Stopped here on the way home. This location has a drive-thru. Clean inside with friendly staff. It hit the spot on a cold morning. What made It better was that it was free because of accrued points. I would suggest signing up for the rewards program. read more

It says they are open until 9 pm. At 8:07 pm I ordered a large coffee through the drive thru. I was told they only had ice coffee and there was no hot coffee. You were to be open for all most another hour. read more

I give this location five stars only when the regular supervisor is working. When she's there, everything is cooked well and the place is clean. When she's not there, food is undercooked, the tables and floor are all dirty, the napkin container is always empty and they have questionable music playing that I wouldn't want children listening to. read more

Literally been to this location 10 times and every single time I go, they get my order wrong. EVERY TIME. lady even confirmed my order a coffee and a donut on the speaker and I go up and pay and she gives me my coffee and closes the window and then opens it like a deer in headlight. Terrible customer service. Several times over the past several months I have gone to the drive thru around 515 am to have no one there. The lights are on, but no one comes to the mic. When I drive to the window, there is no one to be found. Twice, the store wasn't even open on time. It makes me wonder if the owners know this is happening on a consistent basis. I'm so glad I went inside instead of drive thru. I was going to treat my self and my 5 year old son to a donut. Would like to first start off by the girl at the counter. No hello, just a stare that i was making her life miserable for having the nerve to bother her. I looked up at my choice of donuts, and there was a bee and fly party going on, and the donuts was the feast. Not 1, not 2, not 3, but there were 4 that I visually noticed. So when I had to tell my 5 year old "No," that a sealed apple juice would have to suffice, well, that wasn't one of my favorite moments. Literally everyday for the past two weeks (at least) they have gotten my order wrong even after repeating it back. The line always takes 10-15 mins even when there's 2-3 cars in front of you. Once you get to the the window you can see and hear the kids just sitting around talking not doing anything. It's one thing to be slow it's another it be slow and constantly make mistakes. This location is consistently terrible. They've gotten my order incorrect multiple times on separate occasions and when you tell them that it's not made correctly, they argue back and are very rude! This place consistently has the worst customer service. On multiple occasions I've visited this outlet and found that the employees were more engrossed in learning how to use the coffee pot or refilling things than taking orders. I just walked out after being left at the order point for 3 minutes with no one taking my order. Multiple employees passed by and looked at me. I stopped by this DD store on my way to Boston a few days before Labor Day. I absent-mindedly left my handbag at the store, and by the time I realized my handbag was missing 2 hours later, I was closed to my destination. As I did not remember where and which DD store I had stopped, it took me 2 days for searching each DD store on a 250 mile-stretch of highways before I found the right one. I called the store and was absolutely relieved to have a DD staff Victoria tell me that my lost handbag was at the store waiting for me. Her manager Leila had told all her staff to keep an eye out for me in case I returned. I am so grateful to Manager Leila and her staff !! This Dunkin' Donuts location has a really awkward drive thru. Don't get me wrong, it's great that it has a drive thru, but the entrance off the main road is an entrance only, then you have to drive into the next lot over to loop into the queue which then doesn't go around the building but rather curves and goes up to the side of the building. Hard to explain, just pay attention when you pull in and know you can't pull back out onto the main road from the Dunkin' Donuts. This is yet another location that didn't give me a total at the speaker, at the window, nor gave a receipt. The total is on the screen when you pull up, but I like being told my total and provided a receipt. read more
