I decided to try a medicine ball that one of my friends talked about so much. The staff were very nice and she even complimented my nails. It is a smaller location so there were not as many freshly made options as other locations. This location is very hit or miss. One day it's perfect, & then the next 3 times are bad. The inconsistency in the same drink I always order is confusing. I've stopped asking for caramel drizzle altogether because even though I'm charged for it, they rarely put it in my drink (seriously, maybe 2 times out of 10 they give me what I pay for). This and the Mayfield Lee location are my favorite. The staff has always been very friendly and my order always tastes exactly the way it should. I like strong chai so I order it without added water. For some reason, other locations still taste watered down half of the time even when I ask for no water in it. Consistency is important. I love their hours as well. So many places are closed by nine. They don't close until 10 pm. I'm grateful for the little things like the fact that they wash the tables after people leave them. This is my favorite Starbucks! It's a drive through and to be honest, I'm always running late in the mornings so it's easy for me to just drive through. The lines can get rather long but it goes fast. The service is good and the drinks/coffees are always consistent, they must have it down to a science! The staff is super friendly and they always say thank you or have a nice day. A little of that goes a long way with me. I've tried a few pastry items and each time they were decent, not great but good enough to enjoy with my coffee. I've been inside this one as well and it's small but cozy. The bathrooms are clean and the tables are kept wiped down. So overall, a tidy little place to sit, relax and enjoy you're favorite cup of java. read more

From the outside - it looks like it used to be something else and then was taken over by Starbucks. There is some seating inside. The staff were very friendly. For some reason, they lost my order. But they were very apologetic and quickly made iced latte. They also gave me a coupon for a free drink to make up for the faux pas. This location also has a Drive Thru. read more

Very busy place, so don't expect things quickly during rush times...they aren't super human. With that, I will say that this crew moved like a finally oiled machine. They were fun to watch, they were fast and efficient, well coordinated, and courteous. We are just passing through, but I think that the people that live in this area are very lucky to have this Starbucks crew. read more

This is the Starbucks closest to me. It is one of the better ones in the area. They are kind and always make the correct drink.

Starbucks coffee is what you'd get anywhere. The place is always crowded and difficult to get in or out of because of the location. I will say that this Starbucks has some of the most unfriendly people working there of any one I've ever been to before. Every time I go they're not polite, never smile, and usually act like they're rather be dead than helping a customer. Seriously, most of them just need to find a new job already. Today had a terrible experience at this location. I come here often and normally friendly staff and great customer service. Today went through the drive through and the barista on the other side was snappy when she couldn't hear our order and gave attitude. No more free WiFi: they now require you to give personal information including your full name and email address, which they use to email ads to you (and who knows how the info will be used/abused in future). This info is also shared with Google, for them to integrate with everything else they track. Come for the coffee (they're open nice and late) but don't expect to get work done unless you consider your identity and inbox up for sale. Too bad. Ordered a triple shot mocha on 2/12/16. The original cup must have had a hole in it so they plunked the cup with a hole inside a second cup. The second cup had coffee from the first and leaked all over when I went to take a sip. The person driving told me that the woman handed him the cup and was giggling about it. This, after waiting in drive thru line for 45 minutes. I gave one extra star because I have had decent service inside the store. I will never go back to this store after this experience. This Starbucks is always very busy so be ready to wait. That being said, the service is always great, the baristas are always very friendly, and the drinks always taste delicious. It's on a busy intersection and you can't turn left out of the parking lot which makes sense because it's a lot of traffic to cross. Also, even though they do have a drive through, I would suggest going inside because it usually is a lot faster. Hey ... it's a Starbucks. But I adore this location, which I think was a bank in a former life (I think that's a vault by the door). The building has far more character than the average strip-mall mass-market 'bux. When I've been in, I'm treated well, and get the same service I'd expect. I am not a Starbucks fan overall. I much prefer a cup of independent coffee any day. But I have to give credit where credit is due. This Starbucks consistently makes great drinks. The other day I walked in and there stood an employee behind the counter, smiling to greet me. They have a team of baristas so they rotate people but they are very consistent in making great drinks. I don't usually spend $4 for a cup of Joe , but when I do, I come to this joint. The only downside is the staff are overly friendly and talkative which I despise in the drive through line. As if I use the drive through because I have time to blow off listening to you use many words of meaningless conjecture. I also can't stand their sizing descriptions. If you are going to use Italian adjectives, use them with meaning and leave out "Tall", which is meaningless to the other sizes in Italian. Oh and stop correcting me after I place my order with the correct ordering of words! If I order a Grande Vanilla Late, stop repeating back to me "Vanilla Late Grande". I am in complete agreement that this location is not the most convenient nor is it appealing to the eyes upon driving up to the building. This location does stay consistently busy and after all it is Starbucks so you get exactly what you expect.
