During my Christmas trip, I accidentally left my bag at Sedonuts and didn't realize it until I had already driven back to Phoenix. The bag contained many personal items, including my AirPods Pro, so I was extremely stressed. When I called the shop, a staff member--who I believe was the manager, Nick (sorry if I misspelled the name)--was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He immediately offered to help ship my bag back to my home in LA so it wouldn't disrupt my holiday plans at all. When I mentioned that I would be leaving California about a week later and was worried about timing, Nick reassured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of. True to his word, I received my bag before I left California, with everything inside perfectly intact. I even offered to pay for the shipping, but never heard back about the cost--and honestly, regardless of that, I am just deeply grateful for the kindness and integrity shown here. Sedonuts is not just a great coffee shop, it's run by genuinely good people. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. read more

After seeing all the social media hype, I was expecting something special, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The donuts were overly sweet and didn't really stand out from many other donut shops I've visited. I've definitely had better donuts elsewhere for less hype. The service also left a lot to be desired. The two employees working behind the counter never smiled or made us feel welcome. A friendly attitude can make a big difference, especially in a place that's so popular. Overall, I don't think Sedonuts lived up to the hype. It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't memorable enough for me to return. read more

I wanted a cup of coffee but when I saw gluten free donuts I knew I had to go there. The shop was clean and bright with lots of glass. They serve Thrifty ice cream which was a surprise. Service was quick. I got a half cafe latte and a lemon gluten-free doughnut. The coffee was good. The donut was light and airy. The lemon flavor was just in the icing, but there was enough so that it was present in every bite. I'm glad I was able to try their donuts. If I were ever in the area, I would certainly get more. read more

Well my wife and I both woke up craving donuts, so we put the coffee in the French press and headed to town. This place is chock full of all kinds of gourmet and classic style donuts. We were craving pumpkin donuts since it's Nov 1, so we got cinnamon sugar and maple glazed. Both good but a little on the dry side. The real winners were the yeast donuts, the classic glazed was amazing and the mini vortex was to die for! Service was fast and super friendly wait staff. Came in here during spring bring with the family before hitting Sedona and this is truly a hidden Gem. The staff is so friendly and the camaraderie from everyone truly shows. Everyone works together the line going without making anyone feeling rushed or pushed into purchasing anything. I tried their casual glaze donut and it was so texture rich, wasnt sweet or overly glazed. Their coffee felt so freshly brewed and it complimented my donut so well. We left with their tin can souvenir with a sticker and shirt inside., got to keep coming back on our next trip to Arizona. The donuts here are good, but they are not the best ones you will ever have. They are also expensive. If you are in Cottonwood and craving a donut you should give em a try, but they should not get hyped up as any great or special donut shop. We tried the blueberry, apple fritter, plain old fashioned, Boston creme, it's nutty, raised chocolate, vortex, and cinnamon sugar cake. They were all good, but nothing amazing. The "it's nutty" had a thin layer of peanut butter and then chopped peanuts embedded in the PB. I prefer traditional peanut donuts without the PB. read more

This place hands down has the best doughnuts in cottonwood and Sedona. Over the years it has never disappointed. They have many options that fits anyone's needs. My personal favorite is the maple bacon and apple fritter. Great coffee and fast service. Definitely a local go to or tourist go to or a go to for a doughnut, either way GO it's worth it! Gluten free donuts!!! A friend told me that this place might have gluten free donuts. I've been missing out on the donut parties for months... not anymore!!! These donuts were INCREDIBLE! Not as giant as the other ones, but sheesh they are good. The selection of GF donuts at the Cottonwood location is small. 6 donuts in total. Tourist here. Glad this cute place is just 5 mins away from our Airbnb. I always say if there's a line it's a must try. And it did not disappoint. Service was fast and our drinks was made fast even with just two servers. Theybhave a nice space outdoors with lots of seating inside inside and outside. They have merchandises they sell too. When hmbuying a shirt its cute it comes in a can and your shirt is inside. For our drinks Mango and dragon fruit refreshers are sweet and refreshing. Chai latte was sooo good and mocha drink was more of hot chocolate drink taste than mocha. The DONUTS!! Delicious!!!! We got the Glazed, Raised Cinammon Sugar, Cookie Monster, Chocolate Red Rock and Glazed Red rock their version of Red Velvet and Blueberry. The dough is very soft, moist and chewy. Each donut has the perfect level sweetness. A must stop when in Cottonwood, AZ. read more

First and most importantly the donuts far exceeded my expectations. They did not cut corners!! These are gourmet donuts, the kind you would expect to see on a food network exotic pastry or breakfast show. The Boston creme and all the jelly Donuts were very heavy and stuffed. Most places skimp and provide very little stuffing The customer service was also great. Both employees greeted me and seemed excited to provide service and quality. Don't see that often post Covid. Wanted to try this joint in Sedona but didn't get a chance so was happy to find out they had a cottonwood location. The donuts that I got were the glazed, blueberry vanilla, red rock glazed, and the cinnamon roll. I'm usually not a cake donut fan but wow the blueberry cake donut might have been my fav one. Cinnamon roll was good, a little overly sweet but hey it's a cinnamon roll after all. The red rock glazed was probably my least favorite cus I wasn't getting much flavor from it. What a cute little donut shop! This shop features so many tasty donuts and great coffee options-it's a perfect date spot or place to catch up with friends. The quality of the donuts was superb, our group kept going in and ordering more. I highly recommend the refresher drinks for a light drink to keep you cool on those hot summer days. During our visit to Sedona, we visited both Sedonut locations (cottonwood and Sedona) the one in Sedona by the McDonald's was very busy took us about 15-20 mins to order. The cottonwood location was 5 minutes top. Both locations had the yummiest donuts I have ever had. Both locations were clean and staff was friendly. Came across this place on tik tok & decided to give it a try since I had tickets to the Verde train 8 min away from here. Super cute little donut shop with plenty of parking & seating area. Friendly staff & yummy donuts. I took off a star due to lack of donuts available, we came around 10a & half of the donuts were gone & the donuts weren't matching with the little signs in the case. It was a bummer hoping we could try donuts we haven't tried before, but all that was left were the usual standard. Second, we ordered a Sedonocino, & it took forever to receive after our order. Granted there was only one person making all the drinks, but still, seemed a little under staff to cater to a crowd on a Sunday. If in the area, I would check out tho! Super cute place. We live in Cottonwood and stop here regularly for coffee, and occasionally for a donut and or their amazing apple fritter. (Watching the waistline) The place is also always wonderfully clean... Stopped in for a coffee and the donuts looked so good I had to buy one as well. Had an apple fritter that was very very good. I'm also picky with coffee and just had a straight black drip coffee, which was up there with some of the best I've had. Not sure what brand of coffee, but they said it was locally roasted, single origin beans. Staff was extremely nice, at the place is very clean. So we we were driving back to the valley from Sedona by way of Cottonwood. Looking for some coffee and maybe something sweet. Here is a great place to stop. The service was amazing and playful. The coffee was so good both my friend and I really enjoyed hanging out on their patio she may have danced a bit. It is a busy road and great for people watching. Then I decided to go back in and get some donuts. Got the pumpkin, blueberry and the regular glazed, I love the classics, and brought them home to my family. I thought they'd last a couple of days but alas they were eaten prior to me even unpacking and loved by all. When I go again I will be back.
