Our order was not over to the side like it usually was so we assumed it wasn't ready yet. We eventually asked about our order. The employees seemed confused and were checking the system to find the order. The unpleasant girl at the counter told us the order had already been picked up by someone else and we were out of luck. We said that we hadn't picked up the order so we still expected to have our food made. At first she refused to remake the food repeating that it had already been picked up. At this point we asked to speak with the manager because that seemed unacceptable considering we spent $28 on this order and it wasn't our fault that someone else stole our order. When we requested that she then changed her mind and said they would make the order. She was incredibly rude and unpleasant throughout the whole experience. The food here is delicious but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I can see why the rating is lower than I had expected based on the food.

I asked the man, Miguel i think that if the sandwich was the same price if I got a wedge (hero) or a roll and he said, "no on a roll is definitely cheaper". So I ordered a roll. After 20 minutes I asked for the sandwich and he said it should be right out. So I asked to pay, he said the sandwich was $11.99 plus tax. When I asked the man that he said it was cheaper on a roll he said, "no it's the same price". When I said, "so you lied to me". He said "yes sorry sir". Ok at this point I was really hungry and said ok that's fine I just want the sandwich. When he asked the kitchen where the sandwich was they said that they had put it out a long time ago. So he looked on counter and there it was. He gave it to me and started to walk away. The sandwich was cold so I was curious and opened it. It wasn't even my sandwich! When I walked back to the counter another young lady came in and said, "I opened this sandwich and when I picked it up to eat I realized it wasn't mine". The man took both sandwiches and said let me rewrap them and give them back to you. No sanitary! At the very least make new ones. But I've been there so long that I told them you can keep the sandwich and I want my money back. He said hold on, went to the back to re wrap the girls sandwich and came back to give it to her. Then he said, "I can't give you cash back for a refund". I said I GAVE YOU CASH GIVE ME BACK CASH. So he gave me back $12 cash even though it should have been more and he try to show me that there is no tax on the sandwich. I wasted time! Left super hungry! Frustrated and the owners or management should address this immediately.

I enjoy visiting this establishment. The service is fast, the personnel is very friendly and the bagels are delicious! The cream cheese options are very well balanced and the grill is always busy, which is a good thing. I splurge on an egg sandwich now and then and they are perfect on a sesame seed bagel. BEST, BEST, BEST bagel anywhere close by. Crunchy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. Picked up a dozen to bring home, and all flavors a were great. There was no disappointment in my favorite Cinnamon Raisin which I have tried in every bagel store I have ever gone. These are some of the best. Also, chicken & tuna salad weren't too shabby either. My friend has been raving about this place for years, so I was excited to finally experience it for myself. I enjoyed a very large iced coffee and a gluten-free bagel with egg and cheese. The staff explained that the gluten free bagel was not made in house and would take a little extra time, which I appreciated. While waiting, I was honestly impressed by how smoothly everything ran. From bagels coming out of the oven to the sandwich assembly line, the team worked like a well oiled machine. Everything we saw looked delicious and what we had definitely lived up to the hype. Absolutely loved finally getting to check out Bella's Bake Shop and have the honor of enjoying one of their baked goods. I will say, coming here makes you confusion haha. You instantly lose your sense of confidence and determination and become the most indecisive person about what you will order. I was about to order a chocolate croissant and the person right before me took home the very last three. They did do me the favor of choosing for me since my runner up was of course, the crookie. What is a crookie you ask? Well nothing more than the two best combos to ever exist: croissant and a chocolate chip cookie. They basically had a baby and named it crookie. There's cookie in the bottom, inside and on top in some portions/bites. Not too over the top but definitely something you want to eat after an insane workout hehe. Otherwise, you might need to go for a lap or two after this. While it's a $9 croissant, it is well worth it. Made with love and passion. The setup was easy enough to find, but the overall vibe felt a little limited. I ordered a sourdough bagel with cream cheese and a plain croissant. Both were okay -- fresh, toasted, and crispy (maybe a little too toasted). The croissant was huge, which was a nice surprise, but it wasn't buttered, which I definitely prefer. I also wish they had more bagel options available when I went, and I'm personally not a fan of applying my own cream cheese -- part of the bagel experience for me is having it done for you. It also seems like the only add-on option now is cream cheese, which is a little disappointing if you're hoping for a full sandwich or variety. On the plus side, there's parking right outside, which is always appreciated. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not great either. I might give it another try someday, but it's not at the top of my list.
