That quickly went in the list of places I had to go to. I'm so glad I did. I went on a Sunday around 10:30am. There was definitely a crowd but it was minimal and organized chaos in a way. I did get the chocolate cake and original glazed with a sugar rise and a few donut holes. Everything was great. I could taste a little oil from being fried, but that's just my preference. Some people are ok with that. But let's talk about that sugar rise donut! Sugar rise was my favorite! When I bite into any donut covered in granulated sugar it better coat my lips like my chapstick. That sugar just sat on my lips as if it was just meant to be there. The staff were amazing. They were working hard getting orders taken and putting orders out. The interior was quaint and clean.
