Rose Milk Tea with brown sugar boba

Ten One Tea House has multiple locations around Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I've only been to the Ten One Tea House on Thayer Street in Providence, so I was really glad to see a Ten One Tea House opening in Burlington Mall on @tenoneteahouse instagram page. Ten One Tea House is located on lower level across from Lenscrafters and Lenscrafters wing entrance is the best entrance. For Grand Opening weekend: 7/11 - 7/13/2025, Ten One Tea House is offering a free drink to the first 30 customers every day, buy 1 get 1 free all day, and limited edition stickers with every purchase. On Saturday, 07/12, Ten One Tea House opened at 11:00am. I arrived about 10:58am and I was the fifth person in line. The staff gave me a sticker to signify I was one of the first 30 customers. For my free drink, I chose a Rose Milk Tea with brown sugar boba. The milk tea was fragrant and floral. The boba was fresh. Service was great. Ten One Tea House is a great option for their unique flavor combinations and its tea flavors. Best of luck to Ten One Tea House in it's new location in Burlington Mall!

A new bubble tea spot in the Burlington mall! We got the: -Tieguanyin Milk tea; 50% sugar less ice: the tea wasn't brewed as strongly as other stores, this was very milky. -Peach lemon oolong: 50% sugar less ice with aloe and green tea jelly. This was tasty and refreshing. Staff seemed to still be working on training. Another customer got their drink made incorrectly and had to have it remade. A lot of staff but not working efficiently yet.

You order through the screen and everything is super straightforward. You can customize all the details to your liking. The only ick for me is that they only have brown sugar boba. I ordered a no sugar bev so it ended up being super sweet. It tasted really good, it just wasn't what i was looking for. Service was great though, staff was very friendly!

Frankly, I am surprised how good this Ten One Tea House is. Located around the corner of Bath and Body works, this kiosk can be a bit off the beaten path at the Burlington Mall. Ordering is easy to do off the touchscreens. It is currently offering a BOGO special for the top 7 drinks on opening weekend (7/11-7/13). The mango slush tastes like the Presotea (Canadian chain) mango slush ($6.75 w/o tax) and has bits of mango on the bottom. The brown sugar fresh milk boba ($7.25 w/o tax) has the QQ texture and is a bit too sweet. The only thing is that you can't really specify the sugar level on the touchscreen. Service is prompt and sufficient.

Nice addition to the Burlington area! We got the strawberry green tea, apple black tea, and brown sugar boba milk tea. Very refreshing teas!

Many options and you can order from a kiosk. Teas were flavorful. There is not a good place to sit right by the station.

So I get a large Chip's Tip sub and a few pastries for snacks. The bill was steep for what I got but I thought it would be worth it for my son to try the sub. After getting it, we split the sub and ate it in the car. Let me tell you that this was not the same steak tip I remembered. It was so bad, we tossed it in the garbage at the gas station next door. The steak was very tough and hard to chew - almost like the tips had been cooked earlier and then reheated for my order. Everything just seemed greasy. We also did not enjoy the raspberry turnover or yellow cream cannoli's we got for dessert. Maybe it was us or maybe it was the food but I will never go there again. We are not food snobs by any stretch of the imagination, and I rarely will say anything bad about a restaurant experience but we ended up going to Augusta's which is just a little bit down the road, for chicken just to erase this experience from our mouths. I know a lot of people will swear by their steak tip subs and that is great but it's just not for me anymore.

Some are drive-thru only (like the one near my house). I'm gonna talk about the former real quick. Naturally, the menu is basically the same. On this day, I was having lunch. Ergo, I opted to try the Chipotle Short Rib & Egg burrito (as a bowl because I'm a man of culture) accompanied with a cup of chowdah. I must say...I expected there to be a bit more flavor, what - with the Chipotle sauce n' all. Alas, I had to add my own salt. This is mostly a nitpick, but really...can we please season our beef? Just a lil bit even? So, the biggest difference you'll notice at this location is the parking situation. It's....annoying. Because on the one hand, you technically have ample amounts of spaces to park in. Or...you WOULD, if not for the signs en masse that read "[insert corporate company name here] parking only - all violators will be towed at owner's expense." I find this hilarious because I feel like that would be impossible to enforce for folks parking less than 10 minutes to pick up an order like I did. So, I guess my pro tip of the day would be: feel free to park wherever at your own risk if and ONLY if you're getting take-away. If you're actually dining in, I suppose you'll have to wait painstakingly for one of the few parking spots actually designated for Pressed specifically to open. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. It's one of those "blink once and you'll miss it" type things the first time visiting. From my vantage point, this place stays quite busy. Not surprising, considering the Burlington area in general. Clearly, a lot of folks come here mid-work day which is also the only reason I came here to begin with. Overall, not a bad lunch stop, though the parking can be slightly obnoxious. I'm giving Pressed Cafe in Burlington 4 Chipotle Short Rib bowls dubiously seasoned out of 5.
