It is unreal and doesn't compare to any coffee I have had anywhere! I came here to try their cherry latte to add a little pink to my February and was a happy camper! Their drinks burst with flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet. I appreciate how well crafted they are!! This location isn't one I would visit if you're looking to sit and enjoy your coffee. It's on the smaller side and only has two very tiny tables out front, however , the coffee and snacks are just as delicious as the one on the Ave! The staff members are also incredibly friendly and made this an overall excellent experience. If you're looking for an excellent, unique coffee paired with a fresh bakery item run to The Seed!!!!!

Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why.
