This gravy, is some of the best if not the best sausage gravy I've ever had. The correct volume of every single spice was used. Would say there are two things holding Macy's back for me, the lack of coffee art in their normal espresso drinks (Cortado, Flat White, Breve) and that it's vegetarian (that part's a joke) but for me the well poured microfoam head with art drives the experience and structure of the coffee. I haven't had their mainline drinks, but people seem to love them. Macy's has the best biscuits and gravy in all of Northern Arizona, I am firm in that opinion.
