous face...and for saving Date Night! :) read more

Yum! The cookies were delicious! All the employees were really nice! Great location, great food, great workers

Fun and cute little store. I was the only family in store at the time. Ordered at a kiosk at the front counter. Bought 4 cookies and was shown the cookies in a long pink box to ensure order was correct. Cookies were good, soft and doughy. We were visiting from out of town, and overall a pleasant experience. I'm not sure how often I would visit if lived nearby, but I'd recommend stoping to try. Reminds me of the the cookie version of sprinkles cupcakes read more

Love crumbl cookies! The cookies are always soft and the toppings are bomb. Need a sweet treat? Try these!

stopped through here and tried their carrot cake two weeks ago. Haven't stopped thinking about it. Delicious but not overpowering. They've done it again! I love crumbl read more

Crumbl is so so satisfying and beware, incredibly addictive! They have rotating flavors per week with a few permanent flavors, and honestly, you can never go wrong. They have a neat ordering system at the front so you can input your order and pay with the touch screen. Orders come out hot and fresh, or sometimes chilled, depending on the flavor. The cookies are rich and tend to be pretty sweet, so take it slow until you figure out what you like! read more

I have been dreaming about coming to flagstaff to get a cookie.. ‍ I live in Sedona, it was my first stop for that reason and although their shelf was full of cookies the associate refused to sell it to me since they run out of the single cookies boxes. In my desperation I asked her if she could just give it to me on a napkin and you can guess the answer by the rating on this review.. I'm sure the owner would like to know that they are not selling to customers begging to buy. read more

Yum!!!!! The chocolate chunk semisweet is my favorite! Fast service! Pretty decor! Always fun to check new flavors!

I wish I could give 6 stars! Upon entering you immediately get the sugar smell of their cookies. The environment is great as the staff is really friendly. The kitchen was very clean as were the counter tops. We tried a few different cookies - chocolate chip, cookies and cream, s'mores, sugar cookie, and the animal cookie one. They were honestly all great! Each of us had our own favorite. They definitely are rich and sweet, but very worth it. Can't wait to go back! read more
