I have been in Texas the last 3 years, and Dunkin' Donuts doesn't exist down there. I had been craving a bacon egg and cheese on everything and med ice black for a while now. Let me tell ya, this dunks is the best in town. Bacons always cooked through, foods always quick, staff is always nice. Feels great to be back in Billerica and see a chain store like this one, still operate like a local ma & pa shop that makes sure your order is right and delicious. I have to say this dunkins used to be better, but lately I feel it has gone downhill. From the rudeness in the mic at the drive thru to the lack of care when it comes to making someone breakfast whether it be food or beverage. I just don't know where to start. I used to work for dunkins for about 15 years and I was always kind and courteous. I never said, " hi, can I help you," through the mic because that's rude. Proper way it to say, good morning to your customer, or even good afternoon, or good evening. It's never "Can I help you," you give the impression that you don't want to help who's waiting to give you their order. Further more.. I always tip.. It's a courtesy thing and I get that not everyone does, but as a tiny way of saying thank you I appreciate you making my breakfast and my beverage no matter what time of day. Then you know what I receive, but a small iced latte with a FULL cup of ice that was literally obnoxiously put together so that I would get just a few sips. 9/10 times I go here and order a frozen hot chocolate the person stares "we don't have any ice" This is a lie. There's ice coffee available, that has ice in it. There's coffee coollattas, those have ice. What's the deal with the frozen hot chocolate ice? Is the person in charge of that ice incompetent? Probably. The one day out of 10 that I happen to come across this DD when they've magically shat frozen hot chocolate ice and they have just enough for me, the frozen hot chocolate is delightful. One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The drive thru line always takes too long, frequently don't have items on the menu and the workers are lazy. I've been in this drive thru for 25 minutes before, and the average time is probably 10 minutes for me. 90% of the time I come here, I'll order more than one thing. I'll order a coffee, a coolatta, some type of donut or bagel. Frequently, they will not have donuts or bagels. I came here on national donut day a few weeks ago and they didn't have donuts. I've come here a few times since then and each time they haven't had a donut, muffin or pastry that I've wanted. One time it was busy, and I tried to order a frozen chocolate for my daughter and they told me that they are too busy to make this. Straight up disrespectful, and I will never come to this Dunkin again. It's a shame because its the closest one to me. read more

Whoever they have in charge of making the iced coffee batches at the moment is the greatest!!! The iced coffee has never tasted better than it does now, Keep it up! Customer service could be a little kinder, but that's understandable because sometimes it's tough to appease people when it's very busy as I've worked at a Dunkin Donuts when I was a teenager. Also the landscaping at this location is always pretty to look at while waiting in the drive thru line during non-winter seasons. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts was terrible. Watered down coffee, poor service and wait staff was not presentable. I have seen some Dunkin' Donuts put ice in the coffee. You charge 3.00 for coffee, do it right. I'll give this place an extra star because of the friendliness and hardworking staff that seem to be doing the best they can. But as for the food I ordered, it was gross. After I waited in line for 15 minutes, I ordered a turkey sausage flatbread and hash browns. The flatbread was cold and stale and the egg white patty with turkey sausage tasted like a cold sponge. Poor service. Few to none of the Dunkin Brand Standards are met. Orders are continuously made wrong, cup markings are non existent, and the 18 minute shelf life of hot coffee is seemingly nothing but myth. Avoid this location and visit a franchise that knows what they're doing. read more

This dunkins is awful. I am a firm lover of Dunkin' Donuts and swear by It to buy all my coffees and breakfast samdwiches, but let me just say I am extremely disappointed. First I buy a medium hot coffee with milk and sugar and they give me an ICED, when I clearly asked for hot. THEN, I order a medium iced caramel swirl regular, and they don't add the caramel swirl so I have two coffees that I paid full price for that do not satisfy my taste buds whatsoever. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I stop on my way to work in the evening because it is the only one that I go by. I only get a coffee and it usually take close to 10 minutes at the drive thru even though it is never that busy. They seem to always have new people that don't know what they are doing. They can't even keep the orders straight. When you get to they window 9 times out of 10 they try to hand you the wrong thing. Last night however was the last time I will ever go there. I pulled up to the driver up window and they had speaker open so you could hear them talking; and could hear exactly what kind of bumbling idiots they were. After 10 minutes of saying hello, hello and beeping my horn twice I decide to go in and tell them that the mic was on and they had a line at the window. As I was going in a very pissed off couple was coming out empty handed. Inside there were three people with parts of their orders. No one was getting the rest of their food nor would they take their money. One woman told me she had been there over a 1/2 hour. The two women that were over by the window were still bumbling around oblivious to what was going one. I yelled back to them "hey, you have a line at the window and your mic is on". No response. There was one frazzled little girl running around trying to help everyone but by this time she was so frustrated that she was on the verge of tears. She yelled Dumb and Dumber a couple of times; "Please help me" She also got no response. I managed to get my coffee but it soon became clear that know one was going to ring me up so I just put $3 on the counter and left. I tried to find out who owns this franchise because I would rather be sending this letter to them as they ought to be ashamed of them selves. read more
