More than two years later and this Dunkin' is still the slowest one in town. If you're stalking my check-ins you'll see that I DO come here when I don't have time to drive elsewhere. But I'm only a regular due to its proximity. I still never get into the drive-thru line, unless I'm meandering through my afternoon. That's it though, because I'm always in the drive-thru line for going on 10 minutes or more. Instead I use the mobile app to order ahead, and I go into the store to pick up my order. Sometimes this strategy works; but I can always tell when someone new is working at Dunkin' because they won't put anything out on the mobile order pick-up shelves. Instead, they hoard all the orders behind the counter...and then run around making other orders. They don't call the names of people whose items are still sitting behind the counter. They're running around so quickly that it always takes me several minutes to get their attention. And by the time I do, my breakfast sandwiches are always cold. Speaking of breakfast sandwiches: sometimes I get the right one, sometimes I don't. I prefer my orders on bagels, but my favorite option automatically comes on a croissant. Half the time the Dunkin' team reads my full order and gets it right; half the time they don't. I definitely stand by my original assessment: don't come here if you want something quickly. That said, it's also obvious that this space isn't big enough for the staff to do what they need to do, so I don't entirely blame the team for things moving at a glacial pace. I've never seen any of the staff standing around doing nothing; so while part of my review criticized when they don't pay attention to the details, I know they're trying. read more

Placed a mobile order for two drinks, a breakfast sandwich, and 2 of the valentine's day donuts. I originally planned to pull through the drive through for pickup, but the line was insane. So, I opted to walk inside. The inside of the store was just as crowded. They had a beautiful display going for the holiday, though, and everything in the bakery case looked fresh. I mentioned that I was picking up a mobile order and within 2 minutes, I had everything in my hands to go. The drinks were made correctly, the breakfast sandwich and donuts were both fresh and visually appealing. The staff were friendly, though seemingly stressed with the crowd. I wouldn't be deterred from stopping here because of the previous bad reviews or the line. They move quickly and they are super nice! read more

There isn't a better place for a local Dunkin, however I feel sometimes the smaller footprint store just can't satisfy the demand. The food and coffee has always been consistently tasty, however sometimes the wait can add up. Staff are friendly and polite despite obviously being slammed. Keep investing in your employees and keep staffing up so the good ones don't get over worked and burnt out! read more

I like Dunkin' Donuts. they make great cappuccino drinks. I always use mobile order so I don't slow the line and I can order exactly what I want. however they often give me the wrong items. The mobile order says no cheese. the sticker on the bag says no cheese, and the receipt says no cheese. but they give me cheese. not sure what more I can do to help them. they must not read the order or the print outs. they also will forget to put my donut in the bag when I order and pay for a donut. read more

I was in the area and had to stop to find a facility to use and my wife said a Dunkin is near. I said this is great and we love Dunkin. I want to think I've been to 90% of them in the area. We stop and I decide I'll get a coffee and two donuts. Well I went inside and I waited for 10 minutes to get someone to wait on me. 3 people handling the drive-thru and some woman ignoring everyone typing on the iPad. Finally the young lady takes my order. I ordered a medium hot coffee with almond milk, sugar and butter pecan with a maple frosted and butter pecan donut. She provides me my coffee and I take a sip it's super ass hot and no sugar in it. Then I go to get my donut and I said the butter pecan, she said well that's extra. I charged you for a .99 cent donut, this one is special and is 1.79. I said I mentioned which one I wanted. The woman on the iPad said just give it to him. Recommendation, take a class on customer service. Train your staff better so that they know what is happening. To whom owns this franchise might want to make a quick change because this place will be out of business in no time. I agree with the others that wrote a comment here. I don't like to provide bad reviews, but this is an honest review. read more

Staff is nice but they need little more training. My hot coffee at drive thru was luke warm and they never gave me the entire order. Trying to turn around and come back in that area to correct the order is a really pain. read more

I was there this morning, I had ordered my food through the app for a walk in pick up. After waiting for a half an hour, I asked one of the staff for a refund for the sandwich that was still not done. The girl rudely told me that she couldn't do a refund and just stared blankly at me. I then asked if I was just supposed to wait all day for my food and she was like we are busy. Maybe next time, they could just get someone to do the refund instead of just not giving a shit about their customers. I won't be back there again. read more

Easily the best Dunkin in the area. My drinks are always made perfectly, never too much cream, sugar, or sweetener/flavoring. Food is always hot and fresh. I've also never had a bad donut there and sometimes you get old stale ones at other locations. read more

This Dunkin is great,I always get my food fast.When the girl with short hair bakes in the morning,its a blessing.I always come in and get a nice refresher in about a couple minutes and the food is always tasty.Fresh made to order is the best.Thanks to the short manger with sunglasses, she really hooked me up with my multiple orders because I'm a regular. All smiles! Some people need to work on their customer service but overall its my favorite Dunkin. :) read more
