As I'm leaving this Dunkin as it's the ONLY one I go to. All of the folks are super sweet and know their customer service. Please who ever the manager is I worked for Dunkin for many many years but this is by far the best. This morning I received little chocolate swirl on top of my sweet cold foam cold brew extra chocolate 2 sugars and cream. Keep up the good work yall. read more

Fast service and always a great selection of donuts. The store is always clean and well kept.

Weird location. Not sure because it is not in a great neighborhood but the store is closed during some of what you would think would be their busiest hours when you're on lunch break. So don't count on getting out of your car or stepping into their restroom. Their doors are locked. read more

Dunkin donuts should be ashamed, mistreated employees, and very stale food sold at regular prices ----at the very least discount it sheesh.. So you would think, being on Lee Road and Judson that you have found a diamond in the rough.. Nahhh.. not at all. So Why Did I give it 5 stars? this is for the workers. The girls in the neighborhood that work there. These girls are working their bottoms off. And on top of that, though some would stereotype the girls to have smart mouths or talk back at the slightest instruction, these workers do not do that. They are obedient, they follow instructions well, seem to know the procedure and I have actually seen the employees teaching the owners how things work. Only for the owners to yell and talk down to the employees. My mother insists on going to this shop about 2 or 3 times a day for her and her mother. So I go and get their coffee, muffins and sandwiches. I have sat inside and been outside and I have seen with my own two eyes and heard with my own two ears, the abuse these girls take in the name of keeping a job in this neighborhood. I don't think its an excuse for an employee to disrespect a boss as well and a boss to disrespect and talked down to their employees. Dunkin Donut itself should be ashamed of not checking up on their franchises to see how not only the customer is being treated but how the employees are being mishandled. Now the donuts and muffins, people people people, whyyyyy, why must the donuts and the muffins go extremely stale after lunch... oh I know why, because some of these are Sundays muffins and you are selling them on Wednesday afternoon and Friday night, at full price trying to get rid of them. Just in case you didn't think the people,( I said People, not animals) notice that you are serving 3-day old food. The food at this particular restaurant is never really all that fresh and I would be surprised if it ever was.(That probably makes the other popular donut place so much better, they kept the fresh food coming in) When this DD first came to this neighborhood, I thought they were getting old donuts from another store or whatnot because sometimes it doesn't even seem to be donuts that this establishment even makes. The workers are A++ they are obviously working very hard, but the family that owns it, both this family of owners and the family before them some time ago, has such ugly dispossession towards customers and employees.(And no, I don't know anybody who workers there) I do know what I've seen and heard, and that I would never send my children to work in one of these establishments. Anyway, if you have to stop through here, fine, buy a coffee, or your could buy their sandwiches, but be careful ordering after lunch, and especially after 5 they have noooo intention of making anything fresh by then, nor do they respect the people in the area enough not to sell rock hard muffins. Beware, they will try to make up for it by throwing in 3 extra amazingly rock hard Gibraltar muffins. P.S. Dont let people abuse your kids just to keep a job, check up on your child boss, explain that this is not a thing, they can work in pleasant places. read more

Stopped for a beverage and some donuts before heading south... 2 employees visible mid afternoon on a week day... one on break sitting at a table... the other ringing and filling orders. 3 other patrons in line before me... each ordered coolatas or just donuts... as soon as I ordered a coffee the woman on break went behind the counter, made my coffee, and then resumed her break. I tried the new pistachio flavor... not a fan... but not this location's fault. Generous amount of flavor syrup and nice balance of cream and sugar. Would stop at this location again. read more

I ordered a large iced green tea. I forgot to say Iced. They gave me the wrong thing still. I went inside an told the manager that that was not the large green tea. I was calm and not upset. The manager( guy working at the cash register) kept yelling at me that I should have said matcha over and over. He had a very nasty attitude about the whole thing. I was asking him nicely to not raise his voice at me. If some one going to be in charge of a shift then they should have better communication skills read more

I do a great deal of business in the area. This location is convenient and very clean. Easy in, easy out They had problems in the past bit seems they fixed things up a big. Free donut with purchase usually 5 dollars or more. Their wraps are good. read more

Stopped in, waited forever just to have someone tell me to come to the pick up counter and place my order. Seeing how I have three kids and the doughnuts aren't behind the pickup counter this made it an even more annoying event. Then the cashier changed on us twice and then finally after 20 minutes I was able to get 4 doughnuts, a pretzel bacon sandwich (because they ran out of croissants) and 4 drinks. 20 minutes for less than I get at mcdonalds. read more

I must admit that this location was a pleasant surprise. Great service. I don't go to Dunkin for the donuts, but for the fresh healthy breakfast and luncheon sandwiches. Their iced tea is awesome also, if you don't like coffee (like I do). Good location. read more

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate. Received coffee in my drink. Called the location and complained. The employee who answered said I must return to that location only and bring my receipt they would remake my drink or issue a refund. I said I would not be able to return right away as I would not be back in that area. She said that was fine. When I returned I explained the situation and gave them my receipt. The employee said I was supposed to have he name of who I talked to, they were supposed to have my name and I should have brought the drink back. As if I should tote around an old drink for several days. I said the person I spoke to did not mention any other requirements other than the receipt. They refused to remake the drink. Never patronizing this location again since I never got what I paid for and they think the don't have to correct their mistakes. read more

Okay, so I try not to complain to much about things, but when service is completely sub-par it makes me vent. That being said, the Dunkin Donuts bakery on Lee Rd is by far the WORST Dunkin Donuts ever!! In September I ordered donut holes and they were hard as rocks. The fool behind the counter tells me that's normal. REALLY??!! Maybe at this location, but definitely not at others. My dad lives in that area, so after a visit with him I (trying to give DD the benefit of the doubt) went back to the same location about two weeks ago. I went through the drive thru this time just to order a beverage. Now keep in mind I'm the only car in line, and I couldn't decide which to buy. When 'the speaker' asked for my order I replied "one moment please, I'm trying to decide on hot chocolate or coffee". I hear a loud sigh come through the speaker, then 30 seconds later the idiot replies in a nasty impatient tone "have you decided yet, yes, no, this week maybe??" I was livid! I immediately left the drive thru and went inside, and expressed my anger to the young girl at the counter. I explained what happened in the drive thru and asked for a manager, she told me one moment and left the counter. The other two employees scattered like roaches, so I'm trying to figure out which one made the rude comment. No one came back after several minutes, at this point I was too pissed and just left.
