I was in the area and got the six dollar meal. I did the bacon, egg, cheese on a croissant with hashbrowns and a medium banana flavored iced coffee. The croissant was really delicious and very buttery soft. The cheese and the toppings were melted well and the sandwich was good. The hashbrowns were decent. The iced banana flavored I don't know if I like it or I don't. I feel like it's an acquired taste. Next time, I probably will get a Dunkin energy or refresher, I prefer those more. This was my go to place every morning. The staff were always pleasant, smiling and friendly. The staff even knew the orders and customers. All of a sudden new staff, long lines, and I can barely understand what the new people are saying. I left and went through to the drive through to Caroline the only staff member I recognized. Decided to go back one more time and it was worse. Well I am happy to see when people find better jobs. But within two weeks I have seen up to maybe 10 new people. DAILY GRIND Coffee & donuts from Dunkin' will get you through the workday. Full disclosure: I am not a coffee drinker (gasp!) so don't ask me to compare Starbucks' allegedly burnt beans to Dunkin or Peets, cuz all that stuff is well outside of my wheelhouse. I DO love morning snacky-snacks, however, and for that I gotta say Dunkin has a major leg up. This Dunkin is fairly close to my office in an isolated strip mall on Weber Rd, next to Port of Peri Peri (a Nando's knockoff). Employees aren't particularly friendly, at least not in the drive thru. Sometimes I find myself waiting longer than I should for a quick order, other times it's reasonably speedy. The snackin' bacon (~8 small strips for $3.50) is great when the bacon is done right. Results on this one vary a LOT from location to location; I've gotten delicious bundles of crispy bacon that's peppery & sweet, yet I've also received undercooked, undersized, and unseasoned wads of sh*tty nonsense claiming to be bacon. Breakfast empanada ($4) was meh. I liked the flaky dough, but the rest of the scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese was forgettable. The hash brown discs ($1.75) are hit-and-miss, so the only thing I can ever truly count on is the classic strawberry frosted donut w/sprinkles. The "Homer Simpson Special" never disappoints. * TL;DR * I thought the 2024 Superbowl commercial with Ben Affleck & Matt Damon was pretty funny (better, I think, than the "Good Neigh-BAH" State Farm commercial starring Schwarzenegger). Where can I get one of those baller DunKINGS tracksuits?? There are good Dunkins, bad Dunkins, and everything in between. This will be my new coffee spot! I am currently trying to get off my daily Red Bull but still need my morning caffeine!! Besides the first time coming to this new location and the super dipshit guy at the drive thru- everything has been great! It seems like I always have some sort of coupon for a free coffee or donut. I personally like their coffee better than Starbucks!! And it's cheaper! Their dark roast is a bit bitter so I opt for their basic coffee with a Splenda and cream! Customer service is really nice but my orders are a hit and miss. Sometimes my coffee has way too much sugar or no sugar at all; same goes with the iced coffees they're either watery or too strong which I don't understand. I already had a poor experience on a Saturday months ago and I had no other choice but to stop by and get something today. Why not couldn't hurt right. Okay since this is a new Dunkin Donuts location there are new employees most are high school kids at night and in the morning there are also a young crowd that probably just graduated from high school. I don't order anything to crazy, I prefer a large iced black coffee with a double shot of espresso. AND it's next to my house so that's a no brainier. I do like the openness to this design and the nice comfy couches they have sitting by the big windows of the place. It's very clean but does need upkeep and straightening on down time. Total chaos reigned at this DD this AM. Upon arrival there was a line seemingly caused by a slow/inept cashier as well as at least one incorrect and one incomplete order. The cashier was replaced. I paid for my order and submitted a discount coupon. I received part of my order (the rest was brought in about 5 minutes) and read my receipt noting the discount had not been applied. I mentioned this to the person bringing my order balance who responded by asking if I wanted it. Duh! He told me I had to go to the cashier which I did. The cashier asked if I wanted a donut instead and was very annoyed when I declined. He rudely said he had to redo the credit card receipt and I requested the cash instead which he nastily said he couldn't do and went into a diatribe about the "rules ". I said he had extremely poor customer relations and perhaps I should bring it to DD's attention. His response was "I don't care. Go ahead" So I accepted his direction. I drove here out of a spontaneous desire for a half dozen donuts. As I was walking in someone pulled up behind me as if they were in a hurry, but I got out of the way. I walked in and no one was at the counter. As I waited the person who pulled up behind me walked in and went to the register even though I was there first. I was a little annoyed, but figured a small wait would not be a big deal. It appeared he was known to the cashier/or a regular customer. It seemed he just ordered a coffee, but the it just seemed to lag as he kept conversing with the cashier. I sort had by then and gave them some sign language and left pissed off.
