I've been going to Conway/Myrtle a lot lately to get a relatives house emptied, packed, and ready for sale. I have to say this Dunkin came in handy so many times while we were there. Whether it was coffee to get us going in the morning or revived in the afternoon, to a place for breakfast while potential buyers were viewing the house. We must have stopped in ten times over the last few months and we always had a great experience. The staff was friendly and they were quick with our orders. I will say that the drive through gets insane so just get out of your car and walk in. I know I can be lazy too, but once I went in, placed my order, paid, and walked out with everything, and someone in their car had moved up three spots. Definitely not worth the extra time.

Food was nasty. Burnt and service was horrible. Not sure if it was because we were black. But I do not recommend this dunkin donut location. GOot yelled at by management.

Look how they mix there drinks and just I go for a sip of my coffee and just get sugar like how the fuck

I went there this morning before I went to school I asked for a large caramel iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar they don't even mix it all up there's like Little bit less than half an inch of sugar just laying at the bottom of my iced coffee like hello wake up do your job that's why I pick Starbucks over Dunkin

Usually have no issue with this Dunkin', but I went this morning for breakfast to grab a bagel with cream cheese and this is how they gave it to me. I was extremely disappointed to say the least.

a bagel with cream cheese on it

everything bagel with cream cheese, barely any cream cheese and they are kind of soggy. it's disappointing how no empathy or effort the workers put into what they are serving. did they make this and think the customer would enjoy this?

Worst location alongside 501 Conway as well. Ordered cream donut and got maple! How does that happen?

One of the few places here that reminds me of Boston. Great place just wish they knew how to take orders like they do back home.

We ordered coffee, an omelet, and a scrambled egg sandwich. One of the things that attracted us was the restaurant's claim of being a scratch kitchen that uses premium ingredients. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to those expectations. The coffee was disappointing--watery and weak. We were told they grind their own dark roast beans, which led me to expect an excellent cup of coffee. However, if too little coffee is used when brewing the pot, even great beans produce weak coffee. That was definitely the case here. At $4.00 per cup, I expect a quality cup of coffee, and this one simply wasn't worth the price or frankly, any price. The omelet was ordered with bacon and caramelized onions. We specifically asked our server to make sure the onions were well caramelized, but they were not. Even more noticeable was the amount of bacon. It completely overwhelmed the dish--it felt more like bacon with a little egg than an omelet. Finally, the scrambled eggs on the sandwich weren't really scrambled at all. They were cooked as one solid sheet, more like a thin omelet. For a restaurant that specializes in breakfast, brunch, and lunch, consistently preparing eggs should be one of its strengths. I truly hope whoever oversees the kitchen takes these comments in the constructive spirit they're intended. The restaurant has a great concept and quality ingredients, but paying closer attention to execution and consistency would make a significant difference. I'd be happy to give Famous Toastery another try if these issues are addressed.
