I've been going to Conway/Myrtle a lot lately to get a relatives house emptied, packed, and ready for sale. I have to say this Dunkin came in handy so many times while we were there. Whether it was coffee to get us going in the morning or revived in the afternoon, to a place for breakfast while potential buyers were viewing the house. We must have stopped in ten times over the last few months and we always had a great experience. The staff was friendly and they were quick with our orders. I will say that the drive through gets insane so just get out of your car and walk in. I know I can be lazy too, but once I went in, placed my order, paid, and walked out with everything, and someone in their car had moved up three spots. Definitely not worth the extra time. read more

I've been to every dunkin in this county and I go DAILY. 544 IS the best and I've actually drove off from awful service and refusal to fix my order st 501 location. 544 has a lot of traffic and busy so the staff deal with a lot more. I love the night crew after 5 they always make the best drinks. Very nice staff and they messed up order once because mistakes happen but manager was amazing and made it right. They don't get enough credit. This is thr best dunkin in Horry imo. Again I go to dunkin 7 days a week all over and this one is by far the best. They also give my dog a pup cup and make his bacon crispy to perfection. read more

Was running a bit early for an appointment and decided to stop by and grab an Apple fritter and a milk and kill a few minutes. Placed my order and the lady at the counter said the milk is in the Pepsi cooler with some other soft drinks. I reached and grabbed the milk. Picked up my Apple fritter and sat down and took 2 big swallows of milk only to find it was spoiled. I checked the date and it was expired. I went back to the counter to check and make sure the date on the bottle was the expiration date, and the lady informed me that it was indeed the expiration date. I informed her that it was spoiled and requested a bottle that was not. Upon her asking another employee to, find some milk. It was not expired. There was none. The gentleman that was behind the counter making coffee said sir we apologize but we're out of milk. Could I fix you a courtesy coffee. I thanked him and said yes. Thomas surprise he upgraded me and fixed probably the best cuppa coffee I've ever had. Apple fritter was incredibly good, but the customer service was 2nd to nine by this gentleman behind the counter. I think Tim and headed to my appointment. I normally would give this a much less review but because they rebounded so well I'm gonna give it three out of five stars. I'll be back because of the way I was treated. read more

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. They completely messed up my drive thru order and gave me the wrong bagel so I went inside and asked for a new one. I waited there for 25 minutes and asked multiple times for my replacement bagel. They purposefully avoided eye contact and ignored me. So yeah don't go here. read more

I don't know who is running this place, but they need new management. The workers were on their phone and eating in front of the window while the line of cars wrapped around the building. Bad management there and they are very very unsanitary. They reused old coffee filters by taking them out the garbage and washing them since they ran out. Talk about extreme cheapskates .They had rats and roaches too. Also Fuck that rude dumb bitch demaris she need to get a real life and a real job to support her family.They also overwork very young workers and let people leave whenever they want with no reprimands since they have a relationship with them. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to! I always get a chocolate frosted donut. I've never had to complain about how much frosting is on the donut until getting one from this place. I'm fine with a normal amount but they don't even give you enough frosting to cover the top of the donut! One day I went inside and asked for a better frosted donut and the girl said all the ones they had upfront were bad (they really were) so she grabbed the fresh ones from the back that weren't much better and let me pick one. Just a warning to people with the Dunkin app. and pay with app. Be very careful when you have a free item offer. If you accept the offer drink etc. and order say a sandwich. The free item shows up on the order, but not in the placed order, you will be charged for say the drink and the Sandwich. This company is either scamming people or has a lot of programming issues. When your at the window it's hard to dispute the charge and even if you do go inside, you will be treated like your crazy. read more
