I went in to Crumbl cookies today. Their cookies were on display at the counter but there was no name nor a description with them. There is a large screen in front of the counter that used to show the cookies available with names. It has been dark the last few times I have been in there. There was a worker standing with me who probably could have told me but instead she directed me to the order screen and said I had to begin an order for their variety pack. So I did and slowly and painstakingly match the half inch image of each cookie with the one in the display case and then chose the two I wanted. The worker never cracked a smile and I'm sure was annoyed that I was bothering her at all rather than just handling everything from the screen. Even though once my order included two boxes and a container of topping, I had to ask for a bag and they had to track one down. I bagged my own stuff while she held the bag open. There was no smile and no interaction except to explain how I could find the names of the cookies on the screen. There is a kind of self-important vibe in there that is not good and it makes me not want to come back. Bosa Donuts is just a few steps away, has great donuts, is less than half the price and they are not rude. read more

Horrible service at the Flagstaff location! I was very dissatisfied with my order. They were not prepared in a way that resembles the pictures online. Kris classic yellow cake cookie had no chocolate curls, Kourtney's flourless chocolate cake cookie had no raspberry toppings, Kim's snickerdoodle crumb cake cookie had no glaze drizzle, and Kendall's cookie dough cupcakes cookie had no toppings. I did not see until I was two hours out of town. So disappointing..so make sure you check your cookies before you leave town! read more

Wow. Saying I'm disappointed with my recent visit is generous at best. Went in on my birthday to cash in my free cookie, walked into the store with no greeting or welcome but instead a dirty look as if I was causing a problem. I ordered from the front desk because I had a question about my rewards points and while their answers were swift and direct, it felt like I was causing them a major inconvenience due to their monotone and snappy responses. I really didn't think it could get worse from there, but when they handed over our cookies I was appalled by the disgusted look on the employees face. I never expect much from places like this, just get in and get out with acceptable service and good food, but man I've never experienced anything like this before. read more

Mmmm such a good and rich treat I'd you can get your hands on one. We got the s'mores and the chocolate chip cookies and both were massive, warm, and filling. I even saved half of mine for the next day. You won't be disappointed if you visit Crumbl. We arrived around 6 ish and within seconds there were many longing up behind us. Place is clean, limited people allowed inside at a time, and markers on floor to space apart. For the price of these cookies you would expect a small amount of whole natural ingredients, instead you find every chemical in the laboratory used to make store-bought crappy packaged cookies. Shame on you Crumbl! Even the experience in the shop was offputting, no human interaction while ordering, you order at a kiosk and then your cookies are packaged then brought out to you. This fast growing cookie chain is located in an area which would have been great to had dinner in. I happened to pass it on my way back to the hotel from downtown. It was later in the evening so the one cookie if the week which I was told "was amazing" was also sold out. I still had no problem ordering a four pack of weekly specials to bring back to the room. Describing the cookie is useless as every week they change so by the time you read this the cookie will have been replaced. But overall there are four base cookies, a plain, sugar, peanut butter and a chocolate. Each weeks they add toppings to them to make a special cookie. These bases are thick and about 3 inches diameter. I find it best to buy the 4 pack and have a group of friends to sample each. The stores seem identical and the work staff seems to be upbeat. This is not my first "sold out" experience so be certain to either go in earlier or order in advance. If you've never been then be warned. The first time I went I could see the appeal and called it an addiction. Now here I am writing my fifth review in four weeks for stores in this chain! read more

Crumbl had such good potential! Very modern cookie shop. They are an up and coming chain. Located in a small plaza, in the back side, very small and easy to miss. Service was nice until they tricked me into getting 4. I was told all the flavors were available so I decided to get the 4 pack since a few were appealing to me. I paid using the pad set up and after a few minutes, the same guy tells me 3 of the 4 cookies I ordered were not going to be ready. Over half the selections available were not ready and I ended up picking 2 of the same and 1 random basic cookie. Cookies are large and chewy. I like doughy cookies and these were perfect. Fun and cute little store. I was the only family in store at the time. Ordered at a kiosk at the front counter. Bought 4 cookies and was shown the cookies in a long pink box to ensure order was correct. Cookies were good, soft and doughy. We were visiting from out of town, and overall a pleasant experience. I wish I could give 6 stars! Upon entering you immediately get the sugar smell of their cookies. The environment is great as the staff is really friendly. The kitchen was very clean as were the counter tops. We tried a few different cookies - chocolate chip, cookies and cream, s'mores, sugar cookie, and the animal cookie one.
