In the mall on the second floor in the middle. Across from urban outfitters and Kay jewelers. No line on Sunday. All the tables are full. read more

This is a well run location of this chain. Only issue is a lack of cup sleeves for hot drinks.

Fast service, great tasting Coffee and the overall vibe was great. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick "pick me up" that you don't have to wait long for. read more

Really good Starbucks. They have a lot of seating and it's big so it's not crowded. Service is really fast. read more

if you are looking for the slowest service imaginable served by employees who look they are being bothered by the customer this is the spot for you! side conversations amongst employees slowing down the drink making process if great too!!! Never coming back here! thank you! read more

This starbucks is usually okay but the hours are unreliable. Being closed on a Monday before Christmas is crazy. The next day (Dec 10) it opened at 12 pm while the mall opened at 10. read more

Ordering was fast and the coffees cam just as quick. However, the tables, seats, and floors were the dirtiest i have every seen.

Baristas here usually make coffee extra light when asking for milk. Don't be afraid to ask for a shot to darken it up! Otherwise you get just milk. I've been back since my original review and nothing has changed. I feel like they overcharge you, the baristas aren't friendly and they still make the drinks extra light essentially stealing from you. read more

The employees are chill and deserve better just that not all employees are actually doing their job

Since it's in a mall, that's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. When the mall isn't crowded it great, but when it is, well it definitely kills the Starbucks barrister experience. They do the best they can to speed it along and make your drink to the standard. It's still a good wait. read more

Unable to keep up with demand. Even mobile pickups are 15-20 minutes beyond estimated time. Mostly time taken up filling orders for kids. Not a real coffee shop. read more

Over 30 minutes just for 1 coffee. While the 2 young guys working there chatted it up with their friends instead of working for the paying customer. What a disgrace read more

It's back! This airport style mini Starbucks sits on the first floor near the food court of the Danbury Mall. The menu was limited but the service and brew were up to mermaid standard. read more

I stop in here often with my friend and we like it. It's usually late in evening so there are no crowds and comfy couches are very nearby to relax. read more

These young people work hard and it is very busy this season! I appreciate the work they do and getting my order right! Thank you

Having headed to the Danbury Fair Mall a week ago to get an older iPad mini's settings to be fixed (that still seems unfixed right now), we decided to sit down at the very end of the time (near mall closing time) for a snack. Although my brothers, mother and grandmother all chose other "snacks", I chose the more conventional pastry snack (banana nut bread) which I traditionally mobile order at my more-local New York State locations. I hadn't seen mobile ordering at a mall-based Starbucks before, but it was worth a shot (pun not intended). Upon ordering at some of the seats near the elevator on the second floor near your location of the mall, when I was able to come down several minutes later, I found your employees to not be able to communicate with their me that my order was ready. I knew it was only going to be a few minutes (since it was just a grab and warm of one slice), and intended it to be ready by the time I headed down the elevator, recognizing already that there could be others ahead of me (I was okay with that). But with the few people ahead of me and watching both employees' speeds of fulfilling orders (and not triaging orders as they arrived), I thought they'd never get to my order. But I was so wrong. After everyone had passed through the line, had received their product and walked away, they kept me waiting there. I didn't spot that they had placed it on their counter at the one end of the kiosk and didn't look around to find out if there was anyone waiting for their bread-loaf piece. I waited and waited and waited some more. No one opened their mouth. After 10 minutes of waiting after the last customer was served, they finally told me where they had put my ordered products. Why doesn't Starbucks ever call out to it's customers telling them that their order is ready? A simple "(x name): Your order is ready" would suffice. If no one comes to claim it, chill and ask as people swing by or display a "mobile order pickup" sign near the pickup location - something I didn't see here that exists at other mobile ordering Starbucks near me. Although I asked for my bread to be warmed, having waited at least 15 minutes there with a partially-open bag, really makes me wonder who really knows why people just aren't mobile ordering very often here : Communication! Although I highly doubt I'll be trying mobile ordering here in the future, I don't think this time will be my last. I think I just need to give you time to reflect on improvements that you can make so that you can communicate better to me. read more

The new Starbucks location is beautiful and newly renovated! Quick service and very kind employees! They greeted me and made conversation. I even got a free drink because they had an extra! Great service. read more

Staff was not friendly at all. My iced latte was $5.37 which is outrageous and I have never paid that much for a Starbucks drink EVER. When I asked why it was so expensive they wouldn't change my order for me. I am a huge Starbucks fan s this is such a disappointment to me. I also did not get the 125 bonus points added to my account. read more

These Starbucks fellas make the best pinkity drinkity in town. Zoo wee mama that's fresh.

Not up to expectations at all! The service is extremely slow and our order was completely wrong. As well, other customers received wrong orders. It is unfortunate, it is a great idea to have a Starbucks in the mall, however we will not be back. Management needs to work on training and the poor customer service. read more

It's in a mall so lines are to be expected, however the speed of service and efficiency need to be evaluated by management. The employees are generally friendly, however they do not move with urgency, thus the three stars. read more
