(excuse my language in this) I've always gone to this Dunkin, and may I say, these workers are so kind. They make my drink with kindness and I love that about this certain location. Drinks are always filled, they can help me anytime I have an issue with my order. Now today is where I stopped going because of one creepy ass man. I decided I wanted to go to Dunkin today so I can have a nice coffee with donuts. I planned on eating there. When I sat down to start eating I was also on the phone with my friend, and we were just talking and talking and laughing. Stuff like that yk? It was just me and the creepy ass guy there. Now this guy was very attentive to his phone and I didn't really care because it's not my business. Later, he started facing his phone at me and I obviously assumed that he's taking photos at me. I was weirded out so I like gave him a side eye and he started staring at me as well. That's when I drew the line, I told my friend, "Im telling the Dunkin worker about this shit this is ridiculous" I said "Dude you better tell that creepy ass guy to stop taking photos of me or I'm gonna call the cops on his ass and I'm not gonna regret it" they just stared at me and acted confused (like what part didn't you understand??) and the manager there asked what was going on and I told him. Now when I was there, they didn't do anything about it, so I was so annoyed. I aggressively threw my trash out and I stormed out annoyed. (Now I know I probably could've handle this better, but i'm under 18 so I'm gonna be scared and annoyed.) Later at home I called this Dunkin and I said "did you guys do anything about that because if you didn't that's fcked up not trying to be rude" and they said "we dont think he was taking pictures." Ridiculous. the man had a hat on, and he was wearing shorts (I don't rly remember) but if you wanna get your picture taken without your consent and the workers won't do anything, this is the place. read more

6/4 at 335pm the man at the counter w reddish hair had a nasty attitude- I tried to be nice and everything felt like he was rushing me to answer back to texting away- I said thank you he goes yup first time here and won't come back due to the employee not being friendly and the bathrooms were dirty I couldn't even use the bathroom. read more

The laziest workers ever. They literally closed the doors locked them and turned the lights off 30 minutes early because they didn't want to work anymore. I drive all the way there just to see those idiots sitting in the dark hiding from the customers trying to enter the store. This specific Dunkin' used to be my go-to coffee place but not recently especially with how I was treated the other day, by the MANAGER. Absolutely horrible customer service. She was mumbling under her breath, sighing the entire time. Did not say "hello" or "have a good day" and just kind of threw my bag at me instead of just handing it over nicely. Got 2 coffees and the guy was irritated because I asked for extra sugar. He literally sighed in my face. I get it, he's tired and probably irritated dealing with people all day, but don't sigh in front of a customer. Better yet, put the condiment box in front so no one has to ask. store just now and the place was filthy. The floors were dirty and the garbage was overflowing. Tables weren't cleaned and the bathrooms were horrible they had three employees working but none went in there to clean the bathroom, floors or tables or took the garbage out. read more

I'm sorry but THIS PACE IS HORRIBLE. I watched the woman making the good drop a glove on the floor THEN PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX like that was okay. Also. I asked for a raisin bagel EXTRA toasted with cream cheese. The bagel want toasted AT ALL and there was NO cream cheese. I was going to talk to a manager but was in a hurry to leave. This Dunkin Donuts is always a good bet. Never too crowded and everyone who works there is nice and pleasant. They never screw up your drink order on your sandwiches. So when you're on the go and don't have a lot of time to stop. The biggest negative is getting into the horrible parking lot. If your home heading towards Killingworth Turnpike from when would you have to make a right into the parking lot which is fine but if you're coming from the Turnpike you have to make the left.... Many people don't want you through at times it can be very crowded. The turn comes out right away on the left and people tend to ride up your butt & honking horns many of them are able to just simply go around you because they came flying around the turn and almost rear-ended you. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin' in town! The staff are friendly and quick at getting orders out even when it gets super busy. The restaurant is clean and you always see the staff cleaning it all day. Significantly better than the other Dunkin' in town. read more

Ahhhhhh. So horrible. The girl working seemed scared and had a blank face the entire time. There was a huge line of at least 20 people and she was slow as molasses. The 'manager' came out to 'help' and we placed our order. He completely forgot my sandwich, then made us wait in line again to pay for the thing he messed up. He also seemed out of it. Really? After waiting in line, my order was placed as a medium hot coffee, turbo shot, cream only. Two registers were open. I order on the left register. Waited. No instruction from the cashier, so I continued to wait, while lady orders from the register on the right. A few orders get filled and handed out at the end of the counter, including people I am traveling with, so I go to the end of the counter, and wait. I am invisible so I go back to the register, say excuse me, is this where I pick up my coffee? Lady who took my order looks at co-worker, he said yes, large black decaf with sugar right?, as he pours it. I said, "No, med black w/ turbo shot, cream only". He reaches over me, hands the lady to the right register her coffee and walks away. The original cashier steps to the coffee machine,and hands me a cup of coffee, and I say, "Med hot coffee with turbo shot and cream only, right?" She said "yes. I go outside to the Expedition, take a swig, to find out it is black only. Take it back inside, while co- travelers continue to wait, Cashier has her hand out to me, as I come in, while helping a customer, as I repeat my order, she nods her head yes,takes my cup, dumps it in another cup and hands it to co-worker, telling her to add cream, then hands the new cup to me over the existing customer.No excuse me to her current customer, apologies for the confusion, common courtesies. On the negative side, there is this experience, that may not even include my 99 cents turbo shot. On the plus side, I got hot coffee with cream. The End. read more

Omg I was so mad leaving this place I wanted to go to the bathroom and a woman that was in there was telling she was in the bathroom and I could tell when I went in she went #2 and I dint hear her was her hands disgusting and I got a 24 count of munkins and they gave us alittle choclate and thats what I wanted so I went back in after I opened the box and all glazed and like 5 choclate so I went back in and the guy put all my Muckings back in the thing they go them from which u don't do and gave me like 20 chocolate glazed and 5 glazed I was so mad and the women from the bathroom kept giving me dirty looks. read more
