The hash-browns kept falling apart and all I tasted was onions and garlic. We ordered a grilled cheese, they didn't even grill it. Okay, so I get that there is something called a morning rush but it was only me and another car behind me. First time here, it's on my way to work and closer to home so why not check it out. I went through the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Coffee was fine, only reason I gave them any starts, but the bagel was a different story. Whoever prepared it piles on tons of cream cheese and it wasn't even smeared on the bagel. First of all, a bagel doesn't need that much cream cheese. Second, it's not that hard to get some cream cheese and spread it across one half of the bagel. Uploaded some pictures to show I'm not exaggerating . This is my go to Dunkin location as it is only blocks from my place while I am at home in Chicago. The service is quick but as mentioned before, not always the most friendly. It's Dunkin though so I am happy as long as my order is right, the coffee is in supply, and the donuts are fresh. There are always going to be fancier, trendier, newer options for donuts but there is something about this place that cannot be replicated. Looking forward to the expansion in Minnesota. read more

Im super disappointed in my experience. They seemed super overwhelmed- so i was extra patient. First, i wasnt acknowledged for the first 10 min...finally worker asked me to give her a minute, to which i replied no worries, no rush. She comes over and half the ice cream was out melting, so i asked her if the ice cream was ok, to ehich she responded," i cant hear you, take off your mask." Um, no...i wont take off my very thin mask. Ill speak louder. So she tells me again, "take off your mask, i cant hear you." So i speak louder and finally she says, "no, im switching to the new flavors the ice cream is fine." Ok, next she starts to put the ice cream in the freezer, with her bear hands and touches the ice cream and put its in the freezer like its no big deal. Okkkkk....then i order a double scoop and she tells me she cant give me the 31st discount because its a double scoop....if i had gotten it in different cups then yes (i dont remember it being that way in the past but i know with covid things change, so ok i accept) then i ask for a single scoop of the strawberry- and shes like "sorry we dont have strawberry, what else?" The sign said strawberry and there was a pinkish tub with strawberry bits in it....so weird, at that point i was like ok, obviously youre too overwhelmed to serve me correctly so i left. Went in to buy ice cream and donuts 12/28/20 at around 5:30p. The employee making coffee for drive thru customers approached us with her mask under her nose, we asked her to please raise her mask, she did with her gloves on, and was about to serve us, we asked that she please change the gloves. Pretty disappointed. We run a LOCAL group for moms, this was our first meetup, thought it would be great to grab some coffee, donuts, and mingle with our moms with the kiddos then walk over to the park. Of course the unfortunate happened, we got rained out!! We were super pumped that we got to sit down eat our donuts with the kiddos and drink our coffee, I mentioned to an employee we were going meet here often and the words out of his mouth were.... as long as your kiddos don't make a lot noise! This review is about the service. Before work around 545am one day I ordered a medium coffee in the drive thru and I pull up too pay. The man working at the window over charges me. I normally do not like to write reviews for a franchise, such as, Dunkin' Donuts. However, I was driving up Harlem Avenue toward the Kennedy Expressway the other morning, and noticed this place. There were pink flags in the parking lot waving about on a brisk, windy morning. They caught my attention right away. This Double "D" is next door to an Auto Zone on the east side of Harlem Avenue. The parking lot is very, very small. This is not a drive-thru place, because space is very limit. The inside is very small as well, but nicely maintained. They don't offer any low-calorie or healthy breakfast sandwiches. I asked. I only got a small coffee for $1.99 (with tax it was a bit over $2). The coffee was watered down, and not very robust. I was really surprised that it was not strong or semi-strong coffee. I took two or three sips and dumped it in the trash can. I was itching for a strong, good, hot cup of fresh coffee, and this cup of coffee did not meet my expectations. I ended up going to a nearby McDonald's and buying a small coffee for $1, which was a lot better tasting than the coffee that I had at Dunkin' Donuts. I was really surprised that the coffee here tasted so weak. Ugh! The reason I am giving them 3-stars is because I picked up some glazed donuts, curlers, plain buttermilk and pumpkin donuts for my husband and niece. They said they were really, really good. The positive: Free parking; nice and super clean. Service was definitely friendly and with a smile. I could tell these people were happy to have jobs, and it came across for sure! It is not a huge DD, but it is a nice size. I give their coffee 2-stars, while the sweet treats receives 3-stars. If I am ever in the area again I will give them another try. After all, it is a brand new Double "D" and they are still working out the kinks. I will not write them off. I am sure they will get their act together, and the coffee will be what it should be -- full of robust flavor and really, really good coffee. At least, I hope so! read more

This is the best Dunkin in Summit! This place is an improvement of all other Dunkin Donuts in the area. This place has a lot more parking, and convenient parking that isn't that hard to get into. This place also has a bunch of outdoor tables and more indoor tables then other Dunkins around the area. This place has very nice employees and has a bigger variety or Donuts, Coffee, and other items. But what makes this Dunkin stand out from all the others in the area is that it actually has Ice Cream/ a baskin robins. The ice cream is very affordable and they give you a lot for the price! They have never run out of ice cream for as long as I have gone to this place. They even have bathrooms just in case a little one has to go. The final great feature of this place is the ice cream cakes! They taste sooo good and actually are somewhat affordable and good in size. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Summit. I recommended you go here instead of any other Dunkin in the area. read more

This is the only DD's that gets my coffee order right every time! Staff does their best to work at lightening speed, they are friendly, and professional. Parking lot is well maintained and outside of building too. Inside is really roomy and clean. Location is super convenient... it's 4 blocks from where I work! I find the drive thru to be the best invention ever. I appreciate that the staff member working the speaker because she repeats the order so that a mixup won't happen. If I could give this review a 0 stars,I would. I will never come back to this location ever again. I placed my cake order on Friday morning for an ice cream cake that I wanted for Sunday at 3pm. The woman at the register wrote down the wrong day on the order form. I had to correct her-twice. She assures me the cake will be ready for Sunday. I asked my dad to pick up the cake and they don't have the order.I had to go and see what was going on- apparently they didn't have a record of my order at all. And this was after we had paid for it on Friday. They didn't have any cakes available either and it was almost impossible to find a bakery that is open after 3pm on a Sunday. I had to leave my party while guests were there to find a cake. Lack of professionalism all around. And the cashier's name that took my order is Ariana.
