I love this Starbucks! The staff is fantastic. The manager is upbeat and helpful. The operation is well organized and the drinks are tasty. It is clean and welcoming. I was chatting with the manager about compost for my garden and she saved some grounds for me. I thought was really cool. Count me a fan.

It's really annoying when you order your drink a specific way and you get a specific drink so that it's good and not only is it bitter and NO CRUNCHYS?? but I legit asked for extra they were not busy so normally I'd understand and js be like whatever but for real? Come on Starbucks talk wouldn't want your drinks fucked up

This is a newer Starbucks doing alot of drive thru business at a major intersection. The main negative is they were not allowing any indoor or even outdoor seating.

Super modern New Starbucks! Customer service was great and everyone had smiles on their faces. I came for happy hour for my buy 1, get 1 free. One of the drinks seemed a little weak- not sure if there was any espresso in it. But I was too lazy time complain since it was free. I think there may still be some learning curves here since this place looked like it just opened, but overall this place is new, clean, easy access and good amount of parking. I also give kudos to the super cute Xmas wreath made of coffee cups on the wall- loved it!

This is the slowest Starbucks in human history. I got trapped in the drive through for 35 minutes. Go to Dutch next door.

I liked that there were plenty of outlets and space to charge devices, which is always a huge plus. The service was amazing. The two gals at the counter were so friendly and made my latte perfectly. I got the Campfire Latte and it was seriously so good, chocolatey and comforting without being overly sweet. You can tell they really care about making quality drinks. The sandwiches people around me ordered looked incredible too and smelled amazing, so I already know I'll be coming back to try food next time. Such a cute little spot in Cottonwood that feels tucked away in the best way!

How do you even properly review Dutch Bros coffee, specifically, this location. I'll give it a go,…read morebut I can't promise it will be short. My wife and I are based in Central Florida. We are fortunate enough to have friends based in the Cottonwood area that we've visited almost every year since 2018 (pandemic threw a slight wrench one year). Without a doubt every single time we are in Arizona we visit Dutch Bros Coffee at least once a day, if not more. Dutch Bros is more than just coffee, it's an experience. From the moment you pull up to the double sided drive thru you are greeted with easily the friendliest, happiest person on the planet with a tablet and a smile. They always have a recommendation and seem genuinely interested in your day and your coffee choice. If you go there enough they'll quickly know your name and order. I don't know how DBs finds the happiest people on the planet, but without fail every time they do! Once you place your order you pull up to the window to see yet another friendly happy face waiting to repeat your order and deliver the goods. Within moments you'll have some of the, no scratch that -- you'll have the best drive thru coffee available! Dutch Bros tips: 1. Look up the menu ahead of time. There are a ton of options and frankly it can overwhelm you. This isn't a casual mission, do your homework and make an informed decision. 2. If you are lost or confused, ask for help from the Broista®, they know the menu and are ready to help. Every so often Ill spin the wheel (Metaphorically -- there no real wheel) and let the team pick a drink for me. They always hit! 3. Download the app -- make an account and collect points. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can get free drinks. 4. Look out for free sticker day -- I am not positive when they are, but from what I've seen it's around the beginning of the month. Their stickers are amazing! Our favorite drinks are (in no order): 1. The Golden Eagle 2. The BOB 3. The Caramelizer 4. The Jelly Donut 5. Banana Split / Banana Bread

First of all, taking the detour to stop by Jerome was definitely worth it. It's a very unique town on its own, and the drive from Jerome to Phoenix was absolutely amazing, it almost felt like a drive through the Pacific Northwest. Back to the coffee shop... it's tiny, but as an architect myself, I really appreciated the unique "flatiron" design. They don't have too many items on their menu, but it seems like they do what they have on the menu really well. I tried a vanilla latte, and it was great! I'd highly recommend checking out this coffee shop and strolling around town to enjoy even more of the uniqueness in Jerome!

The Italian and the Barbecue Chicken Salad are tasty choices too, each with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The sliced peaches were the surprise favorite, perfectly ripe and a great side dish. The muffins looked amazing, but after those sandwiches... there was absolutely no room left. Maybe next time ,assuming the Jerome ghosts don't get to them first. They're known for snacking when no one's looking. Parking is a bit further up the hill in a paid lot, but the short walk is worth it for a great lunch and great people.
