I always usually go in person to get my order only if Mario is working (I believe that is his name) because he's the only one that makes my drinks right every time? Today I decided to order from Uber eats and I don't know what happened. I ordered a coffee with vanilla syrup, white mocha, and sweet cream and when I usually get this in person, it doesn't look like a cup of milk and today it was a cup of milk. I also ordered a tomato mozzarella Panini That had absolutely no tomatoes, and no mozzarella, and it tasted sour to the point where I could only take one bite and threw it out cause I thought I was gonna be sick from the soreness. I also ordered a cake pop and that I haven't touched yet because so far everything from the Uber eats order was wrong. So I recommend going into the location because the staff is very friendly. It is very clean inside and the orders are never wrong in person so I do not recommend ordering through Uber eats. read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located for those living in East Boston and Chelsea plus it's along the way if you're heading into Everett from Eastie. I've been here in person a few times and gotten delivery via Uber Eats more than I can count. The service overall has been good. A few times they've forgotten an item like a pastry when I've opted for delivery. Once in awhile this Starbucks is not available on Uber Eats for some unknown reason. I've been told sometimes restaurants will turn off Uber Eats if they're getting slammed with orders. This Starbucks is slightly bigger and has more seating than other Boston area Starbucks. I came here during a busy Saturday morning and didn't have trouble finding a seat. It does not matter the day of the week or the time of day... the service is extremely slow and the employees spend more time talking and doing other things rather than making drinks. I don't know why I think it's going to be different each time I decide to give it another chance. I wait 15-25 minutes EVERY TiME.. even on a mobile order. I asked for my bakery item to be reheated because they waited a long time to give it to me; Harmony snatched it out my hand and then rolled it on the counter. She had a bad attitude and when I asked for the manager he was not helpful he just gave a refund without addressing the issue. I came here a couple of weeks ago with a friend. We each got an iced Green Tea Latte and love our Barista!! he made it perfect! He even recommended to let the cashier know next time to ask for it shaken so that the Matcha can mix better since I asked for extra matcha. The place is brand new so everything is new and sparkly! I love the decor there, and the ambiance. It definitely sets the mood with all the browns. The seats are nice and it's very spacious. The bathroom is VERY clean here so that's a plus. if it wasn't so out of the way for me, i'd definitely come here regularly! read more

They should have a "newbie" line.. Several times I've come here and the product is usually fantastic, however I've often been in line ordering and the cashier doesn't take my name, which in my opinion is pretty counterintuitive considering that it is a standard practice at Starbucks, and it only present as an issue for me because three or four different occasions it has left confusion as we wait for our beverages. I usually never give a review based on one visit. I make every attempt to be unbiased and fair. This is my local Starbucks and I will continue to patronize however i implore you, please just take our name, we expect to give it to you anyway. Manager is a sweet heart! Super friendly and always greeting when enter and leaving. Always a big smile to start your day. Knows name to face to orders. Employee are great they know what our regular order is and how we like it. This location is supposely one of the busiest online order's as it serve City of Chelsea and City of Everett. While it's definitely a beautiful Starbucks, the service is just okay. I ordered a venti strawberry Açai refresher and a bacon, egg, and Gouda breakfast sandwich. I asked the cashier if they had any of the bacon, egg, and goudas left and she said yes. Paid and sat down. She didn't have any left, so I asked for a refund. Then when I went back up to the counter she didn't know how to do a refund. Then she asked her coworker who also didn't know how to do a refund. So the coworker had to cancel the last order and then just charge me for the drink again. The baristas here seemed slower than average. My drink tasted fine but I felt like I waited much longer than the normal amount (3-5 minutes). Maybe it was an off day for everybody? I've been working in the neighborhood all month consequently I've been stopping by frequently. The store is busy most of the time. I'm guessing the staff is under pressure as I am not getting a friendly or welcoming "vibe" from the place. Maybe that's a New England/East Coast cultural thing and the "locals" are either fine with it or maybe treated differently. When I look around the staff's eyes are downcast, few if any smiles to be enjoyed and little to no friendly eye contact. If I owned the place I would ask myself if my front line staff is taken care of, are my expectations reasonable and whether they have the resources they need (including time off & flexibility)? I spend a lot of time & $ at Starbucks around the country every month; this place is noticeably "different" (not in a positive way). For the record I don't know ANY of these people, issues or the owner(s). I'm just a random customer working in the area for the month. For the rest of you folks who come in here; WHY DO YOU STAND IN LINE TO ORDER? May I suggest using the Starbucks App where you are able to order anything off the menu, and pay for the transaction before you show up. When you arrive here you walk up to the counter and pick up your mobile order and go on your way. You don't stand in the long line, your order is done, and paid for prior to your arrival. I walk in the door bypass the line, anywhere from 2 to 10+ people, go to the counter grab my order and an available table. I'm "done" and enjoying my purchase before the person at the head of the line completed their order. Last input; many other stores make picking up the mobile order simple. At those stores the Mobile Orders are lined up with receipts in the order they came in at an easily accessible place. Not here, perhaps due to theft, at this store the Mobile Order is sequestered behind the counter where I have to interrupt the busy, and not particularly friendly barista to hand me the order. If i could give a 0 start review i would. place sucks and always gets orders wrong. its not the first time they give us incorrect drinks and we've called them multiple times about it. last time the shift leader/manager apologized and offered to give us the drinks free or remake it which we appreciated since we work for a big office building and our employees are always ordering from there. today however one of our drinks was wrong and chris the 'supervisor' said that even though they did mess up theres nothing he can do. to call uber and have them deal with it. i asked if there was a way to get it fixed and he said nope call uber. okay great management. only reason we order from here is because its near by but we much rather order from east boston now and wait longer and have BEN and his crew take care of us. will never order from here again read more

My husband came here today at 5pm on his birthday and realized he didn't registered his birthday on his Starbucks card, and said he can show his ID, but the employees and manager still wouldn't honor it and tell him to go register. If a customer has a reward Starbucks card which showed he's a regular and loyal customer, and also can show his driver license to confirm his birthdate, I don't see how the employees and manager couldn't honor this. I say bad customer service and don't know how to assess the situation! How many times do they tossed out drinks when they made them wrong?
