I'm very sad because I usually don't post poor reviews. While the staff was extremely nice, very polite, and pleasant, however I'm extremely disappointed the inconsistency in the coffee orders. We ordered two medium hot lattes one with oat milk one with almond milk. One is 3/4 full and the other one is only half full. We were in a rush so when we were handed the coffee and I noticed the weight difference, we didn't have time to reverse and say something. we will give them one more try. read more

This is not just any Dunkin- like others have said, this Dunkin is special because the employees here make sure everyone is taken care even during their busy morning rush! I had gone to this Dunkin for years and have always been happy with the service here. I haven't been here in over four years and recently stopped by every morning while I was in the area for work. There is one gentleman here who always makes sure to get to know you and tell you good morning and have a great day. The workers get beyond busy and could definitely use some extra hands but they make it work navigating walk in customers, mobile orders and a busy drive thru window. This store should be a role model for other Dunkin locations in how great they treat their customers! read more

Most orders put through thi dunkn will be missing items or incorrect, even with no drive thru line, wait times can be 15 minutes or longer for a few hot items. I would highly dismiss using this dunkn and going to the one a mile down the road. read more

Okay, I know a Dunkin is usually nothing special... HOWEVER ever since this Dunkin changed owners, it has become my favorite Dunkin in the worllllld! He truly runs a smooth operation & is the kindest! Everyone I have mentioned this too agrees, he is the BEST! Keep it up! read more

Unfortunately I have to add my complaints to the others. Past 2-3 years I have seen a steady decline in the quality coming out of this particular DD location. One note, right now there is a lady at the window who hopefully will help turn things around. She seems to understand how customer service works and appears efficient as I watch her thru the window. However, once again, today before she got to the window my order was taken incorrectly by someone else thru the drive-thru speaker. No cheese means no cheese and bacon, where was the bacon? Last time I was there I had a feeling their equipment was faulty, btw, lots of static and repetition. Also, on a regular basis lately, the coffee (I usually order dark roast) taste very watery. I also have order lattes which are not hot (tepid at best) and taste more like milk than coffee. Are they skimping or is it me? I cannot say for sure because they use machines and have specific directions and I do not want to make incorrect assumptions. At any rate, I still enjoy my sandwich, the power breakfast, muffins and a donut occasionally, but I make my coffee at home now. It is very convenient to have a drive-through and I am hoping for improvement. By the way lately even if things may not be up to par they have been more pleasant to deal with. read more

This makes me terribly sad that people are giving this location a low review. there is one gentleman in particular that everyone knows and puts a smile on everyone's faces in the morning. He is always there, is quick and efficient, and knows many of the costumers. He takes extra time to wish everyone a great day. I specifically go out of my way to go to this location. Look, I am so surprised about the low ratings of this place..I came here to leave my review today because I began going to the drive thru during the beginning of the pandemic and every single time my experience has been awesome! The guys working there are some of the nicest, friendliest I have ever "met" while placing an order and picking up my iced coffees! My orders have always been correct and I feel like my business is appreciated. I dont get out much these days, but when I do, I am happy to be giving my business to places like this! read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. takes for ever to get the food or drink because the employees are to busy chatting with one another and not working. Ordered a Bagle with cream cheese and an ice coffee it took 3 people to make my coffee. While the bagle order was left unattended. After a few minutes they realized they forgot the last part of the order. It's a simple fast food and beverage franchise. This Dunkin' Donuts has really gone down hill. The workers are rude, they don't pay attention to orders, and no matter what time of day you go the drive thru takes forever. I've been going to this dunkin donuts for years and they used to be great and lately the people at the drive thru ( mid morning) don't know what they are doing when I order and are very rude.
