I don't know about the coffee but the glazed donuts here were delicious and super fresh! They literally melted in my mouth. Just what I needed after a long tough day. And yeah they're not exactly a health food but I decided not to care after dealing with the local clinic in the area. Call it a stress reliever. Some people drink beer. I eat donuts. And since I have very few sinful things on my plate, I think one donut isn't going to kill me. This is an excellent location to grab your morning iced coffee and/or breakfast sandwich with ease. During the COVID crisis, this establishment enforced a capacity of 5 or less customers inside at once and abided by it. Therefore, there's little to no anxiety when being served. They even installed a glass protection between the cashier and the customer. Cream Cheese to bagel ratio was all out of whack, if you serve bagels with CC you should know to crank the bagel out with extra cuz you can take some away but not add. Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts!. No more no less. I am not really big on a lot of variety for my donuts, but damn, can you at least have a few when I get there. I have noticed that a few Dunkin Donuts run out of donuts and early in the say. It felt like the guy behind the counter was there for security, but not security for the donuts!. The special drinks and all the other things they prepare are great. I just wanted 2 glazed donuts. I ended up with 10 mini 's which were pretty tasty. All I am saying is Please keep up to date with the daily supply and demand of glazed donuts, and to be fair the supply and demand for all donuts. Lol read more

Lacks the outdoor seating areas of the neighboring dunkin locations on franklin and on nostrand. Slightly smaller and more crowded than the dunkin on Bedford... So if you're in crown heights and are compelled to overpay for dunkin's watered down coffee and mediocre donughts- why choose this spot? Beyond of its proximity to the Q train and mostly, because of the fast and friendly service at this location. This customer service is the exception to the rule amongst the four neighborhood dunkin's and makes this spot worth coming back to. read more

Based on my ONE time experience here, I am a fan! I wanted to kill some time in the morning before 8 and my friend recommended the DD about 4 minutes from the prospect subway line. Inside is clean, AC was nice, and the place was busy. There are only 2 small tables, but when I got there someone was leaving and I was able to take the other table. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a medium iced coffee for a little over $4. Just the other day I ordered a medium iced green tea from Starbucks and that was $4 alone...sigh. I was there for about 30 minutes and while the place was small, the people who wanted to sit, always got a table or were more than willing to share a table. It seemed like a friendly environment :) Only thing that would have made it better was if there were outlets and open bathrooms. If I'm ever back, I'll be sure to make another stop here! read more

Really friendly barista who I got to talking with. We actually hit it off and exchanged numbers, he said his brother had season tickets to Mets games this year and would defintiely call me & my wife when they go to a game. I go to the laundromat up the street so I make a quick stop here on the way home for a quick breakfast. I stick to a cream cheese bagel and coffee it's consistently good. The location is small and not somewhere for people who want to dine in. However there's a fabulous park across the way so on a good weather day you could just sit there. My first time at this Dunkin Donut but I have to say that the service was impressive. The staff was friendly and worked at incredible speed. Perhaps the fastest service I've received at ANY Dunkin Donuts by far! I purchased a small Hazel Nut coffee and the girl prepared it to my exact specifications (I am very particular with how I like my coffee and she did a great job with it.) I also ordered a coffee roll which was fresh and moist as it should be but often times isn't. My husband and son each got a blueberry cake donuts, those were too dense and heavy unlike other times they've had them so, they were a bit disappointed. Lastly, we also had their new craze donut...the Cronut! It's basically a fried croissant in the shape of a donut covered in a sugar glaze. It's texture is a chewy yet moist and not too sweet. It's perfect for eating with or dipping into coffee. I must say, I enjoyed it and would likely order it again! For those curious about it, I would recommend it because it's very different than all other donuts in a good way. read more

Okay.. so my boyfriend went to dd after work at 1am to get something to grab cause we all have that hunger after work. They didnt have that much selection (as every bakery or dd does after midnight) but its cool. So my boyfriend decided to get bagel toasted. And im sure the HOURS SAY THEY CLOSE AT 4AM...or theyre just very carless about their job. Anyways my boyfriend asked for TOASTED bagel, and no the "manager" who was the only worker there just decided to be an ass and say no to a customer. And its not even that, the reason why he didnt want to toast it was because he just didnt want to.. The hell?Its a effen bagel not a whole pie of a pizza. Get your service right dd. And if you dont want to serve your customers right after midnight just close, why you still open? Fix your damn website time too. Careless!
