it took foreve, people walk in and out with their drink but it took 25 minutes to get two simple drinks.

This location tends to be very slow service wise, and they tend to get the order wrong about half the time. But the reason I am giving them one star is because I went through drive-thru this morning, and the young girl who took my order was rude. I wanted to try the new Oreo cloud latte, but as a coffee. So to me, that means whatever goes into the latte, put all that into a coffee (I didn't know what the new swirl was called). So after she says "what do you want" (already off to a great start, especially with that tone) I say: "can I get the Oreo cloud latte, but as a coffee please?" All she says is "no" and lets me sit there in silence. We go back and forth, at this point I'll admit I'm returning her attitude, and I tell her all I want is whatever swirl is in that latte in a coffee, and with the new cold foam on top, so then she snaps "then order it like that." I tell her I didn't know what the swirl was called, and she told me then made me repeat it back to her. By the time I got to the window her tone was better, but she was acting passive aggressive. I understand it was not even 6 AM so she was probably tired, but that's no excuse to behave like that. If you are not in a customer service mood, then have someone else take the orders, and you make the coffees instead. Normally a nicer middle aged woman works drive-thru, she's great. read more

I've been going to this Dunkin's forever. My parents used to go there all the time with my sister and I when we were younger. Over time the place has gone down hill. Food and drinks aren't the same and the BIGGEST problem is the staff. The cashiers are ALWAYS rude and make you feel as if you shouldn't even be there. The woman today who took my order Arlene was very disrespectful to me. She is always rude to me when I come in for no reason. When I was giving my order she had a stank face the whole time and was and is always very passive aggressive and rude. When I finished giving my order I walked away and waited for it to be done. As I was waiting she began shaking her head and talking about me to the customer who was next in line. It is disappointing to be a regular customers at Dunkin's and be treated like you're bothering the people working there. It is very distasteful to be treated like shit at a place where there is supposed to be a form of customer service, it's not just making the food and drinks. It's about having a good interaction too. I will never spend my money at this place ever again and will never encourage anyone to go to this location. Whenever I mention this specific Dunkin's location to other people who have gone here, they always mention their bad experiences with the staff and their orders. read more

I have liked this location and been going here since high school. But why does the lobby change hours literally at the last second? I can understand being short staffed but you do your best. Why even take mobile orders then shut down the lobby? I love ordering on the app yet when this happens I'm forced to wait in a 20 min line in the drive thru literally for a coffee that could be made in less than 5 mins and be ready. I have worked in food service for almost 9 years and I have NEVER HAD SUCH a bad experience since the last 2 years... If you want to wait for 30 mins in the drive thru or make a mobile order 20 mins ago that's never ready some days go ahead. Most of the time I order WAY in advance on the app and it's fast sometimes it's not. Sometimes it takes them 30 mins to make a 2 min ice coffee...? Why? Now my husband goes to make a order on the app and now it's saying they don't accept mobile orders. I'll take my business to 459 Boston Rd in Billerica if this keeps up. Ridiculous. read more

Good help is hard to find right now and that translates into a potentially crappy drink. Want a black coffee or a hot black tea? You might be safe. Want an iced DECAF latte with hazelnut and mocha, liquid sugar and cold foam? Good luck to you. Order a donut through the mobile app and they are out of it? Call corporate to get a refund or choose a donut you didn't want as a substitute. The franchise owners rarely ever respond when you reach out via corporate and that just goes to show.... This place was awesome since I moved here 3 years ago, the jelly donuts were outstanding. The line is always long and it seems the morning crew enjoy ruling the line with an iron fist. But it was all good until they took away the trash barrels away. That's when it started going down hill. The price went up and the quality and portions went down. I got a jelly donut a couple of weeks ago when I took it out of the bag it looks like something they found behind the trash barrel on the floor, this pail looking poor excuse of a jelly donut resembling nothing like the ones I got not that long ago. Since then I've sworn off Dunkin Donuts or excuse me should I say Dunkin. Average $6 a day 7 days a week for say forty years. read more

This place is awful. They constantly have the front of the store closed forcing everyone to go through the drive through and creating ridiculously long lines. We always order through the mobile app to pickup in store and arrive to find it closed again. I understand they may be short staffed but you cannot take orders for pickup and 5 min later I can't pickup and have to wait in a 20 min drive thru line. Why would I even do mobile order... It used to be a local hangout for delinquent teens roughing it in the parking lot. Nowadays you will find a handful of senior citizens grabbing a coffee and gossiping about the old times. A convenient location by Shaw's, I will definitely be a repeat customer because it's at the end of my street. I am greatly disturbed by the fact that I have lived in Burlington since July and the number of early mornings, mid-mornings and even some afternoons on both weekends and weekdays the drive thru is closed. Not everyone can easily get out of their vehicle to just walk in the store. In my case, I have SEVERE arthritis, which makes walking very difficult, particularly when not medicated with ibuprofen, much less anything else. I need to eat in order to take my medications. Because of this, I prefer to use the drive thru as walking at that time is extremely difficult. I go to Dunkins every single morning for breakfast and coffee for my husband and myself as I have for over 5 years straight now. Because the drive thru in Burlington is almost never open before 8 am on a weekday, is usually closed on a weekend, particularly Sundays (My husband wanted me to stop on my way home today and grab him a coffee) at 1:34 pm today 12/22 and the drive thru was closed, I am forced to drive to either Billerica or Woburn. I should not have to drive 3 miles out of my way when there is a Dunkin literally 1/4 mile from my house. My son in law used to work for Dunkins in his first job. It was a 24 hour location. They were able to man a store and a drive thru with TWO employees. So the reasoning for Burlington is not that there isn't enough employees. Not sure if your office is aware that they are doing that, but being that a drive thru is closed at 1:34 in the afternoon, makes it very necessary to email to inform you of this and the fact that it is not fair to the handicapped people who tend to spend lots of money on coffee, that they cannot have the convenience of a local drive thru. read more

Yeah its cheap and yeah the donuts are good but at this particular location the staff are surly and prone to get your order wrong. WAKE UP donuts staff... listen to your customers and repeat their order before you type it in. And dont look away when you take the order- just smile and say good morning as you look them in the eye and take their order. Its not too much to ask. read more
