If I could put 0 stars, I would. I came in and got my usual. A large iced coffee with sugar and oatmilk. When I recieved it, I noticed a slight color change. I requested to see if they might've put whole milk in instead of oatmilk and got the worse attitude from the girl. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that she was the manager. All I asked if I could verify if it was made with the correct milk and she couldn't even do that. I wish I could've drank some of it but it's probably a good things since I'm allergic to dairy. read more

This place is so iffy on speed. The same time on the same day of the week could be different all month long. There are times I drive right through the drive thru. Others I wait over five minutes to move one car length. I honestly don't know what takes them so long on certain cars versus the others. Service was good, and so were the donuts I received. But prices are ridiculous. My total bill for 4 donuts was $8.09 (inclusive of taxes). When I asked the guy at the payment window if that was right (just confirming), he apologized. I said "So you made a mistake?" He replied that no, the price was right, but he was just sorry it cost so much, and blamed it on inflation. He then went on to say that back in his day (this guy couldn't have been older than 25) that a donut cost 50 cents. This caused me to chuckle and say "Back in my day it was 10 cents!" I then paid the $8.09 and left. When I got home, I looked it up. I was born in the 50's. in 1965, a person would pay, on average 10 cents for a donut at a donut shop. My donut total, before taxes, was $7.56 for 4 donuts, which is $1.89/donut. 10 cents back in 1965 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $1 today. So, needless to say, I have heartburn paying $1.89 for a donut, so I guess I no longer need donuts (not from Dunkin' at least). read more

Disappointed at the service here. I knew they were rough in the beginning when they first opened up last year 2019 but I thought they would get the hang of things by now? Every now and then on a lucky day they get my order right but today made me right this review. Not only was my scramble bowl only filled 1/2 way, but it was COLD when I took that first bite. My drink was a medium iced matcha latte and on the menu outside it says $3.69 but in the screen they charged me $4.19? Plus it was only 3/4 full. Lastly, WHY do you just crumple up the napkins and throw them in the bag? Please just STOP rushing through the orders! we wait in line for a reason and it's because we feel like grabbing some Dunkin'. Only posting with 1 star because I have to in order to post this, but really I give this place Zero stars. We placed a donut order more than 24 hours in advance for an event we were having. When I called up let them know I was on my way to pick it up, the lady on the phone said, "We didn't make the strawberry donuts you ordered, but we have the 2 dozen chocolate, and the 2 dozen vanilla, and we'll let you pick out other donuts to fill the last dozen you needed of strawberry when you arrive." When I arrived, she said, "We actually only have the chocolate. Apparently they didn't make your order." I asked what was the point of ordering in advance? She had the biggest attitude and shrugged and told me, "It's not my problem." I asked if she could offer a discount and she said no. She said over and over "There's nothing I can do about it." No apologies or anything. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she is the manager and I asked who her manager or the store manager is and she said her manager is out of town. When I asked for her name and the store owners name because I said I planned to call corporate, she said, "I don't have to give you any information" and stormed off. Only go here if you want THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and if you want to support an establishment with staff that could care less about their customers. We absolutely will not be back. read more

I avoided this DD because the boss is a jerk. My "go to" DD was closed this am so I went back to this location after a year. I always get my cream on the side because the "machine" dispenses too much. When I got to the window I asked for a small creamer or a "little on the side" for my black coffee. The boss said no. I said "come on I get it all the time at the other store, every day" Again "No!" I said Thats "Bullsht" I get it every day. The rude boss then says "Because you cussed at me your not getting it!" I then said ok "Can I please get some cream on the side!" No! she says, you cussed at me! Now Im pissed! I lost my temper having been in the food business for 25 years, I expect good service period because thats what I provided.Because of a tiny gesture for a paying customer who frequents DD (almost daily spending $140 a month) which only takes a second, it now becomes a situation. I told her "I was calling corporate". This unprofessional Manager proceeds to calls me a "DICK, GIVES ME THE FINGER, says FUCK YOU to me and FUCK OFF! OMG! In FRONT OF THE STAFF! My morning was ruined, I didnt get 1oz of cream I politely asked for and DD still has this disgraceful manager running the store. Ive been going to DD for 50 YEARS!!! Love the decor and style of this new location. It's nice that the drive thru has a separate window for donuts. I was a little confused the first time they asked me to pull forward but seems super convenient. On my most recent visit the girl working the donut counter didn't know what was in one of the specialty donuts and that seemed a little strange. And service can sometimes be slower than expected. read more

We went to DD on out way to the airport on Veteran's day. My hubby got a free donut for his service and otherwise service has been a little slow but not terrible or unfriendly. We got welcomed nicely and got our order in a timely manner. Also the store was very clean and they put salt outside as it had just snowed that night. read more

Site says opens at 4:30, showed up at 5:40 doors locked, states have to go through via drive-through. Got home in five minutes. Woke my kids up. All chocolate sprinkle donuts stuck to lid of box, the crullers were soft Almost wet in texture. Not very impressed. Kids eat the donuts anyways and scraped off the chocolate but not impressed. My granddaughter asked for a donut before school this morning, and I thought I would give DD a try again since the last time I went was a month ago, and figured it has to be better since they've been open for awhile now. Ummm..nope. Went through the drive thru, ordered a maple long john, a jelly filled and a pumpkin donut. Luckily I checked the bag before I left the drive thru...2 jelly and a pumpkin...pull into parking lot and go inside to let someone know of the mistake. The young girl comes over and proceeds to use a paper tissue to reach inside my bag...takes her hand out and then grabs a pair of gloves, and reaches BACK inside my bag and pull out a jelly donut...AND PUT IT BACK IN THE DISPLAY CASE I am NOT looking for a free donut, as the total was like 3.50 for all three...the point of the matter is that she actually put the other donut back in the display case after it left the store, and then returned. Makes you wonder what happens behind the scenes...unsanitary and gross. Threw all three away and will never be back. read more

I went inside to the lobby due to the line being so long in the drive-thru, It was a Saturday morning so I expected a delay. The girl taking our order was very polite, however while waiting for my regular coffee to be poured that took approximately 10 minutes I witnessed one employee who was loud and seemed rude to the other employees. The employee appeared to be the barista. She asked another employee who appeared to be a runner to take out the garbage and then not more than 2-5 seconds later she turned around and threw a milk jug on the floor. I looked over the counter and there appeared were several garbage items on the floor. This does not make for a very clean environment. read more

Walked in to grab coffee with my boyfriend at this spot & was stared at until we ordered. We explained we want a 16 oz hot americano & a warm small latte then proceeds to ask what size & hot or iced... no sign of caring or paying attention besides to the drive thru. It is ran by a bunch of young kids who aren't sure what they're doing because they're aren't communicating what needs to be done. All I can hear is people in the back yelling as well because they're so stressed out. We waited for 20 minutes then decided to ask where our drinks were & when we asked they realized that they have not been made. Also the six different spots to sit at we're all dirty! It was gross. We came to this cafe because we love the coffee brand but there definitely is room for improvement that needs to be done. When we received our coffee the gentlemen working there apologized sincerely & I could tell he was trying his best. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this week I have been told, "unfortunately, you're going to have to come inside, our system is down". Welp, if I had time to come inside, I wouldn't be going through a drive thru, now would I? I have put off reviewing this location for a long time, as they were new, and I expected glitches. But it's been at least a year now, and things are somehow worse. I think the most off-putting was when the line was so long, I elected to go inside. There was only one person in front of me, so I imagined this would be fast. NOPE! 17 minutes later, I was finally out the door. They put so much effort in getting the drive thru orders ready first, they completely ignored the customers inside! The employee and the manager actually bickered in front of us, they yelled across the shop at eachother, just very unprofessional. There are times when I sit in the drive thru for 15 to 20 mins when there are only 3 cars ahead of me. This is just unacceptable. There occasionally is a person outside smoking on the north side of the bldg, right by the drive thru where people have their windows open, very tacky. Lastly, when someone comes through the drive thru, act like you actually give a crap. Adding on the word "hon" does not soften the blow when you're crabby, rude, and impatient with a cust. Please consider that we've waited 15 or more mins to get to that speaker, sometimes to encounter complete silence for upwards of a couple mins. A customer should not have to say, "hellloooo??" to get your attention. This place just needs a good hard look from the owner or upper management. What is currently being done is NOT working. I'm sorry to have to write this review, as I do generally enjoy their products. read more
