The…read moreentire shop was being run by a single teenager, she looked to be about 13 or 14, completely by herself. It was her first day working a solo shift, and it was clear that she hadn't been properly trained. She didn't know where things were and constantly had to text her boss just to answer basic questions. She was visibly stressed, but she did best she could under pressure. It is incredibly unfair and deeply unprofessional for management to abandon a child to run an entire business alone without giving them the basic tools or support to succeed. I cannot in good conscience support a business that treats its staff this way.
