Great little place in downtown Bethel. I've been here a few times and I've tried the fruit bowls in the bowl and in the mason jar. The pitaya base is my favorite followed by the açaí. My kids like the banana base with Nutella drizzle. They can also out the whole thing in a bowl made out of a pineapple which is a pineapple sliced in half vertically. I want to try that next. You get a laminated menu where you can choose what you would like in your bowl from add in to bases and fruit to proteins and extras. Staff was welcoming and food was very fresh. The açaí bowls base comes almost frozen so beware of that but to me it was very refreshing. The smoothies were very good too and the menu is very elaborate so you are aware of everything in them. My wife and I gave this place a shot a few months back and were so glad we did. We were hooked instantly. The bowls are the absolute best! Always fresh and always delicious. Smoothies and juices are also excellent. The sandwiches and salads also look great but we have not tried them yet. The rewards program is also great. We have gotten a few of our meals for free already since weve been so often. Highly suggest giving Boost Bowls a chance. I've been two to three times a week since I did. read more

The smoothies are pretty solid here but are VERY sweet. I tried an acai bowl here for the first time because I love them and it was the first time I couldn't even finish it. The acai base was so slimy and did not taste like acai at all. I also got the avocado toast and it was pretty small for what I paid for and the flavor was not my favorite. Likes: vegans can go hard here. Stuff is delicious and fresh. Dislikes: the staff aren't welcoming. They are annoyed with there jobs and make me not want to come here. They also lack knowledge. I asked (I really didn't know) once if matcha tea was caffeinated and I was told NO! I didn't trust it and after I left I looked it up and it's extremely caffeinated... kind of unfortunate that the staff brings down this joint. The boost bowl has always Ben a welcome addition to this little square which has a bar, an Italian restaurant, 2 pizzerias, an ice cream cafe and such. I find their juices a little expensive for the prices they charge and it is not certified organic which certainly would have justified those prices, but I give it a high rating as it is a great idea. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience today left a bad taste in my mouth... The smoothies are ok. I was excited to see a place that offered healthy options and smoothies with real fruit. They are outrageously overpriced and the smoothies are lukewarm, even when I requested extra ice. After purchasing 2 smoothies I requested a bowl of tap water for my dog, as it was 90 degrees outside. I should also mention we participated in a charity walk right around the corner to benefit an animal shelter, so she was panting pretty heavily after that. They came back with a 4 oz cup. My dog is over 70lbs. I asked for one of their plastic salad bowls, and they claimed they couldn't give me that. For a business to not offer something so minuscule to their customers is a level of greed I don't wish to feed into. read more

The menu is very large with juices, smoothies and bowls. There were lots of options I wanted to try however I ended up with a acacia bowl. You fill out a sheet of paper for your acacia bowl by choosing your base, three fruits and a topping. The bowls come with granola and are sizable. The ingredients were fresh and portioned correctly so nothing was over taking the acacia bowl. Tried this place a couple times. I like the bowl... sweat and cool. A great replacement for frozen yogurt. The smoothies are not bad either. I added protein to a smoothie and it was very grainy. Not the greatest tast. But their smoothies don't use added sugars and only a few have fruit juice. But they give a coconut water base option as well. I'll keep going back. One star was taken out because I got a hummus smoothie and there wasn't hummus in it.... there was cheese though. There was a sign on the door about the local mask mandate but inside the store no one was wearing a mask, including the staff preparing the food who had their masks on their chins. When I expressed my concerns to the manager he told me it was hot in the store and if I wanted enforcement of the mandate I should call the health department. It doesn't matter how good the food is if the business doesn't care about the safety of their customer and if they think this is what customer service is about. Definitely a good place to go - I've been around a few times and expect to be here a few times more. I usually get either a smoothie or a bowl. Staff are attentive and have answered all of my questions... kind of (read below). Prices are definitely on the higher side. My major gripe is the issue of 'added sugar.' The staff have mentioned to me on a couple occasions that there is no added sugar (of course fruits contain a lot of natural sugars already), but the owner doesn't seem to back up their claim - I've been looking for the ingredient list of their base products and there's no evidence. This seems like nit-picking, but hey, this is supposed to be a place to grab a healthy snack, and with the price premium, I'd expect clear evidence of their sugar-free claims. Also, their position on organic products is very inconsistent. I'm sure evidence of this would as well justify the prices to their customer base. Regardless, I'll be coming back - in part because they provide a tasty product, but also because there isn't much competition around.
